Wow a nice suprise, a new rom to try on find5. Gonna try and test soon!!
Seems nice but I'm having some issues with bluetooth. My plantronics voyager HD pairs fine but it doesn't seem to work with the dialer. In fact whenever the voyager is paired with the phone the dialer begins to act strangely, whether I'm using it or not.

Thanks for the comments. In future, please post in English. I used Google translate to get what you wanted to say in the comments.
Everything works fine, except for a few moments !!
1. 3g network, when viewing video, web surfing much battery consumption !!
2. When switching to wi-fi for mobile internet connection sometimes does not happen, the transition is treated in a flight mode and back !!
3. There is a heated processor and rapid discharge of the battery !!
************************************************************************
Battery consumption might be an issue. Please be aware that this ROM is still in Alpha stage. I will try to optimize the kernel and Android behavior to reduce the battery usuage. Thanks for the use-case. I will keep you posted with the updates.

I will check this out. I don't have the same set of BT speakers but I connected to a BT headset and didn't see anything weird. Can you send me a screenshot/video of the behavior being noticed by you?
Hello, This ROM is also compatible with the Oppo Find 5 Mini?
Thank y!

Sorry, I've already moved on to ColorOS. This is the unit I was using (link)
I had the same issue with an unofficial CM 13 build I found.
Just wanted to say thanks for keeping find5 alive! The ROM is working great, I haven't yet discovered a single flaw. Battery life is good, much better than Mokee 5.1 I was using before. Thanks!

I'm on crDroid now, works fine (I think camera needs root enabling). Just wondering if PacROM is very different.

No idea. If it has the similar HW specs as find5, it should work.
You can try if you have custom recovery and are not worried about data loss [emoji56] [emoji56].
Would be great to get an answer to the question though. I will look into the specs tomorrow and tell you for sure.

Quick search revealed that find5 mini is mediatek dual-sim phone.
So this or any other find5 ROM is incompatible with find5 mini. Don't flash it otherwise you might brick your device.
This ROM is only for original oppo find5 with Qualcomm processor apq8064.
Wow, this ROM is great already! I haven't been able to find a single bug yet, and I'm using the ROM for some days now.
Performance: great. fast, no hangs, no reboots, no crashes
Battery usage: fine. in standby it uses almost nothing, similar to other ROMs. when in use it seems battery usage seems normal to me, don't think there is much to win from this older more inefficient CPU. Downclock feature would be nice (possible with Stweaks on my Samsung S4, helped a lot)
WiFi/Network performance: great. I'm using the latest modem firmware from Oppo I think. Can't choose 2G over 3G manually tough, it always tries to connect to 3G if possible now.
The camera app and lockscreen does a perfect job, no crashes or other bugs (in comparison to latest crDroid).
My top 4 wishlist for this phone/ROM:
-LVM support edit: already there I used instructions from crDroid ROM page
-More sensitive touchscreen! (kernel thing, should be possible because its a Synaptics device right?)
-USB OTG support (kernel thing, I can apply external voltage for the slave)
-'Offline' charging (not working I believe)
Well, you made me love my Oppo Find 5 for sure . It's my daily ROM now, it's so stable. This is the procedure I did for installing this ROM, not all steps needed but it surely works this way :
1. flash stock ColorOS + partitions with OPPO Chinese recovery tools for a bricked device (PM me if you want the tools)
2. flash latest stock ColorOS V2.0.0i Beta (also to have latest modem firmware etc.)
3. flash twrp-3.0.2-0-find5.img (or LVM-supported one) when in fastboost using Android SDK tools, let it update the display firmware
4. format/clean every partition in twrp, flash your PAC-rom, flash latest (zero) slimgapps (opengapps did not work, ''unknown ROM" error)
5. reboot and enjoy
Ok, after about two weeks of using, I'm starting to get Bluetooth issues with my Miband 1s. Bluetooth connection is sometimes gone and unable to recover. I have to disable/enable Bluetooth, then it's working again, at least for some time. Most of the time the issue appears when getting out of reach, but not always. It's not really reproducible I'm afraid.
I don't believe it has to do with the Miband, because on a previous 5.1 ROM it was working flawlessly. Anyone else having similar issues with permanently connected Bluetooth devices?

I couldn't find a thread dedicated to this, so..... As well all know, CM has turned on the builds for the Samsung Galaxy S5 variants and builds have been churning out for the past few weeks. However, they are still weeks behind @albinoman887's unofficial builds, missing various fixes and what have you. So this is a thread for those of you who wish to try out the official nightlies and want to post bugs or feedback without cluttering the unofficial's thread. If you want to help get things going smoothly, contact Ethan Chen (https://twitter.com/intervigil) and ask him to push Matt's (albinoman887) changes through. With that said, some info from albinoman887 (sorry, had to borrow this):

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
CM-12.0 Install Guide
Note: CM for Galaxy S5 LTE is provided with no warranty. You are installing this software at your own risk. You may be violating your warranty.
Download CM-12.0 and gapps-lp zips, kernel, TWRP 2.8.4.0 and other zip stuff and put in /sdcard
ROM: http://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=klte
gapps: http://forum.xda-developers.com/par...apps-official-to-date-pa-google-apps-t2943900
Use TWRP 2.8.1.0 tar flash thru odin http://techerrata.com/file/twrp2/klte/openrecovery-twrp-2.8.1.0-klte.tar and thru this recovery flash this one Ktoonsez TWRP 2.8.4.0
http://goo.gl/LgBsuk
[*] Wipe data and cache.
[*] Flash cm-12*.zip.
[*] Flash gapps*.zip. You must flash gapps after every upgrade to CM-12.0 since /system is formatted, wiping your previous add-ons.
[*] Reboot phone.
for now on CM12 nightly works best with Ktoonsez kernel http://goo.gl/LgBsuk
thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2777842
Upgrades
Upgrades from previous versions of CM-12.0 are the same process as install, except you do not need to wipe anything. Contrary to popular belief, you do not need to even wipe cache and dalvik-cache when upgrading between CM-12.0 versions. You only need to wipe if you are doing a major upgrade, switching to a different ROM entirely, or attempting to fix bugs caused by bad backups or corrupt app data.

Change that red text to "WARNING! This ROM is for the SM-G900* Snapdragon variants only! This will not work on the octa-core or Exynos versions."
I might also want to add that it is said that it is best to use the official Gapps from here, but the PA Gapps have worked fine for me.
I have contacted Ethan Chen and he said that he just hasn't had time to look at the S5 lately. Sounds a bit promising.
My results on the 1/28 nightly with ktoonsez' 1/25 kernel build:
* Bluetooth pretty much set, occasional minor hiccups on my car audio but otherwise great.
* Bluetooth does still occasionally completely crap itself and stop audio playback after a long period of time (>5 hours). If this happens, a reboot is required, and trying to turn bluetooth off and back on results in an FC in Bluetooth Share.
* Camera is still crashing when taking low-light photos.
Haven't encountered any other issues so far.
Edit: OP mentioned TWRP recovery; I'm using philz touch with no issues.
On 900i (kltedv) doesn't work NFC !
The 1/30 nightly has issues with the Recents menu - it seems that the majority of the time, trying to activate it from within an app silently fails. It does work from the home screen, though.

The issue with the recents menu in the 1/30 nightly is resolved in 1/31.

12-20150201-NIGHTLY-klte
Just flashed the latest nightly coming from touchwiz stock on my NZ SM-G900I.
Issue 1: NFC won't turn on, just stays grayed out when you press it.
Issue 2: WiFi connects no problem to 2.4 and 5GHz networks, but it is so ridiculously slow. Maxing 100Kb/s download, and 40Kb/s upload, but the average is a lot slower. Reboot hasn't changed the speed at all, so I'm thinking it's a radio issue. It also takes a long time to connect to any cellular network after reboots.
Issue 3: (not so much an issue) but it now shows my device model as SM-G900F in settings, but it is definitely a SM-G900I model.

Build 15 (Stable 3 "Elpun") : Download
/! Make a backup, This build needs a full wipe /!
[security] November Security Bulletin from CM
[usb] Charge Only can be enabled (and usb can be renabled)
[fix] Zram should be working correctly now (reduces longterm slowdowns)
[camera] Recording in stereo should work now (Thanks @goodoane)
[kernel] security feature : now uses CC_STACK_PROTECTOR_STRONG, more info
[signed-build] the build is now using release-keys instead of public "test-keys" meant for debug, improves a bit security and fixes some bugs in Google Apps (ex: Android Wear refusing to work, asking for an "user/signed" or "userdebug/unsigned" rom)
Build 14 (Stable 2 aka "Ololo") : Download
/! Make a backup, dirty update works but if not, do a clean wipe or don't complain about bugs/crash/FC/whatever /!
[security] Dirty COW fixed (CVE-2016-5195)
[battery] small improvements, battery stats should be more accurate
[stability] Clock wakelocks should be fixed
[improvement] built as user instead of userdebug (rom size is a bit smaller, less logs)
[SafetyNet] is properly "suported", banking apps and pokemon Go perfectly works without installing anything else (no more systemless root, xposed or w/e to make it work )
[kernel] general updates (3.10.104)
Build 13 (Stable 1 aka "Olala") : Download
/! Make a backup and do a clean wipe or don't complain about bugs/crash/FC/whatever /!
[LiveDisplay] is now natively working (perfectly smooooooth)
[kernel] general updates, security updates, cleanup, Live Display Implementation
[stability] CM updates
[usb] Charging mode only should work correctly when plugged in usb.
[decoder] AwesomePlayer is now enabled by default instead of NuPlayer (known to cause Google Photos crash, etc.)
[gestures] CMActions is now correctly using Russians strings, Spanish translation added.
[misc] root should be allowed from Dev Options now, anyway if not, flash SuperSU
Build 12 (Release Candidate 2) : Download
/! Make a backup and wipe /system before you flash this RC to be sure you got rid off the ANT+ files /!
This RC2 will probably be renamed "stable 1" if no major problem arise.
[kernel] general updates, cleanup , disabled KSM & UKSM for battery performance
[removed] ANT+ was only partially working and caused battery drain (it seems)
[battery] disabled both ANT (see above) and a few unneeded kernel features that might have caused a bit of draining issues, this should be better now ! :good:
[stability] overall cleanup (overlays, values, etc..)
[gestures] CMActions was cleaned and a few bugs were fixed, the gestures are now enabled/disabled by a switch but remains customisable when you press on them :good:
[misc] adb is not root by default anymore (this might help those who play PoGo) use the dev settings to change that
Build 11 (Release Candidate 1) : Download
(I told you I wouldn't release a beta next time)
changelog :
[bugfix] wifi hotspot is working (both in secured and unsecured AP mode)
[bugfix] fix the back button not being active at first touch when home was pressed to wake the device (elexogic)
[bugfix] back button vibration renabled
[improvement] Gestures are fully customisable now, choose what app/action is triggered (thanks elexogic again)
[kernel] general updates, config_aio disabled for security
[battery] IOscheduler reverted to "deadline" for better battery life
[stability] wifi, mobile, bluetooth, gps stability improved (blobs update to 5.1.10G)
Build 10 (latest beta before stable ) :
Download
(changelog : trully fixed back button for all M2 Note variants)
Issues
Data on second sim in a dual-sim configuration. (hardware limitation)
If you find a bug please check if there's no issue already mentioning it and create one with details and logs here : Bug reports @ Github issues
BUT FIRST :
Do a clean install first, wipe everything.
Make sure you don't use modifications (flash clean, try again)
Check the closed issues
Check google first, there might already be solutions
Explain and give details, add logs as much as possible
How to install:
It's usually a good idea to download the newest build version. Just install it via recovery. I tested it on TWRP but it should also work on other recoveries.
You will also need gapps if you want to use Google services. stock OpenGApps - use the arm64 versions.
How to install TWRP - I don't support unlocking bootloader, installing TWRP or the ROM, you should know what you do first or start learning.

This device has different names in different countries: J2 Prime; J2 Ace; Grand Prime Plus.
Supported Models:
SM-G532G
SM-G532F
SM-G532M
SM-G532MT
above variant with /DS is also supported (ex. SM-G532G/DS)
If you have 2 SIM cards, set both of them to 2G, then your desired one to LTE or 3G, then select a SIM card in the Settings for Cellular data for mobile data.
This phone only supports LTE + 2G configuration.
Working
Boot
RIL (Calls, SMS, Data)
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Hotspot.
Sensors. (Prox, Accelerometer)
Audio, Video, Media.
ADB, MTP.
Brightness.
Camera (Front, Rear, Flashlight), but NOT Video.
LiveDisplay.
GPS
FM Radio
Signature Proofing for MicroG.
Not Working / Bug
Video Recording. Footej Camera works (somehow!)
3.5" Headphone not work (it detects Headphone, but still plays audio on speaker. Bluetooth Headphone works)
VoLTE. Literally no Samsung phone has VoLTE working on AOSP ROM...
Encryption
Terrible battery. REALLY TERRIBLE.
Lag when playing 720p60 or 1080p (or higher) videos. Software Encoding can only do so much.
Phone very rarely just freezes. Just force restart by quickly taking out battery and reinsert.
(bug) If you have 2 active SIM cards, you have to configure manually to:
Disable Cellular data for at least 1 SIM (Settings > Data Usage).
Set at least 1 SIM's preferred network to 2G (Settings > SIM cards > SIM x Settings).
Select 1 SIM card for mobile data (Settings > SIM cards > Cellular data)
If you find any unmentioned bugs, mention me. Any logs of those bugs are appreciated; but mentioning it with reproduction should suffice.

The orientation is certainly not working yet as it uses some of MM samsung libraries. (In fact, Wi-Fi/BT is too, have to use patch from Doogee X5Pro)
Haven't tried Proximity/Accelerometer yet.
E: pretty sure I am going to fix main stuffs first like audio, media, MTP, Lock Screen Security (because I removed keystore lib to boot this phone, can use porridge's too) and the hardest which is RIL/Telephony as this phone is the first of a kind.
little push. (just want to get some dev in works because summer is coming near to ending here :< )
Keep up the good work my guy!

Camera
Internal microphone
Radio
Headphone
Btw, is Bluetooth working 100% fine? Because in the XenonHD ROM of Melekpro i wasn't able to send a picture from another phone to the J2 Prime.

the latter one. I have my laptop for everything already, but I can't live without YouTube and updated Samsung Internet lol (is currently the only one with true Dark Mode, and I'm more of a night owl)
To be fair, I'm still using a 2 GB SD card I bought 7 years ago, so (except EFS,) TWRP backups are no go to me ~

I'm still using it normally though. But melek reported that too and I'm working on that.
Still stuck at why RIL/telephony/baseband/IMEI does not behave (I cannot find any logs related to those, except nvram (nvdata?) not mounted/read correctly)

AICP
Android Ice Cold Project
AICP is known by everyone as the "Ice Cold Project" that started on a Desire HD years ago (2012) and since then has evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community that you can find!!!
Until Android Lollipop, the ROM has always been based on AOKP. Unfortunately, since AOKP stopped development (but made a comeback later), we changed our base to CM.
With the re-brand of CM to LineageOS (LOS) we became LineageOS based with some tweaks from AOSP and then changed to be based on the "Ground Zero Open Source Project" (GZOSP) for Android Pie.
We changed again for Android Q with a base of AOSP repositories and some additions from LineageOS for device specific repositories.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them out, if it concerns our code base. This ROM isn't LineageOS supported, so there is no need to report errors/bugs to them!!
Code:
#include <std_disclaimer.h>
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* We are not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications and if
* you point the finger at us for messing up your device, we will laugh at you. Hard & a lot.

You tell...
FAQ:
Before using the ROM:
Q. Can I have an ETA for the next build?
A. Yes, just look here to see what day your device is built on.
Q. Does this ROM support custom kernels officially?
A. No. You can still use them, but discussion should go in the thread of the respective kernel. We don't offer support for bugs you might encounter while using them!
Q. Why doesn't this ROM support Xposed?
A. Xposed is a hack that is geared towards AOSP. Custom ROMs modify the framework a lot, so Xposed can cause a ton of issues on custom ROMs. Now it might work for you, however it is not to be discussed in this thread, and you should refrain from posting bug reports.
Q. Alright, but I still want to flash Xposed, so which version do I need to install?
A. Information about Xposed, EdXposed or Riru Core can be obtained from the XPosed General forums .
Flashing the ROM:
Q. What do I need to know before flashing?
A. Check the flashing instructions...
Q. Can the builds be dirty flashed over each other?
A. Yes, this is the usual behaviour on flashing a new official build by (or using) the build-in updater service.
Q. How do I 'dirty flash' builds?
A. Wipe the System, Cache and ART/Dalvik cache. Flash the ROM, GApps (only needed if you wipe the system), your preferred root solution and reboot. Or just use the OTA app to preform that task for you.
Q. How do I flash kernel builds?
A1. If it's a .img file, boot into TWRP and go to the install page in TWRP, in the bottom right corner select "install image", select the desired kernel, then select "boot" as the destination, then swipe to flash, then go back to the install screen and install your root method again, if you don't want to loose root and reboot.
A2. If it's a flashable ZIP, you can flash it together with a ROM update or separately. Go to the install page in TWRP, choose the kernel zip (or add it to the flash queue right after the ROM zip). Then add your root method to the queue if you don't want to loose root. Now swipe to flash and reboot afterwards.
Using the ROM:
Q. I installed a bad theme and now I'm getting a bootloop, how do I fix it?
A. In TWRP, flash the substratum rescue zip that's in the substratum folder on the internal storage.
Q. I'm having issues with WhatsApp, how do I fix it?
A. Read this
Q. Do I need to provide a logcat if I'm reporting a bug?
A. If you want it to be fixed faster (or at all) then yes, you should definitely provide a logcat AND the model name. (Note: Please just link the logcat from your GDrive, Dropbox, etc. and do not post the content here. Thanks.)
Q. How do I get a logcat, what type should I get and more questions that can conveniently be answered by my pre-determined answer?
A1. Read this thoroughly. Also, here's a good app for getting logs: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tortel.syslog (Root needed).
A2. If you are already rooted, you can use the built-in feature to make a logcat and provide that. Just look into the others section in the AICP Extras main page.
The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android Q. You don't need to install any Add-ons, simply download the latest ROM and GApps, then follow the flashing instructions and go!
If you want the device to run the ROM "rooted", you can flash a root solution of your choice after the ROM Zipfile.
It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup (or with any backup/restore app) as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug, restoring regular apps is fine though.
If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.
How to flash for the first time:
(Again: Don't do it if you don't know!)
1. Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
2. Boot to recovery.
3. Wipe the System, Cache, and Data (you might need to format the data partition!).
4. Flash the ROM Zipfile.
5. Flash the GApps (optional, needed for e.g. Google Playstore to work).
6. Reboot and set up your device, enable developer settings and in them OEM unlock/Advanced reboot/USB tethering.
7. Reboot back into your recovery.
8. Flash the root solution of your choice (optional).
9. Reboot your device.
The procedure may vary on system updates!
Currently supported Root Solution:
Magisk stable
Magisk versions >= 20.3 don't usually need to be flashed on every dirty flash.

I really love this rom and its the most stable of the Android 10 ROMs ive tried so far, but I am having a weird problem with calls on it. My voice starts not going through to the other end mid call sometimes and i have to recall or just the call ends randomly etc. I was on the latest version of the firmware when this happened, im not sure what it can be caused by if not ROM and the firmware.
I changed back to EU MIUI to avoid having this problems but I was totally satisfied with AICP other than that, I just want to know if its fixed so I can flash the ROM again. Or maybe understand what its caused by if its not the ROM.
Devs please look problem with DATA and two SIM cards. Data of SIM 1 not working , when switch Data to SIM 2 - all is fine.
If replace SIM slots - same story, SIM 1 data not work, SIM 2 - work.
Dont know why but all android 10 builds have this problem, only in Nitrogen OS - all is fine.
Thank you

Great to hear that, I assume its fixed now? Just saw the ROM has been getting weekly updates so I am going to try it again now!
Just flashed the latest version and it already rebooted 2 times in the middle of setup.

NOTE: It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup (or with any backup/restore app) as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug, restoring regular apps is fine. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.

- As you know build is free but building ROM needs server and in order to maintain the source, we need High-End Servers that are generally very expensive and need to be renewed every single month and as a student its quite difficult. To meet with our technical expenses, a cup of coffee, and the efforts of the developers we need your monetary support!

Hi, I followed the installation guide on the official website:
Project Elixir
projectelixiros.com
So I used this twrp version:
[RECOVERY][3.6.2_12][TOCO][UNOFFICIAL] Stable TWRP for Android 13 AOSP Roms
Team Win Recovery Project or TWRP for short, is a custom recovery built with ease of use and customization in mind. We started from the ground up by taking AOSP recovery and loading it with the standard recovery options, then added a lot of our...

And I installed the "MIUI V13.0.2.0 Firmware" in the global version, even though my phone is from Europe

In addition, only the native camera app crashes. Like, if i open the google lens app camera actually opens. But, the native camera app comes with the ROM crashes. @AndroidHQ254

EDIT ok i got help here - any of these are fine, except the ones for Samsung, as they are esentially the same thing.
Fingerprint scanner doesnt work when in sleep, doesnt wake phone. need to hit power button then scan finger.
also, wifi button doesnt seem to toggle in the quick drop down menu. Visually.
Edit - wifi button works, just had to reboot system. maybe phone brain fart.
Any plans for a vanilla build at some point?

Double tap to wake does not work after ~5 seconds after screen off (after the always on display dims down)
* Might be related to a broken screen replacement.
* I DID verify that the problem is a software problem - flashed xiaomi.eu rom and it DOES work there.
* I'm NOT at all sure it worked even with original screen (screen was fully functional, just a few cracks in the glass)
Update:
Tried derpfest and project elixir, same problem.
also found this on pixel-experience github issue tracker...
exactly the same issue - AOD becomes too dim and tap to wake stops working.
seems it's a known problem.
