Hi,
I have a:
Samsung Galaxy GT-i9506 LTE
Android 4.4.2
KOT94H.I9506XXUCNG3
I have tried to root my phone with:
TowelRoot
Kingo Root
Srs Root
..and no success!
So I'm wondering what to use instead? Have a PC with Windows 8.1. Don't have any custom ROM either.

So you got 0x0, with 0x1 your warranty is void, does this matter to you or not?
Well not generally. In some way I need to void the warranty anyway. Love to even give my phone a new software so it can work better.
Solved it with: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2597058

You can not say that 0x1 voids your warranty. It depends entirely in which country you live.
I rooted my S5 SM-G900F over a year ago to get rid of the vodafone bloatware, I used odin and if my memory serves me right i used phils touchwizz to flash it with i think.
Anyway that was over a year ago and it was a massive effort back then as i'm not very good with this sort of thing. I've now got a s6 so I thought I'd give my wife the s5 but before I did I tried to factory reset it.
Big mistake as now it only boots up into a screen that says "could not do normal boot" ODIN MODE
Product name = SM-G900F
Current Binary = custom
System status = custom
Reactivation lock (KK) = off
Knox warrenty void = 0x1 (4)
Qualcomm secureboot = enable (csb)
RP SWREV = S1, T1, R1, A1, P1
UDC START
Downloading do not turn off target !!
Could I have some advice on this please.

You have no SM-G900F, you have an SM-G900P.
So just download and flash an appropriate firmware.
