A5 v.2016 Softkeys flashing/blinking and make crazy thinks - Galaxy A3, A5, A7, A8, A9 Q&A, Help & Troubleshoot

Hi Community,
the Samsung A5 (2016) of my girlfriend make crazy thinks.
She turn it on, unlock her device, open WhatsApp or a Browser and the Softkeybuttons „Back“ and „App Change“ (the Button left) are blinking. Not always but often
If the keys are flashing, the sending inputs to the App. Like the Backbutton. The duration of this effect is round about 10 seconds. I cannot provoke this effect, so I can say it’s every time in this Situation.
I have search in the www for a while, I founded 3 or 4 threads with similar error description but no solution.
Has anybody an idea to solution this phenomenon?
Big thx!

Special "screen alignement" issue

Hello everyone,
I have a problem on my phone. It is not very bad but still I would like to now if someone else experienced it. So, maybe 1 times out of 3 on power on, a little band of the bottom of my screen is seen on the top of the screen. As soon as I switch on my phone, I can see that the red text with rom version is cut on its bottom, and I see some red things at the top of the screen. I thought it was the so called "screen alignement" issue, but it appears it is not the same at all (but still, I think that I may have a very little SA issue, barely noticeable). As I said it is not very annoying (like 2 mm of screen is involved), but in landscape mode, my scrolling bar is difficult to use (maybe half of it disappear).
So if anyone else has the same problem, or some explanation, he is welcome!
Thank you
Toni
Sorry for the double post, but I think I maybe found an answer in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=321163
Everything is related to the connector of the screen. HTC can suck so much on some details like this... As I also have the d-pad problem, I think it must be that. Difficult to find the link at first sight!

GT-I9500 Bug - Lock-screen appears for a split second

Hello everyone,
I've been having this problem ever since I bought my phone 6 weeks ago.
I'm currently running XXUBMEA rooted stock ROM. And I've had this bug even before updating.
I searched the forums here but couldn't find anyone complaining about it, although I know a friend or mine who has the phone and is also facing it.
Sometimes the Lock-screen appears for a split second, during that, the brightness also goes to max. If it happens while I'm typing somewhere, the keyboard disappears, and I have to tap on the text box to make it appear again.
Also, sometimes it happens when I'm playing a game in landscape mode, the screen rotates to portrait just less than a second, and returns to normal.
It's very annoying, it happens to me daily, I'd say about 5-7 times.
Anyone else facing this?

[Q] Screen Time-Out Problem - Won't turn back on

Hey Guys,
After recently purchasing my Samsung Note III N9005 only 3 days ago, I've already encountered a problem - The phone works absolutely smoothly until the screen times out and doesn't turn back on! I am able to see that I am getting notification via the notification light and that the phone is still active as the two keys light up and the hepatic feedback can be felt both with touching the keys and removing the S pen, however the screen does not respond by turning on - until I restart the phone through holding the power button down.
It seems that I am not the only one who is having this problem, with numerous other people around the world also encountering this problem - However, I have been unable to find a suitable fix, and finding the process of restarting or taking the battery out inconvenient!
I have also found a YouTube Video of someone who's has the same problem as me:
As I am unable to post links being a new member : The name is of the Video is - Samsung Note 3 III screen not turning on...
I look forward to your positive replies!

[Q] Smartwatch doing things by itself

Hey everyone, first time poster here.
I've bought a Sony Smartwatch 3 after the contacts on my LG G watch broke, but I'm noticing a problem that's been happening on both watches.
I can be doing anything with it, or just having it resting on the desk in front of me, and all of a sudden it'll wake itself and then start scrolling up and down randomly and going into random apps. sometimes even calling people who text me. (you can imagine trying to fight with said watch while it goes about calling every text)
And that's another thing, I have to sit there attempting to reassert my touch control over some phantom user by polishing the screen with my finger.
How do I stop this from happening? I've tried turning off the tilt to wake, nothing. And I can't seem to physically lock the touchscreen with the side button like you'd expect. I can still unlock by double tapping (a function I'd like to disable) and the thing starts off all over again.
Is it something to do with static or is the unit just faulty?

If its happened on both watches it sounds like something is interfering with the watch, maybe the contacts could be environmental?? Try giving it a "good" clean. I have an LG watch R and my son has the Sony SW3 and we haven't seen those issues.
Have you tried pairing the watches with another phone?

I've tried cleaning the SW3 with both screen cleaner and soap and warm water (as its waterproof for running water and none of them seem to help.
I've also tried resetting the watch 6 times since buying it a month ago.
Any ideas on how to turn off "tap to wake"?

Jumpy/Shaky screen while holding finger on my new S8

Hello,
When I scroll down/left/right in my phone and hold my finger on display, the screen automatically shakes left and right or up and down (depending on how I was scrolling my device). This also occurs while charging and while moving an icon on home-screen. I had this issue previously with Asus Zenfone 3, Samsung Galaxy J7 and a HTC Desire (dont remember the exact model though) and a similar issue with iphone 6 (which was registering that my finger was moving on home button). Is this a software problem or hardware problem and how can I fix this ? I have read on web that many people are facing this issue on various phones. but couldnt find any solution yet. Is this my screen sensitivity/touch/display driver/ battery or something else ? If anyone could suggest something, would be really helpful.
Edit: Exactly the same issue as this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kxysauxJ5Yk&feature=youtu.be but mine shakes a bit less, still annoys me while playing 8 ball pool and other aiming games like angry birds, etc.
Thanks
There is an app which you can use to test your touch screen by drawing on it. You'll be able to see exactly what it's registering. From what I've seen it happens on a lot of phones with bad digitizers. Try to get a warranty replacement.

Hello,
Sorry for delay. I went to service centre and they said that it is normal because of smooth and silky touch and slight movement of fingers. I explained him that it occurs more while charging and he had to take my phone for inspection.
Here is the correct video : https://youtu.be/PmQ2lra4RXU
My hand didnt have tremors. I agree that human hands are not 100 % stable, however, none of my other phones do it. And if my hand is shaking, then it should shake also while the phone is not charging. When I unplug my device, it stops shaking (almost stops), but when I replug it, it starts to behave weird again when I am holding finger stable. Also, this shaking will move your aim pointer in gaming and it really is annoying while play games with pointer moving.
Is it really normal that your pointer moves while your finger is stable on screen ?
