I recently got the update for lollipop on samsung kies 3.
I have an i9500 s4.
I got into my pc and had gone through the process and for some random reason my samsung kies popped out an error and the firmware upgrade failed so i had to do emergency recovery. Now the problem is that the emergency software recovery isnt working properly and so my phone has one error screen which i have posted as an attachment. Kindly help me through this process as i need this phone crucially.
Flash ROM via Odin (with pit)

Everything you need is in the general section
Reply with help (SOS)
i tried flashing a lollipop firmware with odin v3.10.6 for about 20 times.
all i get is a xmit data write fail.
my phone can't start or go into recovery mode, all it can go to is download mode.
is there a way where i can reset my device completely or just upgrade to lollipop.
my s4 is a gt i9500 and it isn't rooted.
please get me a solution and a decent one.
Thanks for all the help in advance. please help :crying:

Hi Guys,
Please help me with this issue, i have samsung S4 GT-I9505 and the thing is my phone stucks on samsung logo and every time I reboot it just stick on that logo. I have tried using ODIN to fix it by flashing but I always got this "FAILS" result. Im not sure if what i did was right and also if I download the correct firmware since I was not able to see from the phones settings. Can you please help me on this.
thanks.
Try a different USB cable.
Try a different USB port.
Try a different Windows or PC altogether.
Try a, different Odin version.
Verify that the model # in download mode is the gt-i9505.
First install your phone
Phone INFO from playstore then open firmware browser and then download correct firmware
And again flash by Odin

you could try to reflash stock rom via fastboot if your phone gets recognized. If not
i think you are lost here. only chance is to send it back to samsung and get it repaird, never heard of a different way to fix this.
OK. please tell me what can i do to do this...my pc recognize this phone....please help me...

Sorry mate. I had the same problem with my N910P (Snapdragon). The only solution is to get another motherboard. Once the eMMC is problematic there is no solid solution. I bought a N910H (Exynos) motherboard and fix that into my N910P frame. Fitted 99.98% perfectly. Phone's been running smooth.
The 0.02% imperfect was the audio jack pins. N910P has 7 pins while N910H has 6 pins. Effect was rightside audio output to leftside earphone speaker, and leftside audio output to rightside speaker. But audio is still good.
Hey fellas,
long time no posting here from me.
Currently struggling with Odin software and Galaxy Tab S6 lite.
Whenever I try to flash anything Odin is stuck at Setup Connection and then fails after amount x minutes.
Seems to be driver related but I almost tried every Samsung USB drivers or the one that come with zadig.
However, device is recognized by windows and by Odin itself.
Any ideas from your end?

what version of odin are you using. to get latest one go to https://downloads.corsicanu.ro/samsung/
download the odin in that list and try that... i had same issue but the latest odin fixed it for me
