Status bar questions - Nexus 6P Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

When I hit the power button (but have not unlocked the phone yet) the status bar on top says "Fi Network" only, regardless of any messages/chats/calls/voicemails/etc that may have a notification for me.
Is there a way to have it show those notifications instead of just showing "Fi Network"? I might not care to unlock if it's just a chat or text, but would if I missed a call or something. But right now I don't know which is which before I bother to unlock.
Thanks!

Fadded call notication?

Anyone know how to get the fadded call notification to go away after you select it and select dismiss in the notification menu? It's rather annoying that I have to do a soft reset/power off to get it to go away. Then if I decide not to mess with it, I have a an ! on the noticiation/tast bar that will not go away.
Also, anyone know how to disable the notification menu during a phone call? I swear about 9 our of 10 calls result in me opening the notification menu. I guess the proximity sensor doesn't work as quickly as it probably should.
Anyone?

call screen bug?

Just wondering if this is an issue on all phones (rooted or stock)
scenario is as follows:
You're on a call..u receive an sms or want to check ur calendar or email for something relevant to the call etc
u click the home button and go to ur app.
question is; how in the hell do u get back to the existing call?
pressing the call button takes me back to the dialer/contacts/call log screen
there is a green phone icon in the notification bar but when u drag the bar down it is empty
holding the home key gives the call log button but goes to the dialer.
i have a rooted ph running CY 5.0.2
if this has already been posted i apologize. i did try a (quick) search
EDIT:
found this

A Hold icon appears in the Status bar to remind you that you have a call on hold. From any other application, you can open the Notifications panel and touch the entry for the call on hold to return to the current call screen.
Click to collapse
however when i open the notification panel after navigating while a call is on hold (orange icon) or still active (green icon) the panel shows nothing

Unfortunately, another feature sorely lacking in WP7. I just lock and unlock my HD2 to see the status or go to the phone call history screen.

[Q] Phone notification won't go away

Hello
I'm running Android 4.2.2 and my phone is rooted. I'm currently using full!screen+ (paid version). Whenever I receive a phone call, a window pops-down from the notification bar (see screenshot attachment). Ignore the big red mark that I accidentally made in QuickNote when capturing screenshot.
Regardless of whether I answer or decline the call, the notification window stays there and does not go away. In fact, it sits on top of any window/app I open so I can't see anything behind it.
This notification window comes up only when I'm receiving a call while another app is open (eg Gmail). If I'm on my home screen, the regular phone dialer window comes up instead of the notification window. I'm thinking it might be because of fullscreen app, but I haven't had a chance to test it after uninstalling the app yet.
Anyone else have this issue?
Try disabling incoming call pop-up in phone settings.

Unlock the device with my fingerprint or a pattern after expanding the notifications?

Is it impossible to unlock the device after expanding a notification? A lot of times I get a notification, check it on the notification bar by expanding it, like reading a whatsapp message but I don't want to go into the app I want to just unlock the phone but I can't :/ , the "swipe your finger to unlock" /" draw your pattern" message dissapears, I have to "zoom out" the notifications in order to be able unlock my device, I find it very impractical, am I missing something? is there a way to fix this?
Just tried to unlock a locked nexus 6 after expandind the notifications and it does work while on the Note 4 the unlock message dissapears :crying:
