So in the picture,my battery went down,and then went up. WTF? Anyone experienced this?

What is happening?

Hi, I was using my S4 normally and suddenly some elements which were on the right are now on the left. I don't know what to do, this is so annoying. Look:

Update 1Gb in size is now downloading for me.

Thought others may be interested...
Too bad I didn't do it at home and now it's using lte. Hopefully, I have enough cap left.

This weird thing popped up in my battery usage as '10225' and I have no idea of what it could be... I don't download random apps either..

Any ideas? I've downloaded the Nexus version of the my Verizon app, and you can see the message I get. Not sure if that's the issue.
