Help needed please

My spice dream uno earpiece has suddenly stopped working.I am not able to hear the ring in-call but other party is able to hear my voice and I am not able to hear anything.If I put it in speaker it is working fine.Help needed

Have u done a factory reset??

Its a hardware faliure
you can try factory reset but i dont think it will work.
I dont think its a software problem (bug).. You might have accidentally spilled water or some liquid in the earpiece. I think you should take it to the service centre.

I don't think the factory reset will fix the issue...please check is there anything blocking your earpiece...Check with any other headphones whether it is working or not...otherwise please contact the service center or replace the mobile if it is warranty

Earpiece Doesn't Work On Call

Hi everyone!
Since hours ago my earpiece doesn't work in a call and the speaker too, but in the others apps it works...
For example, in Whatsapp I can listen voice notes on speaker and on earpiece, listen music, and other things; but in a call, for some reason the earpiece and the speaker doesn't works...
If anyone know how to fix this issue, please tell me.
PD: I am on stock D800 Lollipop Rom

I factory reseted (I don't know how to write it) my phone and now it works, but I could only restore the apps, but not the internal storage, so my question is how can I restore my internal storage if TWRP doesn't let me...

Voice Issue

anyone face voice output problem ?
number of times IMO, whatsapp, Hangout , or number off apps calling function not work properly.
receiver cant hear my voice, i can hear complete voice. after restart the cell thing go normal
i tried number of thing, reset, OS reinstall , cache clear, uninstall updates but still not able to find the solution.
please anyone help me out of this issue

Videocall microphone issue

Hey everyone!
I have a strange issue with microphone.. when i would like to make a video call then the other person cant hear me.
Microphone is working well in normal call, normal internet call, call recording, video recording, voice message.
If i talk on messenger by normal call and during the calling i turn on the camera then the other person cant hear me more...
If i use headphone then the other person can hear me in videocall
What i tried:
Reboot, factory reset, deep wipe, stock and custom rom
But no one helped..
Any idea?

Ear speaker not working only outgoing calls

Hey there...
I hope u all are doing well,
Recently I have installed a rom called LavenderOOS/ Oxygen Os. And there is almost everything is well as they said! But there is a little issue in it, whenever I make a call in messenger app (outgoing) the phone's ear speaker doesn't work I can't listen them and whenever someone called me I can listen. Is it a kernel problem? Or Should I try another kernel? Plz suggest me what to do! There is no rom I like as this ?
Please help me!
