I hope the camera bug gets fixed soon it's the only thing keeping me on Sense and GPE. Thanks for the list!

I used some rom of them, and my opinion is The Resurrection Remix (2) rom was great, I really loved it, becouse it was fast, but the battery life is better on Sense, and sometimes it reboots random. The worst thing is in that, the camera is closed after one shot. The CM is the same. The Dirty Unicorn is the worst, Its laggy, and unstable. The AICP is good, but when I plug in my EarPods, then the phone turned off and dont turn back if I dont plug out it. I dont know nothing about the other roms, but i will try them. I hope, I can help you.

Sounds like unusable... Have sudden battery drains on Lollipop (which is obviously a general Lollipop issue), but it doesn't sound like it gets better on MM

That's also a known bug which can be solved by using a third-party camera app. So that isn't such a problem...

I tried a lot of third-party camera apps (the htc camera too) but all of them closed after one shot. Can you tell me any of working camera apps?

I didn't ever have to delete libsslx.sso on Ressurection Remix (2) for Facebook and FB Messenger to work.

very nice and necessary initiative! I had been searching for MM for the M7 and the info is so scattered.
At the moment >I am using Resurrection Mix and I really like it.
I'm not a heavy FB/messenger user and my battery holds up great.
Today I played around with the Exposed Installer module and it's a new world opening up to me.
No Forced closures, everything is working great.
It seems to be a known bug that the camera isn't working properly with CM 13 (MM). like someone mentioned before; just google "Best camera Apps for Android>" and make your pick.
BTW, same goes for Torch, just install another app and it is done.
Also, I had a problem with calling; receiving or placing a call. The phone would crash.
after posting in the thread Tanuj97 came immediately back to me with the solution...

The kernel in the Beanstalk ROM is capable of doing double tap 2 wake. I am not sure of swipe 2 wake features but, it probably has those too.

Unfortunately, nope... I certainly wish HTC would support their perfectly capable m7 just a couple years longer :/

cm fixed the camera in this commit
they also did create the commit for pushing the m7 official to cm13.0
I uploaded a new build with the fixed camera:
Edit: Re-uploaded with a rebuild of the kernel, as I noticed that on a sync with cm, anytime the swap config was set off again. For those wanting swap and flashed the update yet, here's only the rebuild boot.img:

they al crash when receiving a call while a Bluetooth headset (or car-bluetooth) connected.
Anyone know a MM build that doesn't crash with BT ? or maybe it's a CM issue, like the camera ?

Cm14.1 video recording works fine, what to do see below (Redmi note 3 pro)

There is no big thing to do with the video recording of cm14.1 .
The solution Is simple and clear. Let just change the camera app . .
1) download Google camera for noughat
2) install it

This will replace the default cm camera to google camera and that's it
, note :
at first boot it won't work just crash and don't blame me. Just reboot phone twice and say the difference. :good:

Yep, but in miui 8 google camera crashes always , that's why I am not suggesting the direct install

The solution is not that simple, I am using Google camera on Cm14.1, it doesn't always work as expected. A bit better than CM camera? Perhaps!

I know agni, I use it frequently. Even the agni dev still mentioned for the latest kernel that the problem is actually from rom side, some camera hw variants may be lucky that's working, some won't. In may cases, are different from rom to rom, but in most roms, cam flashes have the problems. And, I may be a bit lucky that my hw variants is old one, the problems are less than others.

I solved my issue by agni and with Google camera
That's why!

NEW AOSIP Rom(KENZO) 7.1.1 with full stable signal and volte enabled EX Battery life

Hey Guys I found the new rom which is extremely smooth and have been using it for 2 days .
BASED ON AOSP NOUGAT SOURCE.
Lineage based kernel.
Installation:-
Make sure that you are on the MIUI based latest developer rom.
1) Download the rom zip and flash it using custom recovery.
2)flash the Gapps package.
3) reboot .
(NO need of flashing any volte patch you will get volte without it)
(For people who are facing issues with stock kernel flash radeon kernel for good battery and performance.)
Pros:-
Good signal strength( No conflicting code as in Lineage builds).
Excellent Battery life.
Great customisation with lots of options.
Minimal bloatware.
Cons:-
flashlight bug( but can be resolved By App by Umang96 and team).
Camera crashes occasionally.
TRY THIS ROM ITS REALLY AWESOME

USB tethering didn't work on that so I had to restore RR. Apart from that I didn't encounter any issues.
Can anyone confirm if USB tethering works on the TEST build?

Being on Latest MIUI firmware is enough no need to flash any firmware

What about Goodix...???

I must say this rom is awesome! Really smooth, very customizable and battery works better than most of roms, 3 wifi tether hours + 1 screen hour and my device have 78% of battery. This is gonna be my daily rom for a while

Take image in dark room by using flash ,then tell me if its dark or good.

You need to force hal1 to have the result that you want with 7.0. Take a look to my guide.

..And i can't even download apps from playstore..Please help me
but i was able to download through wifi..

Unfortunately no but you can use pixel launcher from the playstore and make it default launcher.

try doing a clean flash and make sure that you are on the latest frimware

z17S - Steps to install mokee 9 ?

Hi everyone,
the whole last week I tried to install mokee 9.
Here is what I tired:
1. Installed basic files for CN 2.10 Version with nubia emergency tool
2. Installed CN 3.23 with stock recovery and let it boot one time.
3. enable bootloaderunlock und usb debugging.
4. boot to fastboot und flashed TWRP (twrp_3.2.3_nx595j_Z17S_20190427.img from 4PDA.ru)
5. Boot to TWRP and wiped all exept internal, then flash mokee and gapps nano.
6. Tried to boot mokee
while booting I see thje mokee boot scren a couple of minutes and then the phone reboots direct to TWRP.
Whre is my fault?
Does anybody has a hint for me?

As I have read treble Roms have problems with NFC. I need this for google pay.

Do you now how to get stock cam working with pie?
Is there a working gcam mod with nightsight(from Versiuon 6.1 on) thats full working, perhaps also with the 23mpix sensor?

Fu24 Gcam Mod works for me on Havoc (no NFC problems) but I never could make it work with 23mp.

According to other threads stock cam was included in former premium builds but not in the actual downloadable versions.

How is battery performance?
At the moment I habve Mokee 7.1.2 and have a standby drain of ~0,7 %/h

PT=Project Treble-
Havoc: No MTP, Kernel doesn´t go to Deep Sleep after charging/needs a reboot (That´s a problem of the Mokee Kernel) Fingerprint after reboot not working, solution is to restart SytemUI.
Battery is Ok for me, 60% after a day of normal usage, but not as this good (But Havoc is another Level compared with Mokee) Did not know the lack of wall chargers in the Oberpfalz

Use 3in1novendor. Should be safe enough

Hello,
got mokee 9 installed, thanks to Tomcar for the hint with formating data.
Now I'm trying to get nubia camera working.
Got it installed via Magisk from the gdrive archive by Spencer_D and could start it.
Only problem is that I can see for around a second the viewfinder picture an then it gets dark.
Tried several 3in1 files but everytime the same.
Selinux was set to permissive.
Any idea?

Because of erofs ( read only file system ) it is not possible unless you use magisk

Right now I am on MIUI 13.0.6 should I go back to MIUI 13.0.4 to try this rom? Is there any difference?

You can install it right now but this rom got some camera bugs be aware of that

i have the same bug that i got with all the others roms that i have found on this forum, when I use the fingerprint sensor it max out the brightness of my device. I really want to use custom roms but it's the same every time

Did you use proper firmware?
Plus you can erase vendor, system, system_ext, product, boot and install 13.0.4.0 again

I've already tried to flash 13.0.4 but no luck... I don't know why, MIUI works fine without any bug but every cutom ROM I've tried have the same bug on my device.

Its not only on your device, this bug is on every custom ROM, FOD not working properly (brightness max, when use), its not so big problem, but its not nice and i can't ignore it, so, original ROM is better in this case. Arrow is perfect, nice, clean and very good working ROM, better than MIUI, but FOD problem is very uncomfortable.

Review after 1 month, this ArrowOS ROM work almost perfectly, it's extremly fast and light, I've rooted it with Magisk and didn't got any issue EXEPT that the camera crash everytime I take a photo (the photo is still taken tho) or record a video. It's only with the Android camera.
If someone now how to fix it I will be glad to know. Exept that the best ROM i've tested for my device
