What else do you want? The battery is that much low and according to the preset in rom, the phone shuts down. Nothing wrong there.

Im thinking that why its not going to 1%

Just plug your phone when you get the 15% warning its whats recommended. Motorola made the phone shutdown at 2% so you dont fully drain the battery. 1% would probably be playing with fire.
Thanks for the advice . Will do it

So ever since I updated to lollipop, I've noticed that when my phone hits 5% and gives me the 'Warning: Battery Critically Low' notification, it suddenly drains to 4%,3%,2%,1% until it dies after a short 10ish seconds.....is this a bug of lollipop 5.0.1? Or is there something else causing this?

I haven't faced any issues with lollipop 5.0.1. Did you try taking out the battery and putting it back again?
Yes it may be battery calibration…
Or beed replacement
I did this and finally got to 5% and it's not dying immediately! thanks for the help ?

Your phone hits 5% that often?

Same story with me. After v30c the battery life got worse for sure on my G3.
Sent from my LG-D855 using Tapatalk
the same 2.5 to 3 hours (lollipop had the same time)
When I get some free time I'll install v30b marshmallow to see if there's any difference

It's just that the battery drops way too fast when the phone is in use. In standby mode the phone can last forever but when you start using it the battery drops immediately

Sent from my LG-D855 using XDA-Developers mobile app
Mine was the same, I had updated from v30b to v30c without factory reset and battery life was horrible. Then I have factory reset, it is even better than previous versions now.
My battery life gets worse on 30c then on LP too....I do factory reset and also uninstall some apps. I notice that weather service get crazy. Look at screen shot...and my location is off.

I highly recommend you to update to 30f the battery life is awesome.. I'm still on 100% now that I'm writing ?

I upgraded to Marshmallow yesterday (v30d) and my battery life has been terrible so far. I drains much faster than it did with Lollipop, even when Doze is supposed to be activated. I didn't have time to do a clean install but I will probably have to if this keeps up.
I recently purchased the s7. I'm experiencing battery drain though.
I was a 100% in the morning and after light gaming, time checking, and Internet browsing (all of this for around 45 min added up) the phones at 45%.
Is this normal, or is it because the phone is still setting up, or what?
Sent from my SM-G930P using XDA-Developers mobile app
Could be. Although shouldn't drain that much. I streamed bt from Spotify for about 6 hours today and was only at 52% afterwards. Have u updated to newest version of software? Sammy says they optimised some battery draining processes. Try updating and clearing cache.
Sent from my SM-G930P using XDA-Developers mobile app
That's bad enough I would do a full reset before I updated then reset again after and see if that fixes it.
Same issue today. Will reset and check what happens
Sent from my SM-G930P using XDA-Developers mobile app
I didn't have HUGE battery drain, but it's certainly eye-opening on coming from a Droid MAXX. however, I did notice a lot of geegaws turned on by default, like the screen timer and the NFC and several sprint apps. I tweaked around, and switched to nova-launcher and that seems to have helped.
I just did a factory reset. After light gaming this morning for 15min, I'm at 95%. Before I would be at 85%.
And now, the phone doesn't overheat in my pocket.

If factory reset or fresh rom flash doesn't fix it then it's probably a hardware issue

I was having pretty bad drain myself ever since I flashed a custom ROM of any kind - didn't have the problem on stock 6.0 and didn't want to go back either. At the same time I had having much worse battery drain since leaving stock, and it seemed to be due to the WiFi (even though I always turn off network notifications for WiFi). Finally, in another thread I found that, at least for some, the WiFi battery drain is due to WiFi scanning being on in the Location settings. Turned that off and - voila! Both battery drain and overheating issues are gone. So I suggest you try disabling WiFi scanning in Location.

Yours seem like a hardware issue.
Your best bet is to replace the battery first.
I am on 3.0.2 and i am getting just 2 SOT i bought this phone yesterday..is there anything to stop that?

Show the logs. Make a screenshot and post the pic. The drain by android system should be overall 20% its standart. This is MM basic its show everydrain even the one made by a. System. Regarding Android OS this % should be low.
