i have My J5 SM-J500F rooted with cyanogenmod12 and TWRP.
But some from the stock (preinstalled) apps of samsung seemed to be very usefull
Where can i find these apks????

You cannot use stock Samsung apps on Cyanogenmod. You can find the Samsung apps by downloading official stock rom and unpacking .tar and then system.img or flash stock rom, root and install a root explorer and take the files.

I have an I9505 which was at 4.3 by default. I used the CF-Auto-Root-jflte-jfltexx-gti9505.tar to root it and after that i updated it with odin and I9505XXUFNB8_I9505TSIFNB1_I9505XXUFNB8_HOME.tar that i got from sammobile.com .
now I don't know that after updating official rom, i'm rooted or not?!!
I flashed Trwap recovery again. I don't know that can i flash a custome rom now with it or i have to root again? if YES, the CF-Auto-Root-jflte-jfltexx-gti9505.tar will work again with android 4.4.2 or not?

There is an app called Root Checker which does what the name says. Usuallly, you can preserve root while upgrading if you got SuperSU Pro and have "Survival Mode" enabled.
You don't need to root for flashing a custom rom. You can just flash from the recovery.

First update from 4.3 to 4.4.2.
Then Flash Philz, Deknox your phone, Reroot Via Philz.
After doing this, download the rom you want to use.
Check the firmware of the ROM and the firmware you installed, they should match. (Like if the rom is based on XXUGNG8, Then you should also flash official XXUGNG8)
Place the downloaded Rom in your EXTSD card and boot into recovery.
After that data wipe your phone.
Flash the zip from ext sd via Philz and install the rom.
Data wipe again.
And there you go

How do I Debloat a rom before I install it via Odin ??

unlock it using z3x...there's a crack version on the net...just google it...
Download stock firmware, flash with odin.
Download stock rom & flashed with odin older version
