Hello guys! I have Chinese version of Meizu MX4 (android). After updating firmware to flyme 5 my phone stuck totally. I have bootloop (while flyme cloud is turning, after some time phone reboots by itself).
I tried to flash it through recovery drive, but every time after Firmware checking I see "Firmware Corrupt". I tried more than 20 different firmware but every time the same.
Bootloader is locked. I'm trying to unlock it through fastboot (command "fastboot oem unlock" is not recognized, so I tried "fastboot getvar all", I'm not sure that it's correct command, so maybe you can give me an advice in this issue as well) but without any result - "FAILED (remote: not support on security).
I really need help. Thanks in advance!

Hi. I need to send my phone for servicing due to battery issue. I tried to lock bootloader however I am having problems with Fastboot. I installed factory image for Marshmallow A2017GV1.0.0B11(SD rm_userdata)N rollback M that can be found here. I've used minimal_adb_fastboot_1.4.1_portable on windows 10. CMD running as administrator. The only Fastboot related command that return something is
Code:
fastboot devices
Commands like
Code:
fastboot flashing get_unlock_ability
fastboot flashing lock
gives me error "FAILED (remote: unknown command)"
Not sure what am I doing wrong. Is it wrong version of Fastboot that I use? The thing is I also tried that on Linux with Fastboot package and the same error occurred. I also tried different stock roms like B03 and B05 and the result was the same. I even installed ZTE_A2017GV1.2.0B04_Full_Stock_Reverter_by_tron1.zip but still no change. Not sure what am I doing wrong. Please help. Thanks
Hi All,
Trying to flash an A1 with the following rom images and both give the error of Mismatching image and device.
tissot_images_V9.5.9.0.ODHMIFA_20180316.0000.00_8.0_f8cd1b4e8e
tissot_images_V9.5.11.0.ODHMIFA_20180504.0000.00_8.0_1a04581058
The phone is currently a brick belonging to a friend of mine, and I would like to try and get it back up and running. Fastboot can see the device, as can MiFlash, but when running the command
Code:
Fastboot oem device-info
it throws an error stating
Code:
FAILED (Command write failed (Unknown Error))
Any ideas? The device will boot into fastboot but no further, and gives a warning about being unlocked when you try to boot. I'm not sure how to check if it is a re-branded Mi5x or not, as the box is a Global version A1 box with corresponding IMEI cods to a model MDG2. The phone does have the Android One laser etch on the back however.
By bricked I mean the phone will turn on, load the warning about an unlocked bootloader and then go to the Android One "bars" screen you see before the pretty android one loading screen. Here it just stops.
The drivers i'm using come from the MiFlash install, and I've tried doing a TWRP install with fastboot but still no joy. Fastboot can see the device, and talk with it, but nothing I seem to do has got the kit back working.
Anyone able to give some help or advice?

Hello everyone,
I have a Vky-l09c432 Huawei P10 Plus with an working System. So I would like to Update the System from Nougat to Oreo, and there is a small problem, which I cannot deal with. So maybe here is someone who has a good tipp for me. The Phone is not rooted, but has the bootloader unlocked.
The Thing is, that I have broken any Recovery installed (There no stock recovery or no TWRP).
So I tried to flash a recovery / System / Boot or whatever via. Fastboot Mode. If I try to do this the command prompt shows up with the fallowing error: failed (remote command not allowed).
All Drivers are installed correctly and in HiSuite the phone shows up too.
So the Debugging Mode is activated, but I cannot active OEM in developer Tools, because its grayed out. And I cannot also relock the bootloader again to use OEM in Developer Option. I don't have the Bootloader Code anymore.
Is it Right, that I cannot flash (failed (remote command not allowed). ) because of the OEM Setting ? (Fastboot devices shows up correctly)
With the Dload Methode, I also have a Problem, because the Files are to great for my SD Card (4GB+).
Is there any Option to install a Recovery (custom or Stock...) on my phone again ?
Kind Regards & Thank you a lot

Hi all, I had official MIUI Global 11 on Android 10 on a phone with unlocked bootloader and a recovery. I wanted to re-lock the bootloader, so I went to fastboot and I gave the command to lock it.
Obviously (but I didn't even imagine it) the devide DID lock, but now it doesn't start any longer. ""System destroyed" is the message.
What I want to get is one of these two results: having a working phone OR having everything erased.
What I have already tried is:
- installing a firmware via fastboot: failed because the bootloader is locked
- flashing single .img via fastboot: failed because the bootloader is locked
- erase partitions: failed because the bootloader is locked
- unlock again the phone via fastboot: failed
- unlock again the phone via Mi Unlock: failed because missing authorization in developer options
Let's add the fact that I don't have windows, but Mac, that reduces the available options.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?
You can use Platform tools in windows. As far as i know platform tools can be used both locked and unlocked bootloader. You can search on YouTube how to flash mi phones through platform tools.

I think that the only way to flash it successfully again is to use QPST ,but you need to open the phone remove battery and get 9008 port , check in YouTube.
Ill try explaining it clearly
Yesterday I decided to go back to the stock firmware by flashing it and choosing the option to "clean and lock the bootloader" for the Redmi 3s MIUI 10.2. However I got many problems when going through my phone. First, Wifi and hotspot wont work, the message "device storage is corrupted, your device is unsafe" keeps showing up and lastly, i cannot connect to the MI account as it'll show the message "Couldn't check device security info".
This makes my phone unusable, so my choice is to flash a new firmware, if i don't unlock the bootloader the message "critical partition flashing is not allowed" will show up when flashing the firmware. So I need to unlock the bootloader.
The first one is the Mi unlock tool. This unlocks the device by signing into the MI account, which i can't because it'll show the message "Couldn't check device security info" again. This means that I can't use the Mi unlock tool.
The second one is the ADB and fastboot method. When booted to fastboot, i typed in "fastboot oem unlock" but the error shows and says "token verification failed" error and just reboots into fastboot again.
This then leaves me into nowhere to how to unlock my bootloader. Please help and thank you so much!
