Flash a bootloader.
If you ask me how, I can't tell you, because you didn't even provide a phone model. You could have a S2 for all I know...

Emmm my model is galaxy S4 I9505, sorry not to state the model in advance. I dont think I can flash a bootloader by now, cause I was stuck at the symbol Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 with blue title "recovery booting" on the left top whenever I boot my device.

You have to boot into download mode to flash a bootloader.
But I just noticed you saying that it doesn't boot into download mode. So this might be a problem.
Unless you can use Kies to recover from this mess, or somehow manage to make it into download mode, then I don't think there is any other option than to take to it a service.

Perhaps you have downloaded and flashed the wrong version
of the custom recovery for your specific phone's model.
Be sure you download and flash the correct version.
My suggestion is to download and flash twrp recovery
for your phone's specific model.
Good luck!

[Q] Phone stuck in bootloop but stays on in download mode

I have a i9505.
My phone is stuck in a boot loop. The phone keeps restarting after the samsung logo for normal startup and for recovery. So recovery is also not working.
However phone is working fine in download mode and stays on for as long as I want. So this means that my power button is not at fault.
I have tried the guide here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2265477 But this has not fixed my problem and phone is still stcuk in boot loop.
Please help.
Thank you

Try to flash the latest MD5.tar from here:https://goo.im/devs/philz_touch/CWM_Advanced_Edition/jflte/
After that your recovery should work fine. Flash it through odin3.09 selecting AP. If it don't work uncheck AutoReboot

He/She says that its stuck in a boot loop for both a normal and recovery boot... I think they should flash the original Samsung S4 firmware, then the custom recovery to be safe.
Grab an original android image from http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/ (matching your currently installed firmware/country), and flash it with ODIN as AP or PDA (depending on the version of ODIN you have), while the phone is in download mode. You may have to flash it twice in a row (I'm not sure why but it works for me).
Then you can flash a custom recovery and whatever rom you wish.

Hmm, that is weird...
I believe the only other thing to try is to flash in ODIN the partition layout (.pit) file as you might have corrupted it somehow... but I have never done this, so I can't give you any personal advice.
The .pit file is in that thread you linked, as the "I9505_pit file.zip" attachment. See Note 2 on what to do with it.
... Otherwise it sounds like its defective.

[Q] Boot loop after rooting my Galaxy note 4 N910F

Hello everyone,
I tried rooting my Note 4 using Chainfire's [SM-N910*] CF-Auto-Root :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/not...-auto-root-t2897428/post55865442#post55865442
However after Odin finishes and shows "pass", the phone does not reboot in recovery mode nor shows the red android, it loops on the samsung logo and written in the top left corner of the screen 3 lines reading :
Recovery booting ...
Recovery is not seandroid enforcing
Set warranty bit : recovery
I used the correct file for my phone, and now i cannot enter recovery mode, only download mode is accessible.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Flash stock firmware with odin and try again
The message is normal it comes up when you root your phone. Do you have a custom recovery installed?

I had a same problem but I found easy solution. If you have a bootloop install latest CWM recovery, open ODIN (I used newest version) and uncheck Auto Reboot, select CWM in AP and flash it, after that phone will stay still in Download mode. Then unplug usb from PC and remove battery for 5-7sec, give it back and turn phone on - your phone will boot into CWM recovery for sure ...then I flashed latest TWRP

I know what to do, I have been doing this all along but it goes into a mad boot loop. The Red Android doesn't pop up on screen either. I thought for a second I bricked my phone when it happened but luckily I was able to restore it. Any other suggestions??

It is in fact ... I did the root samsung in many of my friends ... always the same procedure with odin. But this does not load Note4 just the red robot and immediately goes into loop.I do not understand where it can be the error or incompatibility
Plz Help
Sorry for posting on this forum but i cant find any help on the N910H forum. Hi am having the exact same problem phone cant boot to download mode and not recovery. i tried to odin back to stock same problem, i tried twrp, philz and cwm recovery. it says pass in Odin but the phone wont reboot past the android logo and cant boot to recovery.Model number is SM-N910H
Had the same issue, fixed it however flashing CF auto root always results in a boot loop.
Is there any other way of rooting the note 4 without Odin?
At this point I realized that more than anyone has this problem of our loop in doing root on your Notes 4, now in addition to figure out if there is a solution to this problem, I would like to know if this problem is present on the Notes 4 with the same model, firmware updates etc. etc .... or this Note 4 that we are "bad"?
I successfully rooted my note 4 SM-N910F using this method.
Search zedomax note 4 root. It should be the first result.
Sorry I wasn't able to link the video I was not allowed to submit an external link until I have 10 posts.
My phone did this weird thing where it erased twrp so straight after passing in odin I took out the battery and entered twrp. From there it was easy. Hope this helps anyone else with this problem

If you're on 5.1.1 then you need a root capable kernel to be flashed too...

Samsung On7 Pro stuck on a boot loop even after reinstalling firmware.

I had recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro (SM-G600FY) (India) and it seemed to work fine for about 10 days. The device is not rooted and it suddenly went into a boot loop while I was using Spotify. The phone will not enter recovery mode and proceeds to boot infinitely when I try to use the key combination. However, the device was able to enter download mode and I used Odin to flash the stock firmware. Odin displayed successful results but the device continues to be stuck on a boot loop. Looking for any sort of solution at the moment. Thank you!

Boot to stock recovery and factory reset and wipe cache partition then reboot and see if it still bootloops.
The next time you install an app and it causes a bootloop, all you have to do is boot the device into "safe mode", safe mode only boots the stock system apps and doesn't load the apps you've installed, then you can just go and uninstall the app that caused the bootloop like you would uninstall any other user app.

Flashing with Odin doesn't erase your user data unless what you flash contains an upgraded/downgraded bootloader. Your user data is still there. In other words, Spotify is still there causing the issue it caused to begin with, even after flashing stock.
Try what I said, try booting to "safe mode" and then just delete Spotify.
If that doesn't work, try flashing your stock firmware but this time, find a copy of the PIT for you model number and flash it along with the stock firmware. The PIT will erase all partitions(removing Spotify in the process) before flashing the firmware.

Go to Sammobile .com Or samsung-updates .com and enter your model number
Or
Do a Google search for:
"Stock firmware for (your model number)"
If it's available, that should find it.

No boot-image

Hey
A few hours ago I flashed a boot-image (it was the S9+ black boot image) via TWRP on my SM-G928F. After that my phone does not boot in system or revovery anymore. I can only boot into download mode. I tried to flash a stock rom via Odin but that didn't helped.
I think I need a tar.md5 file of the stock boot-image which I can flash via Odin.
It would be very nice if anyone could help me with this.
Best regards

Yes, that's right... It didn't work because the stock firmware doesn't overwrite the boot logo. But is ist possible to integrate the stock boot logo into a custom rom which can be flashed via Odin?

If that's the issue, you need to flash the stock bootlogo via twrp. If you can't access TWRP though, it'll be kind of hard.

I think there must be a possibility to flash stock boot logo in download mode... but idk how
When you say you say you flashed a boot image, do you mean the splash screen that shows up when you boot the phone up or a boot image that is used to determine what drivers/hardware the phone has when it loads up the OS?

Maybe the boot image somehow corrupted the Recovery. I'm not sure how, but its worth a try. I had problems with TWRP before and had to flash it a number of times in the past cos it got corrupt somehow.
You can get the TWRP img file from TWRP web site to flash in odin.

If you flashed TWRP, try to go straight to it. Starting with the phone off, press the usual key combo for recovery. Keep pressing it even through the blackscreen. If all that's missing is the splash, it should still go into recovery after about 15 seconds.
