Hey so I've been using shubCRAFT for a while and no matter which build I'm using, the vibration notifications while the phone is locked do not work. Which means I have to leave the sound on all the time and that's kind of a pain. I've already tried getting an answer out of the thread itself but no one replies to my question so I was hoping someone here would be able to help me out.
do you have vibrate set to always? that might be the problem.
I only have vibration on while the phone is on silent mode.
Hello there everyone,
is anyone else experiencing this weird phenomenon:
everytime haptic feedback frequency is high, e.g. while fast typing messages, I'm hearing besides the vibrating buzz also some clicks, and they become louder the shorter the intervals between the pulses. When I wait a little after hearing it and touch a key again, the clicking is gone but as soon as they follow up each other a little bit faster it's hearable again.. Can anyone check if this happens with them too? I can't remember I was hearing this sound too when I first used the phone, just wanted to know if something's wrong in the earpiece. I know the vibrator is situated at the bottom of the phone, the noise however is coming from the earpiece.
Thanks in advance!

No I haven't also, the phone is completely set to mute. But if the guy of the second answer doesn't have his touch sounds on neither, everything's OK with me just wanted to know if it was abnormal
Thanks!
Hey guys I just bought the phone and I realised the vibration not working in anywhere(yeah I couldnt hear the vibration). Any ideas ?
Does anyone knows how to turn off that pathetic beep sound on the haptics? I know many people find it annoying, especially at midnight when everything is silent. I don't wanna turn off the haptics cause it's really good on Nothing Phone. Other phone doesn't have this beep sound on their haptics. Atleast Nothing should give an option to mute it in settings.
it does just search in the settings "touch feedback" and u can turn it off
It disables haptic feedback.
Unfortunately, there is no possibility to turn off this annoying sound without turning off the haptic feedback. I have 3 devices now: Nothing Phone, Xiaomi 12T Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max and for me the most pleasant type of haptic feedback is taptic in iPhone. Both Nothing Phone and Xiaomi 12T Pro have almost the same pattern of haptic feedback, however, Xiaomi 12T Pro allows to reduce the intensity of vibration and after some manipulations I have set it to "1" instead of "10" so now it is more or less ok for me to type text using Google keyboard.
Maybe it's a hardware thing. But I also use the pixel 6a and there's no beep sound inspite of having better haptics.
