[Q] Nexus Owners - can you install flash / does it work?

Can anyone who already has one, install flash and report if it works?

i do not have a Nexus 7 but i have a Galaxy Nexus which i installed the I/O version of jelly bean on.
I can confirm that Flash worked perfectly with Firefox (chrome does not support it) and the stock browser (one rom included that).
i tested with amazon prime instant video and youtube.

Alternate download source for Flash install files
After mid-August, you may still be able to find Android Flash at the Adobe web site. I'm too new to be allowed to post links here but I found the apk version at the Adobe web site look for the page titled Flash Player Help Archived Flash Player versions.

My nexus 7 is still on pre-order. But I did test the stock browser of my phone running android 2.3.7 for HTML5 from this link:

Looks like HTML5 is not fully supported on the browser I'm using

How to get Adobe Flash Working in Firefox with Android 4.4 KitKat

I only have to say that someone called ChaChon posted on Bugzilla the .apk a modified installer for Adobe Flash Player that WORKS -at least for me- with Firefox in Android 4.4 KitKat.

First uninstall previous flash player then install the new, reboot and try if it works for you.

is there away to Remove the OUYA OS and put a stock Android OS on it, so you wont be able to use the ouya store?

Mad Catz Mojo problem with Kodi 17.0 "Krypton"

I have rooted mojo with the stock firm ware. I am trying to install Kodi 17.0 "Krypton". But it always give me the error. I downloaded the apk and try to install through ES Explore. They give me error message package not compatible. Please some one help me.

Why are you on stock firmware anyway?
Version 17 requires android 5.0 minimum. Why do you want 17 anyway?

Yes, stock MOJO is on 4.2.2 isn't it? You'd need to flash your device to CM 12.1 at this point to get Krypton. But of course, that will change again further down the road with future releases no doubt.
Maybe consider a Raspberry Pi 3 for Kodi if the latest is important to you. Otherwise I think Android generally is a bit of a pain with OS updates, and this will be an issue at some point.

I have been using the MOJO for a year (rooted W/stock and REMIX SO) Kodi 17 is not supported on Android 4.2 which is the stock MOJO rom. I was able to install Kodi once the box was moded to CM12 (android 5.x) or Remix OS.

Netflix won't work when nvidia shield TV 2017 downgrade to under 8.0.1

1.when I downgrade my shield tv to 7.2.0 7.2.1 7.2.3 8.0.0 etc, netflix did not work and got -100 error. I try to update netflix to latest version through google play, Unfortunately no work.
2.when I downgrade my shield tv to 8.0.1, netflix is work fine, so I think netflix will detect system version to decide whether to provide netflix services.
3.do anyone have research how to ban netflix detect system version?

Netflix has always supported a minimum os version. You would need to find a hacked Netflix apk.
