wonderfull. I did the same. dirty flashed the full 2.2.2 (not the OTA) on twrp. everything ok.
I'm running the Blu_Spark kernel, should I dirty flash the full 2.2.2 ROM or just apply the delta (OTA)?

Also happened to me. You need to dirty-flash the full ROM. If it doesn't work... clean install. Over here it worked well though.

Can anyone put up a version of it for me? I flashed SandyKernel, and now my device lags out every 10 minutes. I've tried flashing both OOS 2.0.1 and 2.1, but I have twrp, and it seems to be having issues with the naming of the device.
Are you flashing the full ROM or OTA? Use this thread here
https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/oneplus-2-stock-rom-collection-updated-22-09.347627/
You should be able to flash full roms, but if you're rooted you can't flash OTAs. But TWRP shouldn't stop you from flashing a full rom.
Yes. That is where I got the full images. Like I said, TWRP is giving me an issue because it has not been updated to match the correct naming scheme of the device.
I still need the stock kernel..
Did you try the official TWRP build that just came out today?

Here you go, official OTA link from OOS 3.5.4 to 4.0
You need to flash the OOS 3.5.4 full zip before flashing this incremental OTA zip (if you are not full stock)
http://otafsc.h2os.com/patch/amazon...gen_28_OTA_029-035_patch_1612310259_a8e4f.zip
You can also use the complete OOS 4.0 full zip from here:
http://otafsc.h2os.com/patch/amazon...s3TOxygen_28_OTA_035_all_1612310259_2dc0c.zip
Flash with stock recovery or TWRP.
Thank you very much, let's see how fast the mirror is

So with root, twrp and oxygen 3.5.4 you need to flash the full 3.5.4 ota and then you can flash the 4.0 ota?

Thanks dude, guess I can now cancel my download.....:silly:
So maybe I understand. I'm downloading the full 3.5.4 zip. Then I have to flash it via recovery and then I will be able to flash this ota package? I'm sorry if i'm bothering you but I'm a little confused now. Thank you in advance

1)Flash 3.5.4
2)Then 4.0 OTA Zip (Directly After)
3)SuperSU
4)Don't try custom Kernels (they most definitely won't work)

can anyone say, waht this is? sorry for the noob question
Okay, great work, all of you. But now, for a noob, can anyone tell me what to do?
I am on 3.5.4 stock rooted, with TWRP, encrypted. Bootloader unlocked.
Is there any way to flash this 4.0 WITHOUT losing data/settings etc.?
And if so, could someone tell me how and what which files?
I'd really be happy!!!

Updating from settings didn't work for me... it rebooted to recovery and almost immediately said "Install Failed", I'm using stock recovery, stock 3.5.4, not rooted, bootloader unlocked
Hello, is there anyone who could provide me original boot.img of version 10.0.8.0 so i can make patched boot in magisk and proceed with install?
I would be really greatful.
April?
IS version 10.0.8.0 the April update? If so, i would need a full ROM please. OTA is so broken, even stock ROM does not update.
EDIT: It did finally update from stock ROM after MiFlashing and losing all data.

Yeah, i only found March update ROM (10.0.7.0) and then my phone updated itself to newest version and i can't find ROM of 10.0.8.0 anywhere, so i need boot.img from somebody.
Here are both the original boot, and magisk patched one

Extacted them from the payload.bin, worked like a charm for me.

I'm currently on AOSP extended and thinking of going back to MIUI. Can I flash the latest MIUI recovery rom from Orangefox or do I have to take the fastboot route? I guess formatting data and wiping system, data, cache and dalvik is a must. Anything else to consider?
Fastboot it is. Find fastboot ROM on http://en.miui.com/a-234.html and flash it for safest and full stock restore.

Yes you can. In case you flash xiaomi.eu the correct kernel is included in the ZIP. Flash magisk right after that... And ready to go...
I went back to Miui too, way better battery life, fluid, no glitches and just more robust...
Sorry if it's too obvious, but I'm really new to this device and would like to receive a little help from you guys.
I'm on RR (also tested AEX) right now, plus Orange Fox recovery, and rooted (Magisk). All is good. But would like go back to MIUI stock again to see the difference.
A friend of mine recommended me to download these ROMs from here for MIUI 10.0-10.4 (stable). My question regarding the zip files available on there: are them flasheable via custom recovery (zip ones)? Will it overwrite my custom Orange Fox by original stock recovery from Xiaomi?
If you know more updated MIUI releases, please let me know where to download them
Thank you.
There's also the ARB problem. I know I'm on ARB 4 now and it's easy to check the ARB version in a fastboot rom in flashall.bat. Haven't found a way to check it in a recovery rom though but I guess it would be safe if I download the latest version.

I personally prefer xiaomi.eu Developer over Stable, but either ones are ok. Yes just flash. Orange Fox will not be overridden. Don't forget to also flash Magisk right after that...

Perfect. And last questions, please:
- Is MIUI 10.5 (9.7.11) the Developer one you are talking about? -> https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/9-7-11.51324/
- xiaomi.eu ROMs, in that case: 10.5 9.7.11, can be updated by just installing new builds (zip) via TWRP? Or a clean installation is needed/recommended? Taking as an example for next probably release like 10.5 9.7.18...

Yes 9.7.11
Switching between MIUI builds deleting data is not mandatory but recommended.
If you are coming from another ROM (Pixel, Lineage etc) mandatory
