but i can't access to settings i just re-format the phone
Well if you have formatted the phone, there will not be a google account present.
Are you selling the phone or something?
Did you go to settings and factory wipe?
I dont understand why you are not able to access settings unless you are stuck on the welcome screen
(The screen you are welcomed with when you first turn / setup the device for the first time)
I think xda isn't a place where you can ask how remove frp from a phone....

Home -> Menu -> Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> Google Apps -> Clear Data
Or, some say you can change your gmail password and you'll be prompted on your phone for the new password and can change the account at that time.
However, if you're giving it to somebody else, it's probably best to go ahead and factory reset (i.e. clear the data) so that the new owner doesn't have legacy contacts and calendar events.
I do not know what happens with purchased apps when you change the Google account.
thanks for the help... ended up just goin for a hard reset in the wnd... nearly had a heart attack when the phone seemed to freeze for ages.. sumthin to do with wavesecure (i never set it up)
But all sorted now
Hello All,
I would like to know if its possible to change the email address initially mentioned when the mobile was initially purchased without rooting the phone or breaking the warranty.
Please help me to fix this issue.
Thanks in Advance.

Settings>Scroll Down to "add account"> add your account > Once done, click on the old account from the settings menu> hit the (3-dot) menu button and press remove account. Wiping data would also do the trick if you were willing to go that route.

As far as I'm aware. The "initial id" is not stored anywhere. There's only the Google Account that is currently synced.

Yeah, I don't see why it should be any different than a regular Google account.

Google on this Bypass FRP Google Account lock on Galaxy S7 Edge, S7, S6
it works , had the same problem
I've got a Galaxy Tab A T-385M but it have an app called MobileIron Go installed that doesn't let me use the tablet, it opens when I turn on the tablet asking for an email and password that I doesn't have and if I press to leave the app, the tablet restart and return to the app again, I tried wipe data/factory reset but the app didn't got removed. Is there any way I can uninstall it?
I have the same problem, because of it i cant acess oem settings, usb debugg etc...
So, if u want to acess some things like youtube, chrome (no downloads, code etc...)
On the screen of policy tap on google policy and click on every word as a link
So on the menu click on google account, log in and have "fun"
In Settings/System/Backup there is only the message "Backup service isn't active".
Same thing shows in Drive app settings under Backup and Reset
When I go to Settings/Google Account/Backup to try and turn it on, it just turns back off as soon as I leave the page.
New 6T running 9.0.11, no root, primary google a/c is a g suite manage a/c.
Any suggestions/help will be appreciated
Backup doesn't work on G Suite accounts. You need a normal @gmail.com-account for backup.
The phone also has other non gsuite should. Can I somehow turn it on using them?
I am pretty sure it worked on my lg v20 using the same accounts

Yes, if you choose that account for backup. That's how I do it using both G Suite and non-G-Suite accounts.
Thanks, but I can't seem to set it to backup into the non-gsuite account.
I tried from Drive (set to that account) and from Google accounts - no go.
How do I go about turning backup on for the non-gsuite account please ?

In Settings -> Google -> Backup. Click account and select your gmail.com]-account.
That's how I do it and it works as it should.
My primary account is also a G Suite-account.

That's what I thought, I have changed to a standard @gmail.com account, but the backup switch still goes off. There must be another factor or switch that is related. The switch goes blue and turns on, but when I hit the back and then look again, it is switched off. I am attaching two screenshots just in case there is something I am missing . Clearing Drive storage and cache didn't help, same with Backup Transport.
Second screenshot shows Drive message, and what happens when I try to change account
But I didn't get to this until late in the setup process, and I really really don't want to do a hard reset without even a backup.
Thanks for helping any other ideas?
That's a bummer. Try clearing cache/data of all Google apps, like Play Store, Services etc. hopefully something will resort the issue.

Thanks, I did that before I posted originally. If I delete the corporate account or the user account temporarily - what will be the effect on the apps/phone?
I am willing to try that even though the settings will all have to be redone.

Can't see anything bad happen. I would try it. Then just re-add it.
