Hi and thanks for the amazing ROM and thread!
I've got a problem here:
After my phone boots up, a process called com.android.media shows up in the phone's RAM. It consumes almost 15MB, prevents the device from sleeping and makes the CPU run at 1401GHz all the time. It's draining the battery really fast. Even after I kill it, it starts again. What does this process do? How can I get rid of it?

try use kgsl it alweys give me enoth ram, zram only icreese drain so i didnt use it
Thanks. Disabling ZRam did free some RAM (strangely). But why is my CPU running at 1401GHz all the time?
Another question:
Why doesn't HDR work on stock camera? It FCs when I take a picture. Is it a known bug?
What can I do to increase camera quality? I wish the camera could work as it was on ICS.
Last question:
Why does it take a lot of time to get past the kernel logo on boot? It gets temporarily fixed after booting in recovery, doing nothing and rebooting again. How can I fix it permanently?
By the way, anyone who wants a Sony look on CM should try the Xperia Z theme on Google play. It isn't free but it looks awsome!

I did wipe the phone and cleared data before i flash the roms. I know that stability takes time and just wanted to contribute so hopefully with the logcat provided some bugs can be crushed
Also the same happens with 10.1 rom. If needed i am more than happy to flush the phone and create a logcat of the 10.1 rom version.
Kind regards..
Dear Arc/S users
Althought we - Arc or Arc S users - use a smart phone that come out only two year ago we can't use our telephone without custom roms, because it is very laggy, and have got lots of bugs notification led etc. with 4.0.4 update. And some users including me have privacy concerns with permission etc.
I want to call attention to advantages Firefox OS on Arc S:
1. First, I saw this video. http://youtu.be/5MzuGWFIfio. In video Firefox Browser that was very laggy on my Arc S with Custom ROM is working awesome without any lag. And the phone in the video has 256 Mb RAM. Think this os how works fast on Arc S.
2. And all Xperia 2011 series except for Arc have a Firefox OS Development Topic. We have a topic too but is not improved yet, and haven't got enought attention. I open this topic for this stuation.
3. Boot in less than 6 seconds even in MDPI devices. (This Xda Topic) (Edit 1: Firefox OS open as fast as 4.0.4 stock dialer. )
4. The small footprint of a browser based operating system means that B2G should significantly extend battery life before re-charging.(This Xda Topic)
5. B2G will be the first mobile OS to use Do Not Track at the operating system level. (This Xda Topic)
Is there a way to do a backup and transfer messages and contacts from android to firefox and return ?

Hi everyone,
Does anybody using this as main ROM? how stable talking, sms and browsing? If they are ok I will switch this and test it. I may want to contribute it.
WARNING BEFORE FLASHING. Please make sure you have a backup or a ROM.zip to flash stored on your phone BEFORE FLASHING this, as downloads are not working neither is USB storage, so if you don't have one of these, the only ways to get back to android would be to sideload a ROM zip or restore stock via fastboot.

Just saw this posted a few minutes ago at Modaco (meaning I just happened upon it, not that it's only minutes old) and thought "Now this is a damned cool development for the Moto G..." and it is.
Glad to see something going on with it, and I'm still considering the upgraded one with the proper microSD slot next month as well - LTE means nothing much to me since with T-Mobile HSPA+ I get damned fast speed as it is.
But an interesting turn of events to the Moto G community, definitely.
i know this is not the right thread... but anyone working on Firefox os 2.0? tons of features are being added there (and bugs)
Fortunately,i have became one of the h2os brta memebers, and i finally could use the second part of the official system of OnePlus One.
For the h2os,the systemUI has change a lot between other AOSP series' ROMs,and when you contrast it with oxygenos you will have a exactly feel.
For now h2os is still in beta time,so it is not strange to see the bugs in the ROM(e.g too hot, probably lagging, high power consumption, poor compatibility and so on),so it is still have long way to go.(When i take screenshots, the capture sound makes me crazy,it is too noisy.)
Different from OxygenOS,H2OS is build for China market,so almost every app is optimized for chinese, some of the characteristic function properly couldn't use outsize the China.
For multirom,it can add as secondary rom,so if you don't want to wipe your data, you can try in multirom.

Still no stamina mode I take it so stand by time is reduced wether or not I need root access for power naps in Dose I'm not sure but I currently don't want to root my phone and have my Telus on the Go app stop working like it did before,

but I would also like to know on what others think should I update? My tinfoil hat is still partially on so having access to my permissions is still a plus so update yes or no ?

Yes and no.
Yes there is something called Stamina in .291, No it's not what you know from 5.1.1, it's just a skin over Doze. (see here why Doze in Android 7 will get better by borrowing Stamina features, and no you won't get it on Z3: http://www.xda-developers.com/sonys-stamina-mode-did-it-first/ )
Battery is still terrible in .291, eg. in my use case SoT (screen on time) goes from 6h on 5.1.1(firmware .264) to only 4h on 6.0.1 (firmware .291).

I find that hard to believe maybe there was something wrong with your update well I'm still on the first mm update just unplugged and it's holding strong on 100% ? I guess I'll see if I'm giving myself false hope or not so if stamina mode on 291 is really just Dose in disguise then you must get app notifications even when it's on but jostling around in your pocket ?

Unfortunately I am, it's known thing for a while, if you had followed the development around here.
Anyway, get Xposed, get ForceDoze and PowerNap, and maybe they help you.
I switched back to 5.1.1 (.264), got Android N-Ify (see post #2 for snapshots) and I'm not really missing anything (is there anything new on MM really?).
I just downloaded that Doze app from the Play store put it in aggressive mode and added all the apps that I actually use to stay connected and so far I think it's working battery life may be as good or better than it was I had already push most of the apps I could to the SD card and there still there and working so at the moment I'm okay it's a Rogers phone and it's still on the 575 build I wouldn't mind Flashing some compatible firmware for the 4G<E bands and getting rid of the Rogers apps and being up to date
I've been thinking though had any one ever tried to flash firmware from the Z3+ to the Z3
Aside from the processor there basically the same phone like the Xperia arc and the Xperia arc s both of those phones could run each other's firmware without a hitch.

Never do that, they are two different processors, which is exactly why the Z3 is not getting Android 7.0
The 801 processor of the Z3 is not recommended for Android 7.
But custom ROMs will prove otherwise. So it would be wise to wait for custom ROMs
