Hello,
I am trying to find info on if we can install Viper4Android and the Xposed framework. I've searched but cant really find any useful info. If I'm missing something let me know.
Is there currently a way to install Viper or Xposed on the rooted Tmobile 935t? I tried to install Viper but it tells me that the driver is not enabled and doesn't seem to do anything.

Stock viper apk requires a permissive kernel on stock Roms. I had trouble installing viper on my G935F. Had to flash viper4android supolicy zip just to make it partially work.
Anyhow try flashfire to install zips as I think you don't have a custom recovery. It is still at your own risk though. Try this zip for viper as I used this to enable it

Good luck and xposed can be flashed with flashfire too.

I will try this thank you for the reply. We don't have custom recovery yet but I'll try Flashfire. I will pick "Flash ZIP or OTA" and not "Firmware Package" right?
Edit: I got Viper working! Thank you so much. Now to find out how to get Xposed working lol

Flash wanam xposed arm64 zip and you'll be good to go. Just make sure you flash the correct zip as if it fails to boot then you haven't the option of flashing the Uninstaller through recovery. I'm using this one
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24572330218881466
V85.1 but I've not updated to v86 yet.

Hello guys I am pretty new and I have a question. I just rooted my LG g2 D801 model that is running lollipop 5.0.2 and I am wanting to install xposed installer so I can customize my device. I looked it up on Google and there was a whole guide on how to download it but it did not work for me. What I am asking is if anyone can provide me links and advice on how to do this being that I am new to this whole rooting thing. Also I am wondering what else is required to have that downloaded. I hear about custom recovery and all of these terms but I am not familiar with them All respondes are appreciated, thank you.

Yes on any rom. this is how it is.
for 5.02 use sdk21
for 5.1 use sdk22
for 6.0 use sdk 23
and our device use arm. so sdk21/22/23. arm depending on what version of android you are.
(but first) if you only rooted your phone then you need a custom recovery. you said you have 801 g2? then go to playstore and download autorec for lollipop for d801
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=b007.autorec801&hl=en
just download/ and run autorec. wait till it says its ready to flash. then on top youll see twrp just click on it and it shoud back up and install twrp recovery... i use link2sd to reboot into recovery or look for a advance reboot in playstore. that will take you to recovery screen. but once you have the twrp. use the one on my first post 2.8.7.3 to prevent heat damage to display. in twrp says install just click install, look for twrp 2873 file where it got downloaded and select it. and it ll install 2873 recovery. then you can do the same. click on install and look for the xposed file should be in your download folder. then youre done.. install the apk. and when you have a xposed module apk. example small navigation bar. you download apk. then install. and in the xposed installer, open it and go into modules. select module you downloaded and want to use. then reboot and it should be working.

Thank you sir it worked
ok so i recently 'engineer rooted' my phone and messed up when trying to install xposed. everythings good now but i dont wanna go thru that again so if someone could give me the exact link for xposed for the tmobile gs7e as well as how to install it thatd be great. the engineered root will not let me have Twrp or cmw so i have downloaded flashfire. im guessing just download the correct file, put it in my phone and flash it thru flashfire?
You'll need the wanam xposed arm64 zip. It should flash fine through flashfire. Grab it from this thread

Like in topic. I already tried (via teamwin TWRP):
-wipe cache/davik
-factory reset
but none of these works. How to make it work normally again?
I have installed Xposed Installer from here:

You need to flash the Xposed installer to get out of the bootloop. Then, if you still want to run Xposed, I highly recommend the unofficial version by "Wanam"..
He is the download link for the uninstaller.

"Chance Favors the Prepared"
Here is where you should be getting the Xposed installer from. "Wanam" has made this unofficial version specifically for Samsung devices running LL and MM.

No bootloop after uninstalling Xposed, thanks.
But installing Xposed from link you added fails (photo). What's wrong?

Its saying that it couldn't find the updater script for some reason. And I have no clue why it would be saying that. Works fine for me, but I'm also running a permissive kernel too. That zip should work on either lollipop or Marshmallow.
Did you check the MD5 after the download to make sure the download was good?

My fault, sorry, I have downloaded wrong file. But although I installed correct file, Xposed app doesn't show in my apps, menu, apps manager etc. so I can't even run it.

It sounds like it didn't install. Make sure that you have the Xposed installer apk installed first, then reboot to recovery and flash the "wanam" xposed for marshmallow zip. Then reboot to system. When it boots after the flash you should see the Samsund upgrading apps screen before it boots into system fully.
Then go to app drawer and open the xposed app and under framework it should look like this..
Also, are you running SElinux permissive? Sometimes this is the only way that Xposed will stick. Just a thought.

My bad I didn't installed apk first, now everything works correctly. Thanks for help!
I may not have made it clear from the start and I am sorry for that but you have to install 2 files. Like I said in my last post, install the apk first, then flash the zip in recovery. Those two files are required to get Xposed on your system. All files should be accessible in the links I provided in my first post. Good luck

If you read the thread, Xposed has issues with Samsung Devices like the SM-T280. There is a version that works with Samsung though I can't rememer the link, even then I'm not sure if it will work with the SM-T280 out of the box. You can check Tinker Edition V5 if you want a pre-rooted, pre-xposed ROM and see if it fits your needs.
Tested on a clean install of CypherOS. It installs and passes SafetyNet without doing anything complicated. Assuming it should work on any rom without root built in like Lineage OS.
Grab it here and thank @topjohnwu. Remember to enable Magisk Hide in settings or it will not pass SafetyNET.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/official-magisk-v7-universal-systemless-t3473445
I tried this on an existing install but no luck.
On the new install did you have to flash the remove root zip from Lineage, or just ROM GAPPS and Magisk zips?
Thanks.

On a clean install I just flashed rom, gapps, and magisk in that order.
BTW over night Magisk lost root, a reboot and root was back though. Might be bug, might be a one time thing, I don't know.
After trying everything listed still no luck getting this to work.
Guess no Android Pay for me
I tried to install on stock ROM, it seem it dosn't work, i'll try with a custom ROM
i'm running this just fine with just the core AND the latest version of magisk. safetynet check passes too on cypherOS.

Sdk 25.
Try install Magisk, and download the systemless xposed, that's how I got mine to work.
You'll also need the Modded Xposed installer, also available from MagiskManager.
Sidenote Systemless Xposed still breaks SafetyNet
