Hey Guys ,
Is there any way the double tap to zoom can be switched off on the stock rom in Nexus 6p ? Just tapping the screen twice zooms the current screen, due to this zoom feature some apps which have double tap are not working properly.
Any help regarding this will be greatly appreciated.

I came to the fascinate from my old iphone 3g and I love the fascinate, but there is only one problem.that is the stupidity of the double tap to zoom on android.when I double tap to zoom on a picture it just zooms in a set amount.but what I love about the iphone is its double tap to zoom wraps around the picture or what ever is being zoomed into. And I was wondering if there is any way to get iphone style double tap to zoom on android. The solution I have come up with so far is to use firefox mobile which has iphone style double tap, but this isn't practical because firefox is really buggy and still a beta. If anyone has any solutions please, respond.

I just updated my Nexus 7 to Android 4.2 JOP40C and it seems the very handy rotation button in the notification pull-down is gone. No quick settings either, it's just all gone.
Is it really just gone?
Is there some way to re-enable it?
Why would Google do that? Particularly after enabling home screen rotation in a recent update.

The buttons you're looking for can be found in the new pulldown with 4.2, you can find it by swiping from the top down with two fingers, or by swiping on the right side of the screen. I think.
does the launcher auto rotate when in landscape now?
Oh! Swipe on the right side of the screen does it. Like on the Kindle Fire. Thank you!

If you have rotation enabled and as at least 4.1.2, it does.
Indeed the top right corner swipe does bring quick settings but there's no way i can bring it with two fingers :-/
it might have been removed from final release. i tried and tried with fingers near, far, (wherever you are), but no way.
ps: i'm on a nexus 7

okay but how to customize them i have stock ones and no rotation with them
Have the same issue - no rotation-lock button in the quick drop-down, so thanks for pointing out the quick settings.
Does anyone know how to revive the little icon that should appear next to the date in the drop-down with a non-rooted N7?
Thanks!

Light flow accessibility option on makes the default video player bottom bar not go away. Figured it out with my Mega. Tried on wife's note 3 and it does the same thing. Without accessibility light flow will not work properly

Light flow works without accessibility option. Be sure to check notification access in the Android settings though! The bug with the accessibility option you describe comes in many other forms too. For example once the accessibility option is active all gestures stop working( like one handed use gesture). The bug is pretty nasty and persists since years on different Samsung devices. There is another thread about this with more information.

We just want to stop email from flashing the notification light all night but still want the notification icon. That's all

Something very strange is happening with light flow. If I enable light flow option under accessibility I get a different keyboard layout. Instead of swiping the space bar to change language I get a small globe button on the left. When I disable light flow I get the standard keyboard. In android 4.3 it's best to leave the light flow option off under accessibility because you enable it in security and you get to avoid that annoying lady talking to you when you use the stock browser. What I want to know is how can I change that keyboard layout by myself. I looked in every single option in the settings but nothing. Here's screen shots of what I mean:

Light flow works well on my unrooted GN3. However, I don't use the stock keyboard though, so I'm not affected by it.
Why don't you email the developer through email? I've emailed him many times and he's very friends and helpful

I have the Note 3 9005 version and in the stock browser I have the option for full screen ticked. But when I scroll down the page the address bar doesn't disappear, so no true full screen mode. The status bar is hidden though.
Also in the stock video player when I touch the screen to bring up the controls, it doesn't auto hide after a few seconds like it should and doesn't disappear even when I tap the middle of the screen. I have to press the rotate button to change the orientation and then once again to go back to landscape mode.
Could these 2 issues be related? Any solutions will be appreciated.
I have the same problem with the video player. Only workaround is to rotate it portrait then back to landscape, controls disappear ...

Do you have the browser problem too? The address bar doesn't auto hide on mine like it should.
Anyone else facing these issues? Possible fix?

Yup, just tested. Address bar stays on persistent even though full screen option checked under browser settings ....
Though this one isnt as irritating as the video playback due to the large screen..
Any fix or workaround ?
Did the rotate workaround work for you as well for the video playback ?

Edit: wrong thread sorry.
Yep, that's the only way to rotate the screen for me too.
So can we assume the browser and the video player issues are linked?
Even though it's a large screen i still wanna utilise all of it...
Anyone else with this problem? I'm so used to full screen browsing on my note 2 but I can't get it to work on the note 3.
Are there any other browsers that have a proper full screen mode?

i am having this problem. on android 4.3. when in video playback, the controls doesn't auto hide. i have to rotate the screen in order to do so.... maybe there is a bug? or a bad program that affects this?
Full screen browser is only meant to hide the status bar. It says so in the settings!
