The normal busybox installer wont work for my G935A my phone is rooted and running super SU can someone help? Thanks

I cannot gain SU access on ADB Shell after performing the flashable root zip suggested in the update.pkg thread.
Sure root and superuser work on the phone itself. But i got no ADB Shell powers.
anyone else have luck with this?
I get permission denied
It appears my flashable root got messed up by trying to fix permissions in streakmod recovery. Just reflashed and i believe it should work now.

I did have to install Busybox system/bin .
it works fine
it appears that everytime I flash a clockworkable zip with streakmod it breaks my root.
The only way to get it back is to reflash the root zip. This isn't good.
Same here, fixing permissions screwed up my root. I'm back on 319 until a better root comes along (if it ever does)

I downloaded busybox from the market and installed the 1.17.1 and it worked fine after that.

I downloaded root checker pro to check that my device is rooted or no. When I check it says that root access is not installed in the device but it is saying that busybox is installed. What is this? Is busybox is installed by cyanogen or is it harmfull . I searched on internet it said that a rooted device has busybox. Please someone help me!

I also got Super Su to work, but can't install BusyBox
Magisk should work perfectly.

Can confirm this, all in the shot is working for me
Hi everybody. I wanted to root my device, so I installed super su flash recovey file v2.82 and super su apk file.
When I want to open super su app it shows a dialog and says "the SU binary needs to be updated". When I click on update button after few seconds it says "SU update unsuccessful". I reboot my phone several times and tried but didn't work.
I googled but didn't solved
My phone is Asus zenfone 2 laser ze550kl 6.0.1
Try to unroot your phone Nd install the SU again!MAYBE you just installed an older version which can't get any updates
Its recommended that u install magisk instead of regular SU.

I did it several times but didn't make a difference.
I installed 2.82 and 2.78 , which version do you recommend?

I'm use su for root and i had some problems running some apps because the phone is rooted
So i tried to do the suhide with no luck i just can't figure out the bindsbin thing so i wanted to switch to magisk but i can't install it because the boot img is already patchet by su
So any odeas to help me guys?
