I'd give up 4G that I can't get where I live anyway, if they'd give back the $10/mo I have to pay.
I wanted this phone mostly for the 4.3" screen. The 4G isn't all that important to me.

I would actually bet money that that is their first LTE phone. They're supposed to be releasing a LTE aka 4G phone this November, this might be it.
I kinda want to go steal me one right now..
Once you get 4g you will never want to be without it. I am getting 3mb - 11mb everywhere and I am amazed at the speed difference in all apps.
This is exactly the evo with a bigger kickstand (which I would love a bigger kickstand, one that can support it in portrait mode would be killer)

That phone does look nice! But not nice enough to switch over to the price of their plans! And their crappy service! In my area anyway....
I doubt that's gonna be on verizon. It looks VERY European GSM esque and it has a front facing camera.
Call me crazy, but I don't like it, or at least the back. Gimme simplicity, the back its too busy for me.

If that thing isn't fps locked I don't know whether to feel pissed or vindicated.on one hand if its not locked (and likely identical hardware) that proves that (as we already know) that HTC was full of ****...onthe other hand ill feel slightly raped.
Watch them ditch the HDMI port and have it unlocked just to avoid the whole mess.

We already know that HTC was full of ****. There are plenty of kernels available with unlocked FPS.

Not entirely but I plan on switching to the Touch Friday if I can get my hands on one. I will still be hanging around and helping as possible. As long as I have people willing to test I can still help out without the phone.

I actually bought my Studios from the outlet site and they were great. It came with everything except the expensive packaging so I got, the studios, a headset splitter, carrying case, two headphone cables, one was white and one was black and also a little wipe. If you want to see what it looks like, check out the link. I just sold my headphones on ebay, and by the way the price changes because I bought my studios on there for $150 back in February or March.

The prices change quite frequently for whatever reason. I've seen the studios as low as $99.
So are these beats things any good like worth it?

I'm not an expert who has compared every headphone out there but I love them. Reason I sold mine is because I was sick of owning headphones that were over priced. Obviously when you get them through the outlet your buying them way under retail, but the amount of money that you pay to own a pair of headphones the bear the name Dr.Dre is insane. I'm considering buying Sony's that are selling at bestbuy for like $80 and for like $60 on amazon. The reviews say they are as good as Beats by Dre Studios so I'm figuring that when you buy a pair of Studios at $300 at the most $100 is going to performance and sound. The rest is profit on the brand name and design.
Hope that helps you understand the quality of the headphones, but depending on how much spending money you have, you should get them. I'm just 16 so $150 on headphones is big money, but I did feel like a king when I had them on.

The truth is you shouldn't buy them unless you just have to have the name. There's better audio quality to be had with much cheaper headphones. Check out the monoprice 8323. 23$ and sound like 100$ phones. As in your beats sound like 23$ headphones that you have beats by dre stamped on it

So people claim it takes forever for things to ship, but I've bought 3-4 things from dailysteals now and it usually takes around a week from my experience.
I bought a few items from them:
My first purchased was a Palm Pixi, got to my house in two days flat.
2nd: 16gb MicroSD - took about a week
3rd: Nook Color - took 16 days
I believe they act as middle man for other liquidators, so shipping time varies!

Very disappointed with the Verizon data issues on the CDMA version. Got rid of Verizon and the CDMA Nexus.
Since I don't dev anymore, well, publicly, I am going to stick with fully open devices. The CDMA version wasn't fully open either, no CDMA driver source.

That's a good point, but if you bought either of the Unlocked versions I highly doubt you'd be able to add any carrier insurance.. :/
If you're in the UK, Nationwide and Co-op give you really comprehensive mobile phone cover with their premium current accounts, as well as a load of other benifits (worldwide annual travel insurance, with diving/winter sports cover, breakdown cover, etc). Costs £10 per month. Well worth going with that in my opinion. Thats if you're not already covered with your home insurance.

iFixit messed this one up...they should have at least looked under the detachable speaker covers which are the last seal in the assembly but they acted under the assumption it's fully zero gap and so they broke it
