I have sucessfully rooted and unlocked my tf300t with the stock rom .30, but i have been reading around the forums about jb4.1 and was wondering whether or not to revert back to stock. Also I was wondering if custom roms will update to jb4.1 and if i need to unroot or revert my bootloader to update to jb4.1 stock? Thanks.

you can't re-lock your bootloader anymore. which means no jb ota update or any other updates from asus ota.

You can always flash stock Rom, even with bootloader unlocked.
When official JB by Asus come, you will be able to flash it too.
About unofficial JB, there is already CM10. It's usable, but some features are yet not working, like Bluetooth...
You can check the topic under tf300 android development forum.

So i should be able to flash jb4.1 ota when it comes since im still on stock rom? And will i lose my root privelidges when flashing the new update?

I don't know if you will be able to get ota update automatically. Our friend above said not. But you still can flash it manually, from stock or from any custom Rom.
About root, you will lose it, but can root again.

Hi,. Sorry if this is noobesh but I need to wipe and reinstall jelly bean, and right now I'm rooted and unlocked bootloader with the Asus jelly bean firmware tf300t us variant, and is it possible to go into twrp and just wipe data factory reset and flash the Asus jelly bean zip?

Yes
Just a caution so you don't get surprised, if you flash the entire stock ROM you will lose recovery, but you can flash it back in easily once the ROM load is finished. If you've taken backups to internal storage, move them off before you proceed. You will also lose root but again you can flash that back easily as well.

I have rooted my Zenpad and there is an OTA update available.
I tried doing the OTA update but it bricks my entire tablet.
Is there a ROM I could download to upgrade? If so, could I keep root access?
