It's true but you will loose all of the edge features except for the people&apps edge.
I don't see the point in loosing features while not gaining any.

What features are you talking about. I use the Audax ROM a d I haven't noticed loosing any features and I also noticed that I actually gained features like game launcher a and air command which are only for the Note and S7 edge.

We were talking about flashing Note 5 N920 roms, not the G928 S6 Edge+ roms.
The Audax Rom in this forum is a S6 Edge+ G928 rom........

so i have this brand new s5 and the scrolling is not smooth at all. I have tried all the fixes and nothing on this s5 scrolls smoothly.
I have done some reading, and a custom ROM should fix it. Which ROM is stable ? and which ROM should I go for ?

I have no problem installing your ROM if someone in Toronto , Canada can do it for me.
Make sure screen output is disabled in power saving mode settings.

Hi guys I still haven't got any feedback from any of u guys regarding a good custom rom for my note 3 n900. Something stable and liquid smooth with alot of customisation on themes colors etc. Good battery life would be an added bonus. Thanks in advance.

Sorry didnt know how to get the changelog.
Just updated today morning. M1 here. Feel snappier and memory management definitely improved. My game will stay in memory now even after 6 hours.
Got mine updated too to 5.1.1 (XSP)

My S6 can last me for one full day outside. By time I reach home it had about 40% left in it.
The standby drain is slightly worse for me.

I was thinking about it but the note 5 is honestly no different in software to our phones now. Note 5 is honestly a fail. Samsung is going down iPhones route, same design and software in every new phone. I'm switching to the Moto X Pure Edition.

i have a g4 also but came back to the note 4 being there is 0 dev on the g4

Isnt the note 5 sofware a revamped version of our note 4 i much prefer that version of TW
I believe it has theme store in it like s6 i could be wrong but i noticed the apks are there when i was digging around the system dump

They already managed to port some of the S6's apps over to the Note 4, didn't they?
Just give the devs some time, we'll probably get the Note 5 software enhancements soon enough.

What rom?
these should work on almost any samsung 5.1.1 deodexed rom and some seem to work on odexed as well but to my surprise i have read some work on 5.0.x based tw roms as well. To be on the safe side always back up your original apk files

I keep hearing people say that their battery life heavily improved on MM. Mine sucks. And I have a new anker battery so it's not the battery. Battery is terrific on CM13 and decent on one of the 5.1.1 roms. However CM13 has too many bugs and the camera on stock MM seems way better than on the LP rom I was using. Anybody else have this crappy battery on stock MM? What gives?

My battery life is actually very good , I guess... It's around 5 -5.30 hours OST but I've rooted my phone and I've disabled some apps , so maybe the root will help you too. Btw I am using N910C STOCK XEO 6.0.1.

I'm always rooted lol, for sure. I disabled all the bloarware but haven't much disabled system apps. What did you disable?

Every single Knox related nonsens and all the Google apps.I also don't use any of the motions. Shealth and Svoice are also in the trash.

Alright I've deleted a ton of stuff with Root Explorer. We'll see how it goes. One thing that does happen is I'm constantly getting the refreshing sim message on the stock radio. I use a cricket sim card and if I flash the ANK5 Kitkat modem as someone suggested around here in another post then the message doesn't show up nearly as often or at all. I'm wondering.....is the Kitkat radio just better? Is the LP and MM eating battery when it's displaying that message?
