I removed bootanimation.zip so now I get a simple boot animation that says android and shines a little.

This ROM isn't working . I try it 2-times but stuck at Motorola logo and doesn't passing in boot logo screen.

Yes, they do, but some are with lower resolution, depending on what your settings are
