My Galaxy S, takes far too long for charge completely ؟
Today was the battery level of 19%, Connect the device charger, and after 5 hours and her grandmother, reached 93%
also the phone became very hot
Yes, I am also wondering about that. It takes about 6 hours to get from 5% to 100%. It is fine for me, since I charge the battery in the night, but sometimes there are situations where you want to get your phone charged quickly.
My previous iPhone 3G took about 1,5-2 hrs for complete charging.
I can't offer any advice as to why, but my phone charges from 30% to full in about 2 hours if I use the mains charger, but takes about 3-4 hours if I plug it into the computer USB port. The other thing, my phone doesn't get hot, only slightly warm.
I thought the same when I first got the phone.Have owned an iPhone for the last 3 years and that chrged up pretty quickly using the USB charger, in fact the Wall Charger is still sealed, never used.
But using the wall charger with the SGS really makes a difference.I would say under two hours from empty to full.

the usb port on a computer can only deliver i think 0.25amps where as a typical wall charger can do 1-2amps which is alot more. There it always charges quicker with a wall-plug-charger.
Sorry, i am from denmark, therefore my native language is not english
mine charges from 10% to 100% in arround 3 hours using the original charger...
I had the same problem initially, just do a few full battery cycles (2-3) and it should go away. If not, it may be faulty - how's the battery life?

Are you using USB or AC charger?
AC Charger gives you shorter charging time because of the higher amp input.
my SGS takes around 2 hrs from less than 10% battery in balance to full charge via AC charger.
The stock wall plug charger rated only 700miliamp, if you need fast charging you need to get a charger rated min 1amp, I use my old n97 charger to charge sgs, take about 2hr fr.black out condition, the charger rated 1.2amp output

Ampere rating is a max spec, the phone will pull as much as it needs. So you gain nothing from using a higher rated charger.

The problem is there are still
Today i got this message
" bttray temperature too high or low "
When I do I charge the phone
Yes it will pull >1amp rather than .7amp

Hi I've noticed that my Nexus 7 is taking longer to charge now. 3 hours and only done 38% I'm pretty sure it was quicker than this when I first got it. This is from completely dead by the way.
Cheers Robbo

My nexus also takes forever to charge, seems strange...
if it's connected to usb it's normal, if it's to the wall charger, it's not normal.
+20% (Every Hour +-)
My Experience: +20% (Every Hour +-)
Similar Question: forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1804156
That's strange. It usually takes 3 hours to be charged from lower than 20% for my Nexus 7 with AC. Haven't tried USB though.
I think a thorough wipe might help.
3 hours on the wall charger that came with mine will easily do it from under 30 to 100%. The other phone chargers we have kicking around all have much lower output. Never occurred to me they were that different (duhh) until I realized that it took significantly longer to charge on my wife's Blackberry charger, my old Palm charger, my LG phone charger. I had always used them interchangeably with the phones. The N7 charger has a 2A output and the others are 1A or less. The newest Blackberry charger is only 500 mA I think. After an hour or two the charge level has barely changed on the N7 with that one. Less convenient to always have to use the right one, but makes a big difference.
USB takes waaaay longer.
Hello guys, I use the original charger that is the nexus 7 5v 2a and yet the battery takes around 9 hours to charge, I have another charger 5v 2a and also has this delay to load, am I in trouble with battery ? I use the original rom android 4.3.
9hrs!? Oh man. Usually it takes around 2.5 hours max for me. Did you try charging with any other charger? May be your charger's output is low?

It takes about 8 hours to charge. I use the original charger that I come to is 5V and 2A. I have another charger and 5V 2A and takes the same. The problem is not the charger I'm sure.

Is your cable the original one?, after it charges how long does the battery lasts. My charger went bad (got wet) now I use the charger of my sons nexus 7. Charges the nexus in less than 3 hours.

Yes, cable original.
I'm guessing battery then. I charge our N7 with whatever charger I see first and 3 hours tops...any rom any charger.

Honestly I don't think it's the battery. I've had this problem myself before (Not quite 9 hrs but close). For me it was either a short in my cable and a new cable will fix this problem or simply rebooting your nexus 7 might fix it. Sometimes their are processes running in the background while it's charging (such as syncing Facebook or to Google) that will burn more energy than it has coming from the charger. I'd try to restart and then see how long it takes to charge. If this doesn't help then try charging it while it's off and check on it after 3 hrs (since it's the usual full charge time). If neither of these fix the problem then try replacing the cord and if none of it works it might be your battery after all but I'd try these tips before looking into a battery replacement. Hope this helps!

Hello. "Quick Charge makes 82% in 35 minutes"... But it isn't true. Many times I charged. That's my result:
time 0, turned off phone (<2%):
10 mins, 13%
30 mins, 37%
64 mins, 79%
79 mins, 89%
96 mins, 95%
102 mins, 96%
110 mins, 98%
125 mins, 100%
On the stock charger and 5.9.20s stock on turned off phone (as same times as in turned on).
*My phone buzzing, when charger is connected in 1 side. Another side dont do it, so, my cable fails and I think about buy another one charger+cable kit.
How many % do you have from 2~5% in 30 and 60 mins? How long Le Pro3 charges? Witch one charger do you use?
Screen has to be off due to temperature control. Were you using the device while charging?
The Qualcomm claim of "0-80% in 35 minutes" is based on 2750mAh battery. Pro3 has 4070mAh battery. Leeco do not claim a specific time to 82% anywhere I can see.
I left my phone for charging. And 80% in 35 mins 2750 battery give us 2200 mAh. In Le pro it is ~55%. My scores are ~40% in 35 mins. May should I buy USB V and A meter.
Qualcomm always overrate QC charge speed when they advertise. Looking at the fine print on slide 11 from this: https://3gltesummit.qualcomm.com/sites/default/files/pdf/3GLTE2015_Qualcomm-ERoach_QuickCharge.pdf
The charging speed is based on 2750mah battery, maximum power (1.5C rate), and a thermal limit of 40 Celsius. So if LeEco had put in a lower thermal limit, then it would charge slower than what Qualcomm claims.
My Le get 39-39.5 Celsius in charge only. So, similar.

I have heard that le pro 3 has some display issue.... First of all the screen mute Ness the screen colour accuracy is not true to life and cold colours and second of all the touch latency it's something to notice I think that is it's EUI's fault..... By installing Lineage OS will this issues will be fixed
Is there any chance some of you could check some charging stats on your Le Pro 3 phones As I've heard a few stories of bad chargers and cables with the LeEco Le Pro3 I don't want to use the one's that came in the box however....
I have just received my Le Pro 3 today and using an app called Ampere it says my Nexus 6p and also my partners Nexus 5x chargers and cables can only charge my Le Pro 3 at 1400mA (Max USB current) And it only shows my current charging rate at around 1250mA give or take.
Now that got me charged from 0 to 50% in 1 hour which is a little bad... I'm a little scared but I might have to charge the phone with the supplied cable and charger at this rate

As far as i know both 6p and 5x dont use quickcharge, they use usb type c power delivery, so makes sense that charger doesnt quickcharge your le pro 3 as its not supposed to, different technology.
Thank you very much You are totally correct. I was a little worried as it took exactly 3 hours to charge the phone from 0% to 100%
Now I feel a little silly though As I never even thought of the different charging technologies I may need a coffee, A deep breath and to start all over again
"EDIT"
If you don't mind me asking which charger and cable are you using? Is it the stock one or are they third party ones?

My household has 4 Le Eco Phones. 2 Le Pro 3 (X727) and 2 Le S3 ( X522)
Of the four phones, one had an issue with the USB C cord, and now the phone will no longer quick charge. In Result, I replaced all four with with IF certified USB C quick charge cables. I definitely recommend replacing the USB cables and would consider replacing the charger as well.
Additionally, I noticed that some Roms seem charge quicker than stock, and some may charge slower than stock. For Example, The Paranoid 7.31 Rom will charge a phone at 20 % to 80% in 20 minutes. My experience with AICP so far is that it has many great features, with the one issue being that charge time has been slow so far. I believe the kernel can be adjusted. But, I have not yet determined how to make adjustments.
Hi there. I was curious for those of us who still use a nexus 4
What charging rates do you get? The maximum i have ever gotten is 850mah via main wall socket with an official Qualcomm quick charge three one. even just a cheap charger i have around gives the same maximum charge limit
At 50 % charge it tells me an hour and a half to full. Its a long time
My cable is rated to 1500 as another phone hits 1350mah charge. With the same chargers
Please do let me know what you've gotten and if its more.
Also if any of you have exact quick charge 1 specifications, let me know. Or specifically how it works.
I used ampere to check. I know that fast charge is only for usb.
I use a 3rd party charger and Max charging current is ≈860mA

That seems about on par to what I've always had. I've seen mine hit 870. But not often. I guess thats just the maximum of qc 1.
