Hi,
I was trying to install a custom ROM but I am unable to get TWRP working
Everytime i run the command to flash recovery in the fastboot mode, CMD opens and closes instantly.
I am stuck with stock ROM. I have uninstalled then reinstalled drivers .

Which is your model? 3G or 4G?
My suggestion that will help you is,
1) Flash a custom recovery TWRP/CMW, which can be flashed by renaming the zip to update.zip and flash from stock recovery
2) Then install the rom from recovery

For Note 4G I have saved extremely simple procedure to Flash via computer.
If anyone needs, I can put a link
r u sure that u download the v38 rom completely?
my suggestions is, follow the idea of #shining_sk said, then reboot again into recover mode, when it is back into recover mode, flash the rom.

Hi there.
I used my OP2 with Oxygen OS for a while, so today I decided to switch to kingmercians H2OS.
I must say I had fastboot OEM unlocked, TWRP 2.8.7.0 installed and 100% working.
so I took a backup of my OxygenOS via TWRP, then wiped and flashed kingmercians H2OS.
played with it for some minutes, then I didn't find it worth the upgrade.
and now my hell comes.
I didn't read that I had to flash a revert to lollipop script .zip
so I rebooted into TWRP, went to "restore", and selected my Oxygen OS backup I previously made.
restore was successfully, and swiped to reboot.
then phone didn't start. I am stuck at boot [the one with oneplus logo and powered by android] and nothing changes.
I tried to enter recovery with buttons combo [power + volume down], but nothing happens, phone just starts at boot logo.
I can only enter in fastboot mode, nothing more.
I also tried re-flashing TWRP from fastboot, but with no clue accessing it [fastboot command says it successfully transferred TWRP .img file, but I cannot enter it].
is there any way I can get my OP2 to work once more?
thanks to anyone who wants to help me!

Exodus rom, No recovery
Hi
I used the fix, and get the TWRP on my OP2, but I'm Running on the exodus rom, build 06/10/2016. And after entering recovery mod, and reboot, The phone stay on the exodus logo, then after a few minutes, it restarted. So I get recovery, but now I can't use the phone.
Again, used the Twrp to flash the boot image, and restart. So far so good, but again, I lost recovery mode.
Im I doing something wrong?
I changed the twrp in the fix to get the 3.0.2.0 version, but again, enter recovery and system don't load. So I flashed boot, and recovery, but again, just get one of the two of them.
Tried the TWRP Manager to install it, but It says I already have another versiĆ³n or something gone wrong. (yes the manager says TWRP is not installed)
Tried flashify to install TWRP, downloaded, flashed, but again there is no recovery.
Can someone help me please
Thanks
My friend has a A6000, its not booting at all.
i've tried everthing I could to flash the stock rom.
Tried QualcommDownloader: Does not work. (Gets freezed whilst flashing.)
Tried QFIL: Does not work (It flashed once but still the Phone did not boot up.
Tried Flashing TWRP and CWM via fastboot: Can't mount anything. (Even the stock recovery does not mount anything.)
All i see is the Splash Logo and thats pretty much it.
Help please!

I am also facing the same problem! I have tried everything. I cannot flash using ADB Sideload either. Can someone solve this issue????
It has been 4 months I have flashed a custom ROM (Vibe UI 2.0) and then I wanted to change this ROM because in this ROM we can't install apps as it shows unable to install apps on your device
When I am trying to boot into recovery it is only showing the lenovo symbol (but I am able to boot into OS)
I tried to flash recovery again but it's still stuck on the lenovo logo(splash Screen)
I tried to flash through command prompt but the device is unable to boot into recovery showing that signal not reachable in cmd
I tried to flash using QFIL but it's showing error to flash ROM
Plzz help me!!!
It seems the recovery you are trying to install is not compatible with the current OS. Try other versions of TWRP.
Edit: You need TWRP 2.8.6.1 by Sevenmaxs

Solved. Downloaded the stock ROM TWRP version. Flashed via twrp and made a full wipe now it's working great. Thanks
It was easy fix, just write stock boot.img in fastboot on both slots
