so i tried installing it and when the phone resets it just bootloops over and over again. it passes the motorola icon and then itll restart. I can reach the 2ndint but thats it. I rooted the phone and installed 2ndint on stock froyo. Then i put the files in the sd card and installed them through recovery. of course factory resetting etc. I dont know what to do at this point. Can anyone give me some instructions as to how to do this? Thanks
So I have an Canadian Note 3, SM-N9008W8 phone.
I had it rooted without issue. I then installed TWRP.
Once I install X-Note, I started to have issues. At first it worked, booted into it fine. Then WiFi & Mobile didn't work, so I found a fix, installed the WiFi fix, rebooted, then the mobile fix, rebooted. Though mobile still didn't work, so I tried factory reset, and a re-install of them all to fix it, but now it just keeps rebooting. Either it gets to the booting screen and keeps rebooting, or sometimes it boots into the OS, but after a bit it reboots.
The original zip file for the OS is not on the phone anymore, so I can't even try a re-install of it, and I have done a factory/data reset a few times, same issue, its stuck.
So now I don't know what to do.

Yea, that website has nothing for Note 3s...?
Yes latest TWRP, and battery pull did nothing. The phone is completely screwed
Where else would I find stock ODIN files for Canadian note 3?
samsung-updates.com - and a bit of googling if not there, there will be some somewhere.
Found one but no luck.
Somehow after using Odin and putting stock on there, its still boot looping. I have tried it 12 times, differnet ways, no luck. It makes no sense.
Maybe its Windows 8.1? I just tried on Windows 7, but now Odin shows FAIL when I did it.
I was on X-note and I have Same problem since yesterday I did factory reset and install different rom but doesn't work I install original rom by odin but still rebooting and no signal and wifi doesn't work so what's the problem is it software or hardware ..?

Hello, I recently got a d803 and decided to root it which went well, but after I rooted it I installed TWRP custom recovery and then things started going downhill. I'm not sure what exactly happened after that but I rebooted and i kept getting an loop of ui crashes and system crashes so I restarted in recovery mode and tried doing a factory reset. After the reset the problem stayed with everything crashing as soon as I boot, so I tried another factory reset. After the next factory reset I have been getting stuck at the LG Boot Screen. How can I fix this and go back completely to stock?
Please and thank you!!
You can try this to go back to stock.

Next time use Autorec to install twrp. And make sure to install autorec thats specific to your model. Else u will soft brick your phone.

I did use autorec :/ for d803
Tried rooting installing custom firmware again and same thing again, system ui crash and on boot...
I think it is actually from editing build.prop.
I am having the wifi problem that after i reboot my phone it forgets the wifi instead of automatically connecting it and I found a post that says to do this:
"Try opening up your build.prop file and editing the following: wifi.lge.patch. Set it to false. This worked on my Bell D803.
Needless to say, you need to be rooted to do this."

Is there any other fix for the wifi issue?
Hey guys,
Was a little schwasted last night and decided to play around with my phone. I was trying to root it and install a custom ROM, but I just ended up bricking the damn thing instead.
Needless to say, I will not be trying to root this thing anymore but please help me fix it by tonight.
I've been up all night trying to fix it, and I've done pretty much everything possible and it's starting to get very frustrating. I've downloaded the stock ROM .zip file and loaded it into Odin, where it installs successfully. Then I boot it into recovery mode, do a factory reset, wipe the cache, and reboot. No difference - the Custom Bootloader still shows up and then it displays a few seconds of the Samsung animation before freezing and eventually turning black (blue light on top left is still on though).
Please help.
Just did the same thing three more times. Send the .zip file through adb sideload. Nothing.
............
You shouldn't be using a zip with Odin, it should be a tar file.
I bought an a tablet from work that was a display,i got it really cheap, but i need help getting it to where i can use it.
Ok it is a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 SM-T530NU.
The problem is it got password protected by some random customer, and when i try to factory reset it says "MDM does not allow factory reset".
i came across a video telling me how to get around it,but i have to be able to get into the device, and everything i look up about getting past a password says to just factory reset.
Plus everything i lookup about reinstalling android says i need to be enable USB debugging mode, but i can't due to the password.
I tried installing stock firmware using odin and it shows in recovery mode as a slighty different version, but the password is still in place, and it still says the same thing when i try to factory reset.
i even just tried to root it using CF Auto Root, and it still is doing the same thing.
So i am stuck and i have no idea what i can do to fix it, someone please help me...
EDITk i got it to work.
I installed TWRP recovery firmware. Used this to wipe all data and recover the tablet to factory condition. This removed the OS at the same time. Upon reboot allowed the device to be rooted with SU.
Then i put the device into download mode, and re-installed the stock rom.
when youre in download mode usb debugging is on.... no need to enable it in
rom. install twrp to it from odin, then do full wipe, reboot to recovery and clean install stock firmware that will kill all files and rom passwords.
