Will my device(lenovo a6000) brick if I downgrade from 5.0.2 to cm11?

No it won't get bricked.
Just take a backup of the current ROM using recovery before flashing CM 11.
1. Flash ED300's Rollback .zip from here. (Source Thread by ED300.)
2. Flash your desired KK based ROM.

If you direct flash it then your devise stuck on lenovo logo .
so don't directly flash it.
got hard bricked when flashing directly
and wasted 150 rs in service center

Use TWRP recovery 2.7 if you wanna flash any KK ROM.
Boot into recovery. Make backup of System ( in case you changed your mind and wanted to roll back )
Goto Wipe--> Advance wipe. Then wipe out System, Data, Cache n Dalvik cache.
Goto install, flash the ROM, and gapps. It would work fine
P.S. the instructions provided by the developer of the ROM.

Try flashing again.. I had same issue and it was solved by reflashing.
If u still face issues, download the fresh STOCK ROM from sammobile website and try flashing it. It will work 100%

Flashing STOCK ROM using ODIN tool will do everything (like unrooting, flashing stock recovery, kernel and ROM) :fingers-crossed:
No need to unroot seperately :fingers-crossed:
Make sure to wipe data and cache once after flashing STOCK ROM.

Actually I am on modified twrp
Now if I flash CyanogenMod 13 with this modified twrp
Does it boot on u bootloader cause a problem
I just wanna get rid of oxyzen 3.0 and wanna flash CyanogenMod 13
No, you will have to flash one of many revert zip-files back to OOS 2.2.1 to get the old bootloader. Then you can revert TWRP to the one for that bootloader and then format data and reflash CM13.

Get a Nandroid backup. Wipe using your custom recovery, flash stock all (Unless you're downgrading). Re-lock bootloader if you want to after stock flash and you should be okay.
are you on twrp??? wanna go back to emui for some reason??cant waste data or time to restore the entire lollipop firmware then again update??
then, this is the right place, i , for most of the time , will use emui for the latest volte update, with twrp and root, but if i have to test something, then its a big head ache to me to do
restore entire system of lollipop backup, then again updating to mm for custom roms..
seems like bit of a double work???
then recently , i just pulled my b360 recvery only by manually booting twrp
and im sharing it with you..
DOWNLOAD
B360_STOCK_RECOVERY
INSTRUCTIONS:
download the zip
do EXTRAT FILES HERE (IMPORTANT)
and coppy extracted recovery folder into twrp/backups/
boot into twrp
select restore menu
restore recovery
reboot recovery
noow, you should see stock recovery
ps: i have tested it while i was on b360, and it should work well with any custom rom
hit thanks if this helped you

Please understand what I said, it is a stock recovery, not any Rom,, it's a recovery just like twrp but you cannot do backup and restore anything..
No, you cannot restore any backups after performing the steps provided by me..
Please read the entire op, I mentioned to use this if you want to revert back to stock,
And this cannot be used with any other custom roms

if you are on aicp right now,
download the backup,
remember to extract all
then copy ectracted folder to your sd card> twrp > backup> fjgnv(some number)>
make sure you have copied the stock update.app to your sdcard>dload>
boot to twrp> select resore> and select recovery
power off
then hold vol+ , vol- , power button at the same time untill you see a honor logo
you are done, update process will start and it will reboot back to emui:good: gud luck
