Mine was quoted at 4-6 weeks when I pre-ordered. Took a day for order to show up on my account. It wasn't until just now that my account showed a estimated shipping date, which is 3-4 weeks.
I'm hoping it stays like this. Anyone else had seemingly fortunate set of events? Or, hopefully not, misfortune.

Yes. Mine was to ship by 10/31 but the order status now says it has been shipped and I have a tracking number. I ordered a Note 4 White on Oct 18th. This change in status happened in the last few hours.

I would love to know any updates on this as Best Buy has literally no information and I pre-ordered on the 11th...

Search: Did you preorder through Verizon? Here's a way to get extra/internal information about your preorder (I am a noob and can't post links yet)
It was all jibberish until I got to the first comment, beginning with "Pro tip," which provided the URL to use instead.
Replace YOUR_PRE_ORDER_CONF_NUMBER with your preorder number (found in the email confirmation they sent you). As far as I know, it only works with the preorder number (more digits, provided for online orders), not the order number. I placed my order over the phone via the retention department and it appears their method still generates an online preorder number. I can not attest to what order number type is provided for orders placed in store.
Then, replace YOUR_LAST_NAME with, well, your last name, as it appears on the order. Once the page loads, you'll get some valuable data that you may or may not be able to interpret. Order status, tracking information
According to the provided information, my order is in processing but no shipping label created yet. I have been scouring the web for more information to confirm whether or not Verizon uses overnight or two day shipping, with Saturday delivery selected. From what I have found:
* there seems to be conflicting data on the ship method, though Verizon confirmed in forum replies that it is indeed overnight
* most of the recipients designated for the 10/23 expected ship date (earlier pre-orders), received their phones on 10/23...this gives validity to iconicExpShipDate = expected DELIVERY date, as you will see in the key on the reddit post.
* the same designees that received their phone a few days late seemed to either have incorrect shipping addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts or were otherwise subjected to force majeure
* there appear to 10/23 designees whose date was pushed to 10/31, most originated from Best Buy and Amazon, and at least one Verizon customer who used the aforementioned link and generated an error code indicating a problem with the payment
* if your card has been charged, you can expect a shipping notification within 24 to 48 hours
* there are still people out there who pre-ordered on opening day and still have not received their phone!
In summation, I am expecting to receive my order on Friday, 10/31. If the link comes back clean under item details as of Thursday night, I will be devastated. I am really hoping I have the N4 in hand to distract [me] from the fact that I am an almost-thirty yo... female... waiting in line at midnight on Sunday, for a video game.
I'm glad i ordered the white quick i was lucky and got it in the 23rd. I figured the black ones would have had more people waiting for stock.

When I check my order status I see the order number, not the preorder number, a row for the tracking number but the field is blank. This happened yesterday afternoon; it had previously said in process and gave me an estimated ship date. Now there is no date.
I checked the Iconic status I previously posted about. The status changed from 'C (we have received your order and is in process),' to 'S(per the key, we have sent you order for processing).' The expected ship date has been deleted, and a shipping message was added, "your order will ship on 10/31."
I called Verizon again this morning. I was told that my order had been shipped, but there was no tracking information yet. The rep said that the order was placed for two day shipping. I confirmed with Verizon on three separate phone calls that it would be for overnight shipping... each time the rep originally said two-day, I said it was incorrect, and after a brief hold was told it was indeed overnight.
I have read of too many people on various sites having their orders mysteriously cancel, I am concerned about having no order information (with an order date change to boot). I am certain the tracking number would be in their system when the label is created, so I find it hard to believe that my order has been shipped. I did read of one gent on reddit who suffered a similar experience. He called Verizon to inquire and within minutes the FedEx driver arrived at his door.
I could sure use a morale boost. If you are reading this, I'd love to hear that you received tracking information or better, your devices! For the BBY customers, my heart goes out to you. I hope you got the $200 gift card at least.

Just received a notification from VZW with tracking number and my White Note 4 will be here tomorrow 10/31 just like they promised.
I did mine in store on Sunday. My ship date was 10/31. I got a tracking number today that it's being sent 2 day and will be here Monday. Meh.

Sorry, Ditto, [FedEx] just picked [my phone] up [from Verizon] 20 minutes ago apparently [according to the tracking information, two day shipping with Monday delivery]. Tears [of sadness].
I preordered at the store on 10/23 and I got my tracking number yesterday showing it will be delivered tomorrow
Pre-ordered mine on VZW's site and got it today via FedEx. Came way before it was anticipated to reach my door.
Everyone who pre-ordered it should be getting some kind of notification soon via e-mail.

Did FedEx tracking say 10/31?
T-Mobile shipped out my Note Edge today and I'll have it on Monday. I've got the Note 4 now, but I wanted something different.
Does anyone know if the Edge has been rooted yet? Any plans underway? Thanks!

must be some kind of mistake. when i placed my order it said next day air with expedited shipping for a delivery date of today. Monday is not what i signed up for. i havent received any tracking info and my account shows order status as back ordered; however, if i dont see this phone today tmobile will be hearing from me and i will not only be getting refunded the shipping with a free case, but im going to cancel my 8 year family plan with them.
Your post is not helpful, and nobody cares if you cancel your family plan (except maybe your family, have fun dealing with them).

yours was? so what if you signed up for a monday delivery. i was assuming you ordered on day one like most of us. just letting you know that if you signed up yesterday and chose next day that its coming in today. it was next day expedited shipping. that means early sat morning delivery.

My post was a QUESTION about ROOT. I ordered the device yesterday, so getting it Monday is fine. You clearly did not read my post, you just posted whatever you wanted.
Now does anyone know if this device has been rooted or if anyone is working on it?

So i placed my order via T-Mobile Underground today, They are saying it will be delivered by 12/22/14, so the date of GPS shipping by the 12/19./14 seems to line up. I hope they fixed the light bleed, back cover situation, and power button/volume rocker issue. stay tuned.

Ordered mine this morning as well with Saturday shipping. Talked to 5 people in customer care and no one had an idea of when it would ship. The last lady did call the shipping department and they said they have them in stock. We'll see I guess.
right so will the t mo version be as vanilla as the goog play version?
after the nex 6 fiasco with google i opted NOT to order through them.

What exactly are you speaking about, the shipping delays....? I bought a 32gb MB nexus 6 on launch day (I have since returned it and ordered a MB 64GB version) from a T-Mobile store and it was as vanilla as could be.. Can you please elaborate..?
64 GB versions of nexus 6 were not shipping in the way people ordered them.

I was able to sneak in an order the first time the 64gbs went up on googs site. but the shipping delays and all that nonsense was just too much. im not used to that (normally on launch day i just walk into a store and get the phone) and im not going through that again.
i sincerely hope this nex 9 t mobile lte tablet will be pure vanilla like the nexus 6 is. we wiill see.
i called the t mo cs to ask if i could trade in my nexus 9 wifi (i just got a new RMS unit a week ago so this tab is pratically mint).wanted to know the max i can get before i just return it to goog or sale it on fleabay. its too new in the system to give a quote on so i have to walk into a t mo copr store. i am a sprint user and have never been on any other carrier since 1998 so lets hope t mo's store reps are helpful.
I might return my WiFi n9 if this will work on Verizon.
N9 I have has some issues with screen bleeds and the back cover . returnable to amazon till end of January

ahhh received the track info from UPS also. im in LA so you cats make sure you post up your build date and how easy or hard it was to activate the sim as I will get mine much later than you guys.
As mentioned, I am a sprint user but picked up a data plan from TMO (5gb).
I already have 2 nano Sims that are in my ipads so I will just be swapping sims..

right, so tmo tell me they dont offer sat shipping, and that what i paid for was NEXT DAY (i.e. monday in this case) shipping. EVEN THOUGH on the order page it had an option for sat deliver and the invoice i received stated sat(today) deliver.
chatted up those cats at tmo and they will waive my shipping charge. homeboy wrote that they do not offer sat shipping ,only next day for 24.99. again, wrote to him that the webpage offered sat ship at 24.99.
whatevs..

I ordered my N9 LTE on Thursday, got my Ship info tonight, should have it by Tuesday
I ordered my N6 (64gb Midnight Blue) on Cyber Monday off the T-Mo site, backordered and was supposed to be delivered by this Tuesday, no ship info for it yet .
If I get my N9 on Tuesday, I'll update here, can't wait though
Build quality seems a lot better. Buttons slightly raised, no light bleed whatsoever. A tiny bit of flex but nowhere near like the previous WiFi models I had. Updated as soon as I turned on to 5.01. Build number LRX22C. Came installed with T-Mobile microsim. Haven't tested my att Sim yet. Still takes forever to charge.

Created this post to keep track of all trade ins submitted. Please post any updates, problems, value and type of trade in you submitted so we can help each other.
I sent in a pixel xl 32 Verizon with a vibrating issue should be received by them this week ill post as soon as it get approved.
Can we use the box that was used to deliver the pixel XL 2? And should I remove the drband skin and screen protector from my trade in device, pixel XL 32gb..
They've had my trade in for approximately 9 business days. Not a word from them!! I'll be calling to find out what's the wonderful process and how long it takes. I'm tired of checking daily! They suck at releasing phones now adding trade in phones to orders. Ugh, what was I thinking. I'll report back.

I think it has a prepaid for that envelope so i would just sent it in that and just take pictures of phone before you send it and i would leave everything in it i don't think it matters.

I was told you could use a box, but to put the phone in the included envelope inside the box.
put the label on the box.
they seem adamant about using the padded envelope for some reason.
myself, I cut two pieces of cardboard to fit inside the envelope, then sandwiched the phone inside of those, put the label on, and wrapped that with clear packing tape.
just dropped off at post office today, will report as it progresses.
I made a copy of the shipping label and taped onto their padded envelope. Used the original label on the outside of a small box I put envelope in. Not sure why they gave us such shoddy envelopes to ship the phones back in?
I received my 2 XL on Thursday (10/19), but was out of town until Friday. I setup my 2 XL on Friday night and sent in my XL on Saturday. According to the tracking number, my XL will be delivered to Google on Monday (10/23). I'm interested to see how they will determine my trade-in value; being that my XL was a replacement refurbished unit from Google (my original XL just died on me one day). Mine hasn't shipped yet but I'm in the same boat. My original XL died less than a month ago and I received a refurb too. That wasn't one of the trade in questions asked, so I hope that won't be a problem for either of us.
I have not received my Pixel 2 XL yet but I already sent my original Pixel XL back. It was not my primary phone. I added extra bubble wrap before packing it in the envelope. I also did a video with the time/date on my monitor to prove when I did it. I showed every angle and that the screen is perfect. I also shut it down and booted it up on camera so they can't give me any s*it it is gets cracked in that flimsy envelope they sent.
Cover your a** folks. That envelope will not protect the phone if it takes a hard drop from 4'. They may want that envelope used but mine was huge due to all the extra bubble wrap I covered the phone in.
Trade-In Approved
I ended up trading in a Nexus 6p 64GB which they received on 10/13 per the tracking. No status changes on their site until my Pixel 2 XL shipped today (10/23). I got the email that my Pixel 2 XL had shipped and 5 minutes later received another email stating my trade in was received and how much I would receive back. The amount they approved was the same they quoted, so I can live with that.
The 2nd email I received had the subject "We received your phone for Trade In".
Body started off with: "Great news! We have examined the device you submitted for Trade In, and its value either matches or is more than the estimate."
Note: The only reason I traded in the 6p instead of selling it was that it developed the boot loop due to the 2nd core. It was not purchased from Google (Sprint store) and was out of warranty. I couldn't get Google or LG to replace it and I wouldn't sell it to an individual in that state. I had flashed the alternate kernel that made it run off 4 cores, so it was usable.

Thanks for the update so i guess we wont get any updates untill they ship the 2xl even if they have or trade in for a month which is stupid what if we decide to cancel the order what then for us that have to wait for another month or more
Just received confirmation that my phone has been received and inspected. A credit of $410 will appear on my account soon. They've had my phone for two weeks. My new phone is on the truck for delivery. Finally!!
I've also received an email stating I got the full 410.00 credit. I received my Pixel 2 XL this past Thursday on Oct 19th. Despite all the gripes going around, I'm truly loving this phone and haven't had any of the issues people are complaining about except for the slight blue tint at angles. But, it's hardly an issue that would cause problems with using the phone daily. The muted colors will be fixed either with a software update from Google, or with a custom kernel like Elemental or others.
So....I'm wondering how does this credit work for people who did Google Financing? Are they lowering the finance amount resulting in a lower monthly payment over the full 24 month term or applying the credit as full one time payment resulting in less payments?
