Picture messages being recieved broken - Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Questions and Answers

Hello, so ive been having trouble sending picture messages. Whenever i do the recieveing party always says it comes in messed up. Ive sent to multiple people and 9/10 times its all screwy.

In Call screen messed up?

my phone has looked like this since I first got it while in calls... seems messed up somehow.

i did, like 3-4 days ago.. i didnt care. I always deleted those 3 system manager apks whenever I go back to stock.
Yeah, I got this too, but honestly don't care..

So the shortcuts for the forums that i frequent lost their title, and picture.. It still works but idk it was there when i set it up and have no idea what happened. Anyone else have this issue?

Notify during calls 'vibrate' problem?

Even though I have this option unchecked I still get a vibration alert in my ear when I'm on the phone. I had the same problem with my note 2 for a while.
Anyone have a solution as it's really annoying now?

Anyone else can't send SMS?

I have full bars. Even then I get a message I can't sent because there's no networkavailable it's so annoying starter yesterday not only on my device.

Disregard. It's working now I guess it was probably an update on the towers around here. Taking Sim off and putting it back on fixed my problem
