End of the month is close

no matter if it come to the end of junary, i prefere huawei to take the very last version of lollipop because google patch the batterie drain issue of the first version of lollipop.

The way it is right now on my other devices, I hope Huawei takes his time and makes it for it properly.

I have Lollipop on my Nexus 5 but I dont like it too much. It has trouble in the duration of the battery and there are several features that are not going as expected. I wanted to go back to 4.4. but you can not!
Once installed, you can't return easily.
I recommend patience and see how this Huawei version works!

Sorry for offtopic but nexus is the easiest device to go back to 4.4.4!! Just download the factory image from Google and install via ADB. Yes it will wipe your device, but its possible. Try to downgrade a Samsung phone...
Ontopic: i tried to find the facebook posts from huawei where they say "its coming (soon ™)". I cant find them!
Sorry but there wont be a lollipop Rom from huawei in the next weeks... CM or slimrom would be nice.

Found this when Googling for Mate7 Lollipop but somehow it seems fake to me.

Problem since I get 5.0.1

I have some problem since I update to 5.0.1, I have light flow and Nils installed, when I restart my phone I need to go to settings and give this two app permission again, every time I need to do that. Someone have the same problem? Someone know what I can do?

just did the update.
go to hicare, upgrade rom and accept the prompt. then go in updater and download. i recommend a factory reset after is done. Happy upgrading!!

Performance are great, so smooth. NOW i can feel like i have a snap 616.

I think the update is rolling out piece by piece. Have you followed my instructions and checked on Hi Care ( not the default one, but the one located in the play store) ?

Why is this update rolled out via HiCare instead of the normal OTA update app?

Sorry, after download i was so excited that i updated instantly ahahah. Check with HiCare because it is coming and all of my friends received it. Use the new HI CARE app from playstore.

Do i need to update to B140 first? Because i didnt do that and haven't received the update yet, my friends does but that is stock ..

Call log seems to be smother. The arrows indicating data mobile transfer are now longer. I don't know yet if Bluetooth connectivity works now, I don't have any device to try on. Still that bug when you turn off the airplane mode, the Bluetooth goes on.

GPS got problems too.. with both .376 and .378 .. Jumps in and out on Wigle :/

I Don't have any issues with gps using .376 firmware it's stable for me. Try using it in other apps and check

Damn, it means we have to wait for 7.1 and if then sony dont fix the sound they never will.

Much lower temp and better battery.
But suppose its bequse they limited the cpu frequancy to 1.56 Ghz

Yes i thought so to, but so far i have not felt any perfomance loss.

I'll try it on the UB z5 later so, I wouldn't try it on the LB z5 yet, as I can't do anything with the LB, but not too push on unlocking it after the other z5 lost all cellular signal after the unlock, it mightn't have anything to do it it but it does hold you back to unlock another one

By the way, I wasn't able to pair my z5 with any Bluetooth device on .376 for audio purposes. Now, on .378 it works perfectly.

May be you can flash it, but the dual sim functionality will not work. I'm guessing, I don't know for sure

VNS-L31C432B370 no bluetooth issue

So today i received the nougat update by ota, but after the update the bluetooth wasn't turning on and there were a lot of things missing(like the phone updater itself for example), so I decided to reset it to see if it would solve the problem. well, it din't and the reset failed for some reason an then it wouldn't boot unless i pressed a key at boot, after that i didn't have a keyboard and many other things... well, long story short, after I flashed the hell out of it many times, now i'm on VNS-L31C432B370 and booting fine, even after reset, i have the updates and apparently everything is working fine... except the freaking bluetooth... it just wont turn on, either from the shortcut on the top menu bar or from settings. Can someone help me out here? thx in advance

ok, for some reason all my syncing items appeared after reboot.
but the Bluetooth issue remains...
does anyone have an idea on how to solve it?
BTW i noticed that there are 2 packages to update. one has over 1gb and the other one has only 400mb, i can run the update of the larger one just fine, but the smaller one outputs an error. can that be what is missing? is there another way fo flash it, maybe via the command line instead ob the sd card dload method.

don't know. I've just downgraded back to 161 and now everything is working fine...
weirdly enough I'm not getting the OTA update now... :S

I had some issues similar to yours everything worked very slow (switch bluetooth on took a minute sometimes etc) i was on b336 (l31-432) i downgraded to b160 to get an immediate ota for b370 now everything is working fine again! Btw i heard that only b160 seems to get the ota at this moment...

the weird thing is i had 161 when it updated to 371...
but you might be on to something, I downgraded to 160 and immediately got b370 ota... downloading/installing it now...

Before i installed B336 i was on B161 as well however i flashed that one because i thought it was newer/better than B160. On the Huawei page you can only rollback to B160 from Nougat that is when i noticed that most only recieved the update from B160 not from B161. Anyways let us know if your issue is resolved.

Me too !
I downgraded from B161 to B160 and was able to download B370 (1.9GB). Previously (on B161), I was only able to download B371 OTA, whiwh lacks many apps.
