i bought a new S7 edge couple weeks back and i am facing one weird and random issue. Sometimes when I click Back button, I get the recent apps. However it is impossible to tell when and why it happens as this is total random. I tried to clear the cache and it didnt happened for entire day but again happened the next day. I am using Nova launcher, not sure if this has anything to do with it.
Please let me know if anyone have faced this issue and if there is any resolution to it..

It may be that Nova gestures come to play somehow....
Try using the stock Touchwiz for some time and see if the problem is still present.
I'm using Nova Prime, and haven't had any similar problems. I'm not using Gestures, however.

Since the 2.2 OTA update I've noticed a stutter when switching between screens on the home screen. The strange thing is I didn't notice it until after I did a hard reset. Initially it wasn't there until I reinstalled a couple of apps, so I'm assuming it was one of those. I believe it started after installing Dazzle. At any rate, has anyone else noticed the stutter in general?
I installed Launcher Pro Plus and quickly bought it when I realized how much smoother it is...so that solved my problem. I'm just wondering since I haven't seen anything about it.

I didnt install anything afterwards and mine does that... went to local Corporate VWZ store and he said his did this in beginning and now has stopped... but he was holding a milestone when telling me this as well.

My Nexus 4 is very fast and works smoothly but I've noticed that scrolling to other screens gets a bit (not much) laggy after some hours.
When I reboot, everything works just fine again.
I'm not sure if it is in any way related to the Apex Launcher but I'm just adding that detail in case someone also has the same problem there.
I have not many apps installed yet and I really wonder what exactly is causing the problem.
Does anyone have a clue what the issue is or on which points I could focus on? I first thought the background image is too large (2,5mb) but when I replaced it with a 45kb image, nothing changed.
I use Nova and don't have this issue.
Just got my Nexus Player which I rooted. Installed Sideload Launcher and sometimes I press to open an app there and a totally different app opens up.
Anyone knows why?

Could it be your remote, low on batteries, sticky buttons, spill any liquids on it?
Does this only happen in Side Launcher, not the stock?
What happens if you delete SL's data, uninstall/reinstall, still happening?
These are pretty easy to do and you should be able to do this yourself. I'd try these first, to isolate the issue, that's the key to trouble shooting, once you're able to zero in on it, if it's either your remote or the launcher, then simply replace/eliminate whichevers causing you the grief and BAM, problem solved. Let us know how it turns out, even if you resorted to getting a priest for an exorcism, your results would help someone else with similar problem.
Ever since I first powered up the device and went through initial setup, I noticed there were moments where the device would stutter/hiccup and not respond for a split second. I did a factory reset and it still happens.
Anybody else having issues?

Not with the S7 itself, but I am getting a ton of scrolling lag on the chrome browser. Luckily the only thing that is lagging for me. Everything else is super fluid.
I AM using Nova launcher though. I hated stock S7 touchwiz launcher.
The only lag I've had is in package disabler pro scrolling through the list. No other apps are having issues for me. Might be worth returning/swapping out.

Yes, it's happening a lot in Chrome. Tinder too. It also happens every 5-10 seconds or so when using the Gear VR.
I too am using Nova.
Mine doesn't stutter or lag. If I were you I would swap it out.
Swapped my S7 and it's still choppy, but it seems to be dependent on the app and not the device. Not defective.
Same here, I got me first S7 edge on the 4th of March, then swap it out due to defective screen (white spot on lcd) few days ago and now can't play video from websites, videos will sound like in fast forward mode, specially Facebook

- waze not responding after switching between apps. Once not responding, I have to close waze completely then open it again but I might need to wait few mins before it would start correctly
- just today the camera suddenly not responding. I have tried to close the apps but it would still shows blank screen. Then I restart the device then it was back to normal
- game rise of civilization would gave blank white screen from time to time after switching apps
- system UI not responding
I was coming from iOS, then change to vivo v9 before I use Samsung.
While the screen and design is a beauty, but even vivo had no bugs like Samsung.
Anyone face similar issues? Anyone know how to overcome this?

Never noticed such bugs on my device. Don't know about the game though because I didn't try it. Are you rooted ? or using some theming apps like Substratum ? You should try booting your phone in safe mode first to see if some app is causing problems. Last time when my Samsung phone's UI stopped working, the culprit was wrong theme applied from Substratum. So, check it first in safe mode, and if it still occurs in safe mode, do a factory reset or flash stock firmware using odin.
I have had none of those bugs.
Never experienced any of those "bugs" either.

No bugs here. Not even in beta versions using s8 ans s9. I suggest factory reset. Maybe download the latest odin firmware for your carrier and install that. This is the first thread i've seen with people having multiple concerns with One UI bugs.
The only bug I am getting is with the Spotify app. Ever since installing Galaxy Wearables and using Galaxy ear buds the Spotify app is really flakey. It hangs a lot of the time and I have to restart the device to get it to work. Has anyone else had this happen on their S10 plus?

Spotify works fine for me. On the phone and on Android Auto. Either uninstall and reinstall or go to apps settings and clear cache and data. Settings/Apps/Spotify/storage/ Clear cache then clear data buttons. Restart and try it out again.
