Can anyone who already has one, install flash and report if it works?
i do not have a Nexus 7 but i have a Galaxy Nexus which i installed the I/O version of jelly bean on.
I can confirm that Flash worked perfectly with Firefox (chrome does not support it) and the stock browser (one rom included that).
i tested with amazon prime instant video and youtube.

Alternate download source for Flash install files
After mid-August, you may still be able to find Android Flash at the Adobe web site. I'm too new to be allowed to post links here but I found the apk version at the Adobe web site look for the page titled Flash Player Help Archived Flash Player versions.

I install Adobe 7 and when viewing Youtube the quality seem better than flash 3.1 but when I go to the microsoft mobile website to view video then I just can't.
Should I install both Adobe 7 and flash 3.1 or what did I do wrong? I like Adobe 7 cause quality of youtube seems better but slower.

I have a similar problem, on certain flashsites i get " you need the latest flash player to view this content" and i have the same package installed, but sites like youtube works fine...what tha hell is this, very annoying.
Flash Lite 3.1 will play back SWF content created with Flash 9 as long as it does not use ActionScript 3. Only ActionScript 2 support is included in Flash Lite 3.1.
Flash Player 7 for PPC is also ActionScript 2 compatible but only targets material created for Flash Player 7 or earlier.

let the phone get some a bit older and the guys gonna find a solution for that i mean there is a plugin for the iphone 3g to support flash.

No, because the cpu of the phone does not support certain instructions required for the actual flash player.
thats not really right the cpu got enough power but adobe set it to v7 cpus only so i dosent work maybe if someone do a modification its gonna work on v6 aswell.
and like i say this phone is alot faster as the 3g iphone so probley we can get it to work.
...but skyfire don't use Flash, works well on iphone

I did not talk about the cpu power, but about instructions which do not run on the P500s cpu, but only with v7 cpus.
I just use Skyfire for flash video sites. Works great.
The Indian version of Optimus 1 P500 has the flash player installed by default!

It seems that currently the only version to have the flash player is that of India. Perhaps it has a firmware update with unlocked flash player.
someone needs to track that firmware down so the devs can cook up the files.
If someone owning this indian version of the phone would install the custom recovery, make a nandroid backup and make this available this would be great.
If someone has a download link to download this version of the ROM somewhere from LG (as *.kdz) this would be even better.

Tested it too. Same behavior tho... Well we just need to wait some Koothrappali to bring us a nand of an indian P500 :>

I am from India and have been using this cell since a week now. There is no flash support *10.1 or Lite* whatsoever. The information published on the box and website is false as I have been unable to load any flash content of any kind on any site.
Eg:- gsm arena 360 phone view, youtube desktop version, any other video sites, newsground etc.
Flash support, is dependant on the processor an LG Optimus is not compatible in the world nor in India with it. *just registered on the forum to negate this view that we are lucky 'cos we have flash 10.1 (we DONT) *

I would also like to have flash on my phone. I think that either Adobe or someone must rewrite flash to work on armv6. Maybe we should make a petition for Adobe to make flash for our phone?

I have some additional info about running Flash on ARMv6 devices. For the time being, our only option is to run Flash Lite 3 or Flash Lite 4. Actually Flash Lite 4 is exactly what we are looking for, since it's a stripped down version of Flash 10.1 that can run on ARMv6 devices!
Dexter's TatFroyoTatoo v0.4 ROM includes Flash Lite 4 from HTC. It's actually ported from HTC Wildfire, and works quite well in my opinion. The down side is that this ROM has Sense UI and apparently HTC Flash 4 plug-in requires it. I'm not a big fan of Sense
I'm currently trying to figure out a way to remove the dependency or include minimum missing dependencies so that I can build an AOSP or CM based ROM that includes Flash Lite 4 for HTC Tattoo/Click. I think it can be done for other devices as well.

Use Skyfire browser
You can try Skyfire browser it has flash support by converting flash content to HTML 5 on its server
Unfortunately Skyfire just works for videos. It can't play other flash content, so it doesn't work in my case.
I'd love to have Flash Lite 4 or Flash 10.1 too.
However, Adobe has released Flash to HTML5 tool. It works with simple banners for now. But, it just gives us a clear message. Flash is not here to stay. When HTML5 is mass adapted, Flash will have to die.
On the side note, I'd point my hands on Ideos X3.
It was launched recently(in Korea, on last 3rd if memory serves correctly).
It supposedly has a ARMv6 processor yet sport Flash 10.1 on the specs. Would be glad if anyone can rip the apk off this thing.
Recommend that it should not be installed because: not a flash 10 (Gt540 never flash 10) => useless, just a few more loads of banner ads and still not see the flash video, flash game, slower browsing! So who has read this part anywhere, best not to install

The problem is Flash supports mp3 codec and HTML5 audio supports ogg codec. This is why all those sites are still using Flash. It might or might not work with Flash lite. That's another issue. For music hosts, implementing HTML5 means converting the whole backend.

I only have to say that someone called ChaChon posted on Bugzilla the .apk a modified installer for Adobe Flash Player that WORKS -at least for me- with Firefox in Android 4.4 KitKat.

Video recording works now, you'll notice it's designed a bit different - some good stuff in the Tools folder hiding away that devs will use. Some factory Nubia apps that do a great job managing memory are present as well, find duplicate files, scan for viruses, etc. Accelerate is one of them, it will clear the memory. Everything else is WIPED, completely debloated and uninstalled, and replaced with a Google app. Even the Clock is from Google. If it could not be deinstalled, Package Disabler blocks the app. No Nubia bloat.remains. I only left nubia.bbs as it carries the latest releases in Chinese first - Google Translate is installed, you will be able to read it, no matter the language. If an app does not let you Translate directly, you have Google Lens which can be accessed in Google Photos. A square icon will highlight text, then you can select More or .. and choose Translate. It will generate a translated message for you from the screen shot. Lens also has this feature just pointing at text with the camera. Lit Photo picture compressor is included so you can trim down pictures you take small enough for emails; a casting app Web Video Cast works outside of China has been added to stream any video from your phone over WiFi to a TV or monitor. Tested it out on my Samsung Smart TV, and it worked great. You just select the connected device on your Wifi, download an app to that device you want to stream to, and type a website URL to stream from to your TV or PC in Web Video Cast. VLC video player is included which can handle many video formats. 1Weather is a favorite app of mine and it shows live weather forecasts for the week through a widget on the home page. Also, there is a Chrome search bar with a Google Assistant icon on the right, Google Feed icon left side. Google Maps. APK Mirror is installed and the SAI Split Archive Installer app. ZipArchiver. Magisk Manager is installed with several Magisk modules, one for Migrate Backup. Swift Backup app also. Root browser. TurboEdit can edit root files.
