Best China smartwatch for sports - Other SmartWatches

Hello everybody!
It's about two days that I'm trying to find a good smartwatch for my needs without results.
I would like to buy an independent Android 5.1 smartwatch I can also track my activity with. I saw that most of these products (no. 1 d6, kw88, zeblaze blitz, etc) have hr, altimeter, barometer, gyroscope and other useful sensor but they have a dummy app that checks heart rate only when you ask for it and a pedometer (I don't understand if it works continuously or only when you open the app).
Do you know if one of them does support other apps with whom I could monitor my daily steps (without keeping an app opened on the screen) but also run, bike, and maybe gym exercises?
Thank you and sorry for my bad English.

Any suggestions? I'm not sure but I think I read something about some smartwatch that could support usage of sensors by fitness apps as Google fit...

Google Fit works on the watch as does other exercise recording apps such as Wahoo Fitness. GPS works OK, heart rate does not work with any 3rd part apps as far as I can tell. So I use a BLE heart rate strap paired to the watch.

Fitness Schedule

Hi All,
I'm looking for a program that I can schedule in my gym/running/spa/squash sessions etc. It would also be great if it could link in with my Calendar too?
Thanks,
profitness suite deluxe editon v7.13
I think there is also My Sports Training which might help... MST for short..
How would these differ from simply scheduling them in the calender itself? Curious, I exercise a lot and they might be useful...

well i got the whole package from vidaone(my sports training. my personal diet and vida one gps) the apps are brilliant. the sports training allows you to preselect or create your own excercise routine with reps etc. you can input wether you are exhausted or how your feeling from the session etc. the best part for me is the gps part as i do a lot of outdoor running and walking. this tracks the distance you have walked/run, altitude, speed etc then you can see in google maps where you have been. also tells you roughly the amount of calories youve burnt and gives summaries based on your progress, weight and diet if bought with the diet software. if your into fitness i highly recommend it. i think you can sync polar heart rate watches to it aswell although that might be another piece of software to buy from vida one to to use in the same program

Advice on what smart phone to buy

I am looking for a smart watch. I want to be able to use it as a standalone music player and use google now. I have done my research (internet and xda forum) and I haven’t seen a good watch that meets both criteria. From my research it appears that a Tizen allows a Gear to act as a stand-alone music player but prohibits the use of Google Now/Android Wear.
From what I have read the Null Rom will let me use Google Now (I do believe) but I can’t use it as a stand-alone music player.
Have I missed anything? Your help would be appreciated.

I've been away (from the XDA Smartwatch forum) for two months and not much has changed, understandable, but 2014 will be the smartwatch year.
I've been waiting for a decent Standalone too. The new Gear S seems very good, but the battery life (two days) seems poor, because its usual half of that or less.
The inWatch Z seems like a good overall watch, but its 2G, not really IP67 (or whatever it claims to be) but its the best so far, with a good battery life.
Other alternative is to watch out for the Chinese/Shenzhen clones as some of them are proving to be better then the originals, but most usually lack firmware updates.
I've made a standalone and clones/Shenzhen watches thread, hopefully it'll be easier to spot new ones.

Smart Watch For Continuous Heart Rate Monitoring

Friends,
I need to make a decision on which smart watch to buy and from several models and not clear description, I'm lost.
I need your help/recommendation on this.
My needs are
(1) Continuous Heart Rate Monitoring of course.
(2) #1 should be automatic, so once I put on the watch, it starts monitoring and I do not need to go through any menu and need not press any key to ask it to measure/start monitoring heart rate.
(3) Need to be at least sync to app and be able to download/export the data.
(4) If possible, it should track my running/jogging/walking activity.
(5) Also important, I need time display in large numericals or at least in larger fonts. I hate "fitbits" for their small display as it's harder for me to see small fonts on their display.
On AliExpress, I looked at GW01, X10, X20, K88H, K89 and No1. G5.
Lastly I also read about Zeblaze Blitz.
Now I'm not sure which one I should go for!
Any suggestions appreciated.
Thanks!

I own both k88h and gw01. K88h does not have continuous heary rate. You need to go into menu, enter the heart app, and press start.
For gw01, it does have continuous heart rate. but you still need to into menu, open the app.It will keep measuring your heartrate, and display live result, but only if you keep the app open.

Thank you so much for guidance. I can have the app open and allow the heart rate measuring from GW01.
Do you think it can connect to any fitness app, if yes, can you please tell me which one is more compatible with this watch?
Thanks again,
DP.

There are 2 main app, which is Mediatek Smart Device and Fundo Wear app.
1. Mediatek smart device only allow you to coonnect your phone to the watch, setting app notification, install vxp to watch etc. But no fitness function. But it said that it can be integrated with Google Fit app. But I never tried this.
2. Fundo Wear app same like mediatek smart device but it already have build in fitness function. It will synchronized your watch data into the app.
I cannot tell much which is the best, because I rarely use the watch for fitness purpose now.

Can you recommend me an open Fitness tracker?

Hello Guys.
I have an Idea which i want to make reality. i searched for many hours but came to no conclusion:
i often go running with bluetooth headphones(Phillips SHQ6500) and my xiaomi mi mix 2 nonroot.
I want to buy a bluetooth fitness tracker(120$ max) and i want to use the live data from that tracker in an self programmed app.
My imagination looks like this.
The App on my phone gets my live pulse and live velocity(Mph) from the bluetooth fitness tracker. and when i am too fast or have too much pulse according to the settings in my app i will hear a specific beep tone on my bluetooth headphone without stopping the music on my phone.
The only thing i found while searching is the metatracker from mbientlab (dot) com
But does it allow all the things i want?
-live raw data access, good api, is it possible to have multi bluetooth connection?
I am really thankfull for every post.

Developing an app to access local heart-rate monitor

I'm looking to develop an app that can run on a low-cost full Android smartwatch - like a Kospet or Lemfo - that can take continuous readings from the built-in heart rate monitor (HRM). Does anyone know through experience if these sensors can be made accessible to a third app and if so, how?
