Moto e 2015 4glte - t-mo, stock lollipop

Really do not know where to put this as some mantnce to this section needs to be done.
this is to go back in stock for new 2015 4G LTE t-mo phones
if you ever need this , very probably your phone is already unlocked and rooted.
you need to know basic fastboot precedure
and use this file posted in other forum
http://motofirmware.center/files/category/51-moto-e-4g-2nd-generation/
select the SURNIA RETUS xml file
download to your PC and extract in same folder togheter with fastboot comands files
reboot your phone in fastboot mode
flash these cmd in order:
fastboot oem fb_mode_set
fastboot flash partition gpt.bin
fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img
fastboot flash logo logo.bin
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.0
fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.1

fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.3

your are done your phone is in original state
you will have back the bootloader unlock status warning again

Hi there. Just one question that can't let me alone, can i flash this if my phone is from another region? The model i have is the XT1527, i unlocked the bootloader, but i prefer to use the Tmobile version, as i have it with a moto x 2nd gen.
My phone is 4g LTE of course, but the question that if other region can be flashed is not clear to me... hope you can help me if you know anything about it, thanks.

it should work if hardware is compatible.....now they have lollipo 5.1 just uploaded
...i dont'n know about wifi and network signal....but if you have unlocked your bootloader you can always flash original firmware back (make sure is availble as xml file)

Should I flash this like any other ROM? I live in Colombia, would that affect the cellphone networks or anything? I have the XT1527.

(Help) No Network After Changing Radio Baseband To USA

I had some network problem and hence typed *#*#4636#*#* in the dial pad and went into the settings. But it was the worst mistake andi somehow set the radio band to USA and now cant revert back.The first sim has no network. What do i do?
Can anyone provide radio baseband modem file for indian version?

You can then extract NON-HLOS.bin and fsg.mbn and flash using fastboot:
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn

Moto X play (XT1562) IMEI showing 0, no network

Hi all,
By mistakenly i run the command "fastboot clear all" on my moto x play (XT1562) Dual Sim,
Now IMEI number showing 0 so i am not able to register to a network because of this no calls/sms.
I done research on this and tried with by flashing custom ROM nothing works, then i went to moto x play service center they said need to change motherboard so i came back.
now i am fully confused
please anyone help me how to get back my IMEI number. and i run the getvar command in the information i am able to see my original IMEI number but when i dial *#06# both the IMEI number shows 0.
please plz... help me how i can solve this.

i hav similar problem few days back(moto x play xt 1562 imei 0)....moto care said i want to replace my motherboard which is very costly. so one of my frnds frnd resolve this problem..u cn whtsapp me on +918381086001 for further details..like to help u bye

First of all: don't listen anyone about replacing mainboard e.t.c.
Try to reflash your phone with latest factory firmware via RSD Lite or manually in fastboot mode. Then perform a factory reset and boot your smartphone into Android.

Hi Thank you for your valuable time providing to solve my problem.
I tried flashing custom rom as you suggested ,
ROM Version which i download : XT1562_LUX_RETASIA_DS_6.0.1_MPDS24.107-52-5.xml
flashed it on fastboot mode still not showing any network and IMEI also 0.
I re-flash the modem by running these commands
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
fastboot erase cache
fastboot erase userdata
then also same problem.
by the way while flashing 1st time i removed sim card from the phone and after flashing ROM i inserted sim card.
2nd time i did not removed sim card from the phone and tried flashing stock rom both the ways not working for me.
Please help me whats happening with my phone.

Motorola could not make protected partitions as on other phones to avoid these accidents? holy ****..

Hey, I've been trying to fix my imei on my mxp, but I've tried the solutions in this thread already and it doesn't seem to work. Can you please help me?

Reflashed kinzie 6.0.1 on DT2 - No cellular radio

Hi firmware experts! I have been working on getting a Turbo 2 working after water damage for the last couple of weeks. I am not an expert on any of this, so learning is where most of the time has gone.
After the rice drying, etc, the phone was in bootloop. I tried reflashing firmware, and I finally was able to successfully flash stock 6.0.1, but the phone remained in bootloop. I took the phone apart, removed a bunch of EMI shields, and scrubbed the components with 91% isopropyl, put it back together, and it booted right up. All tested components worked perfectly, ..... that is until I tried to activate the phone on a network. That's when I realized the cellular radio isn't working (wifi and bluetooth radios are intact).
Indications that cellular radio is non-functional:
*after activation attempt, phone call attempts result in the phone telling me to turn airplane mode off when it is off already
*sim card is being read but network signal not showing in notification bar or other such places
*under sim status in the settings the 'Service state' reads "Voice: Radio off / Data: Radio off" with an active sim card in the phone, rather than "Voice: In service..." or "Voice: Out of service..." as a Turbo I used for comparison displays
I'm not ruling out that there could be water induced damage to the cellular circuitry, but it seems strange and unfortunate that that would be the only issue that would remain. I'm wondering if I messed up the modem firmware during flashing.

Is there a chance that I flashed a firmware from another region (I'm US) and that is the prob? I've tried flashing earlier stock firmwares I can find, ie. 5.1.1 but I get 'preflash validation failed',presumably because by bootloader won't let me downgrade.

I am trying everything I can to get this working, any help is greatly appreciated. If you guys say it's no chance of a software fix then I'll go back into the phone and check the antenna connector and remove the rest of the EMI shields and scrub what's underneath, but I don't want to do this until I am more sure it isn't a software issue because I don't want to take the chance of breaking things in there when it wasn't necessary.

I have the same problem, water damage, replaced the screen and now no radio. Not sure on what Rom i orginaly was before. The sim works but no signal

You're using file XT1585_KINZIE_VERIZON_6.0.1_MCK24.183-22_cid2_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.xml
There is a different version, for the model with an "S" in it.
Try file name: XT1585_KINZIE_VERIZON_6.0.1_MCKS24.183-22_cid2_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.xml

So I just wiped my phone without handling the FRP...

... and now I can't go past the select WiFi screen. What do I do? I know my google credentials and all and I just want to move ahead but I don't seem to have the ability to do so.

Okay, I'm gonna answer this myself since I figured it out.
Basically, I flashed the wrong ROM (it was a downgrade). Beside that, there was an issue of a mismatch between kernel and the radio, so modem files required a reflash.
Required commands:
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
fastboot flash bluetooth BTFM.bin
