Thanks for the link. Question, looks like my phone downloaded the update and it says ready to install. What happens if I say "install"?

flash the stock img via fastboot, via the bootloader.
It's easy.
This is really easy, all you need to do is flash the stock rom.
You forgot to mention which stock rom you need.

Just got the update too here in UK.
I am rooted with twrp recovery. Can I just install this then re-root ? Or will twrp fail to install it. I have no access to my pc to go back to stock first.
Cheers.

It did not affect my recovery, only lost root.
I'm running the Flashed official 4.4 update with the stock kernel and the 4.4 boot loader with TWRP recovery... Would it be safe for me to perform the OTA?

I lost root and TWRP. WugFresh Toolkit brought it all back. Though, could be just a random event, but when it was suppose to boot to the bootloader the second time, it didn't. Had to start the process over. Worked fine after that.

I have no idea. Maybe the touchscreen was fixed because it feels pretty good to me. Before it was a little iffy.

i tried to flash this over stock rooted 4.4 using twrp and install zip from sdcard and failed????

can't update anymore

I recently flashed back to stock 4.2, and now I can not update to 4.3 or 4.4. I tried using OTA and flashing through CWM, but no updates will flash. Anyone run into this issue?

Settings, about, software updates I guess I always download and fastboot lol
I've been using #9 in the root guide.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6p/general/guides-how-to-guides-beginners-t3206928
But I've been told that FlashFire works better so I'm going to give that a shot next month.

Issues upgrading to 6.2

I have a 2015 16GB version that's running stock rooted ROM. I've never had issue with OTA upgrades in the past but 6.2 doesn't install.
It goes through the process but doesn't seem to upgrade because it keeps prompting me to upgrade.
I believe that the issue is because of root. So I would like to know if there is an easier way of unrooting and getting OTA instead of going completely back to stock?
