Are you sure?
I looked through a few pages, and I typed in splash in the search and didn't find anything.
Requesting the stock Galaxy S4 clock/alarm app. I believe it should be this file:

I must be VERY old, as I still remember the times, when newbies were kindly asking for something....

Ok you need xposed frame work found on xda then you will have a exposed app in there go to download and install wanam there should be a setting in there

There is no easy way to add it to toggle. Maybe you can try the following and see if it's working for our note 3 as well

I removed bootanimation.zip so now I get a simple boot animation that says android and shines a little.
