[Q] Android force closing/crashing when 4G is enabled?

So it just started happening today but each time I try to enable 4G the OS crashes. I get the black screen of death and subsequent restart. Any idea why? What can I do to fix it?

Same thing happened to me yesterday when I enabled 4g thru the pull down bar buttons. Also somtimes I get that black screen freeze and random soft restart randomly. Like today I was walking into work, got a text message, opened up the messaging app and slid open the keyboard to start tryping and I tapped out like 5 letters and then my phone just froze, went black, then like restarted without the full reboot

This is exactly what happens to me. I've rooted but that shouldn't have anything to do with it. Anyone else? Any suggestions?

Green Screen

I have an s5 five , total stock, and upgraded to marshmallow. Sometimes when I turn on the phone I have a green screen with a status bar at the bottom with the words android is starting apps. It never goes to the optimization countdown of apps and then it just goes ahead and boots without problems. I haven't cleared cache or reset after the upgrade from lollipop and this only happened after the most recent security patch. Anyone know what causes this? Don't want this to sometime throw it into a unrecoverable loop.

Screen Tearing?

Hi,
My phone's screen has started to act in a weird way today. Whenever I'm scrolling the screen splits into two halves and while the left half scrolls as always, the right half just randomly jumps, lagging behind it. It's very similar to this video: youtu.be/iHLLy9gjOpo
I tried booting it into safe mode and even the samsung logo kept going off and on which makes me think there is something more serious going on.
I'm running Android 6.0.1 vanilla, not even rooted.
Thanks
Is it like this?

Hi, it's similar, but it's not freezing, it just splits itself into two halves.

Screen Blackout on my Mi A1

I got my Mi A1 from Flipkart last month.I am facing a problem . I got a whatsapp message when i was using the phone then the screen blacked out and it turned into black white (on-off on- off alternatively and automatically and it wont stop) , black white alternatively. It will aslo wont unlock.. Even if i tried restarting , the same happened again after the phone boots ..it just unlocks for a few seconds as soon as it boots...and again goes into that black white (on-off) mode..
it had already happened once before...within that few seconds i uninstalled whatsapp and it worked again normally...It has happened for a 2nd time...first one was before September update and now again...
plz help..whats d problem..I think it is happening with whatsapp notification and uninstalling whatsapp has worked both the time..
Have you tried to reset the device? If you can rollback the OS you could wait for a new update that fixes the issue.

There's a bug. Turn off ambient display under display. If it happens again then hold the power button to reboot your device.
