[Q] Slow Motion video

So, the new iPhone 5s can record (or rather edit to) slow motion video. The Moto X can straight record slow motion video.
The LG G2 can record at 60fps, which can be converted to slow motion video, but not anywhere on the phone itself (that I can find). I have been researching and can't seem to find a free program that can convert the video for me, either on my device or my computer.
I don't really want to buy expensive video editing software just to make a few slow motion videos. Is there some way that I'm not aware of?
Hello!
I would like to have the this in my LG G2 aswell...
If anyone could get this, it will be amazing...
I don't really like iPhones, but in this case I have to admit, this feature is great.
The stock video player has a play speed option. It'll let you go down to half speed, but I think that's as slow as it goes.

either convert it on the phone using androvid, or use some video editing apps on pc which can slow down the video and then save it
There's a modded apk available, download here:

[Q] slow motion video

hello:
I have a question and i can´t find a answer.
is it possible to record slow motion videos and edit them in order to make some parts of the video in normal speed?
This is something possible in Htc One.
Thansk for reply

Open the camera app, click on the menu gear wheel, then click on the video camera icon and select "slow motion" from the recording mode list.
Thanks edwmsjr. But is it possible to edit to play few seconds in normal speed and few seconds in slow motion in the same clip?(just like they show in iPhone 5s ad) Or is there any app to do this?

Oh...my bad, I misunderstood the question. No, i don't believe that can be done on the phone while recording. I use desktop software on my mac to edit all my videos after I record them.

I use Adobe Premier, but it's pretty expensive. A quick look through the App Store revealed a pretty well rated app here. I just don't know if you can add the slow-mo effect to just a part of a video, but it's worth a download to try.
Adobe premier is no problem i will try

That fact that that app is compatible with all devices tells me it's not utilising the 120fps capabilities of the phones

If you are not a developers as i can see it seems a good answer.
What i ask is something i cant do.
Maybe someone could actually help and maybe with the solution gain money or better some credit in the developers world.
Sorry my native language is portuguese so i cant elaborate too much

hi,
is there a solution ?
I have not done it myself yet, but wouldn't just simply recording portion in high speed, another portion in normal speed etc. and join the files together work?

Recommend a video camera app

So the video camera app is pretty useless due to the horrible auto focus on speed, so I need a new one - any recommendations that works well with the G2. Has to be able to record [email protected]

Try ProCapture. I've used it for a long time, it's even better on the G2 and does [email protected] Just tested it and focus seems to be fairly good.
I have the paid version, but they have a free one to try before you buy.

Install lgCamera from the Play Store. It's the best replacement I've found for the video issue. I've been using the free for a bit, seems to work so I'll likely shell out the dough to buy it outright.
I've tried several apps (Lenovo Super Camera, Focal, a few others whose names I forget) and none of them worked as well for me as the lgCamera did. Good luck.

Hi, I would appreciate if you share your experience here.

Unfortunately it cannot record 60fps.
Tap to focus
Does anybody know of a video camera app that has tap to focus rather than continuous autofocus?

I have both the galaxy s5 and the iPhone 5s. I would say the S5 has the edge on everything camera wise. I cant comment on the G3!
seems fine for me

anyone KNOW HOW TO SHARE SLOW MOTION VIDEO?
You cannot share cause is 120fps video, so is not playable on all devices.. If shared it will look like almost a normal video.. You can upload to a PC n edit the video (yes, this is silly) then share..
I made a slowmo video last week while shooting an can with an air gun.. Video was looking scrap, and was a very very sunny day here in brazil, so no lacking of luminosity..

How to record slow motion in S4 with Marshmallow?
