hy at all.
i've a problem with the gps on my umi, it finds very quick min 10 satallite but it don't get fixed. even after hours outside trying catching it! i have tryed some instruction with epo files etc. but nothing to do. even flashing other roms doesn't help. i checked also the antenna but everything is fine and it finds the satellite but they won't get green and stay red!
i've noticed that my serialnumber turned to 00000 after the flashing process, maybe there is a correlation?!
is there anybody who solved the problem or is this generally a problem of the umi zero? now is the point where i need some help!

I have been using the P3400 for quite sometime, it has an amazing reception quality. But a month ago, it decided to mess with my head and now it wont give me reception properly, sometimes it connect after 10 long minutes of searching for a network and sometimes it doesn't get any reception. I have tried cleaning out the sim compartment but it still has the same problem. I have also tried changing ROMS but nothing really happens, the problem persists.
I would appreciate any kind of help with this issue.

Suddenly my GPS-Signal is 'gone' while using copilot...
nothing bring it back... no reset...
also, suddenly after being maybe 15 minutes in standby its back..?!!
it happened now in 2 ways.
1. no more finding me... but telling me the GPS is found... (next time i have to look in this scenario if google maps is also without gps)
2. it says No GPS detected and with google maps also there is no GPS
no restarting... nothing helps.... suddenly 10 minutes later... gps is back.. while meanwhile the handy been in standby...
so the question is:
does this sound for a wellknown problem or what can i do.. to find really out what can it be.. is there maybe a logfile to look... i wnat to protect me to send it to O²...
ive read soemthing about known problems with the gps...
but nothing explained..
so really nobody have any answer for me..??
hi everybody, so i bought a gt-i9505, i was all happy going at home with my new phone, then i tried the gps and it does not fix, so i thought may be it's the place, i changed place but nothing, no one gps for me and my phone, i heard about turn off it and turn on again, but in my case also this does not work, there's someone that know how to help me please? i already tried all the apps that help the phone to fix the gps signal, but nothing seems work
Hi guys, i have a T00j, and i have a stupid big that is really annoying. When i enter on zone with poor gsm signal, like an underground floor, the phone turns on and unlocks the screen, if i have the phone in my pocket it starts pressing menus or calling people, sometimes it goes to settings and you can imagine the problem...
Already tried the updates, hard resets, the phone had it board and screen replaced under warranty and the problem stays on.
Anyone had this? Any idea to solve it?

I think you are on lollipop .87 stock rom..
I faced same problem when I updated to .87 ..
not only that, my phone would lose signal and never searched for signals, my phone would be without signal until I noticed it, and I had to reboot to get back signal..
my solution..
I downgraded to lollipop .60
as I thought it was most stable of the lot..
before that I was on kitkat .54 which to my experience is best rom for zenfone 501cg..

GPS stopped working, used before GPS test it worked very well but now it only view satellites but not fixing any waited outside on clear sky for 1h and nothing, asked nokia support for helo but they said clear the cache od gmaps (lol) i did and nothing, also did factory reset and still not working.

I see no cellular signal, looks like there is no sim card. I wonder if that could be a problem? Probably no, but still might be worth a try.
I have the exact same issue. Would be great if anyone knew what could be causing this.
There is an accuracy setting of GPS. I wonder if fiddling with that one would change anything. Otherwise sounds like a hardware problem. Warranty should cover it.
Also, maybe try updating the phone.
