Is it possible to port the new Lock screen fingerprint security tap gesture from galaxy N5/S6/S6E/S7/S7E/A5 2016 to galaxy note 4?
I am just wondering if it is possible to replace the swipe gesture? i am using [ROM][N910C][6.0.1] Ditto Note 5 ROM v0.6 from Electron Team which the Fingerprint for lockscreen doesn’t work.

Hi, I'm getting an S5 soon and I was wondering if I can enable the ripple effect ontop the current lockscreen (pattern, fingerprint, etc.). I know I can do this on my S3 Mini and would like to know if there is an option like that on the S5 as well?
In short: (On my S3 Mini) I have swipe unlock first and then when I swipe to unlock, it takes me to the pattern lockscreen, which I need to do in order to unlock my phone. Is there such an option or mod on xda for the S5? Thanks in advance to anyone who helps or decides to create such a mod if possible
Does anyone know of an application that can mimic the S6 quick launch camera by double tapping home button even when in the lock screen. Is there anyone who is thinking about making a port to the Note 4 of the quick camera of the Galaxy S6. I am sure that the community would be grateful, I know I will be Don't want to buy an S6 just for that feature. There must be a way of porting it. At the moment I am using home2 shortcut but it does not work in lockscreen when the fingerprint scanner is on.
I just installed the CM13 ROM but I was wondering if there was a way to get features from stock note 4 on to this ROM like the s pen features, clipboard, air command, and fingerprint lock screen. When i try to activate fingerprint lock screen it just changes to the backup lock instead of using fingerprint (I'm new to this ROM)
Edit: for fingerprint to work all you have to do is swipe your finger over the sensor fast.

I received a Samsung Samsung S5 Outdoor Version, Model Number SM-G870F, Android Version 5.0
I read that Galaxy S5 can support the finger scanner to unlock the screen.
My model seems to be not able to do that. But the sensor on the back is available , as other S5 models.
It is also possible to measure the pulse from the finger.
Under Setting and Personalisation is missing the icone for the finger scanner.
Is it possible to add somehow this function?

Is there a mod or method to enable the fingerprint scanner with the Swipe screen lock? I want to use my fingerprint to wake and unlock my phone while still using the Swipe style lock screen (no pin or pattern).
