[Q] music lollipop apk?

hi all,
can anyone provide me with the apk for the stock music player for android 5 for my tab 4 t530?
i broke the app when jnstalling viper4android

You tried clearing the data from the properties of the application in application manager?

yea, seems i messed up something deeeper than the apk itself. removing the apk does not remove it, and therefore reinstall doesnt fix it either. app is already installed. i suppose i will have to reflash it someday. any thoughts?

You could install Viper4Android ?

Thanks, couldn't fix music player though. do you know if a reflash through odin is possible while keeping data?
nope, viper didn't work. normal install didnt quite work. drivers didnt get installed. tried something else that seemed to have worked on other devices with lollipop, flashing some files through recovery, but then viper kept forceclosing.
in the process of trying to get it to work, music also gave up on me haha.

Did you try editing the lines in build.prop like the viper xda thread recommends?

No i did not. i can't seem to find the correct location

While SElinux mode will be enforsing Viper4Android will not work .

Do you know of any way to make it permissive in stock rom?

flash the viper4adroid fix for lollipop(in troubleshooing thread of this tab), cause viper4android can't access some configuration in supolicy that's why it shows Abnormal or does not work.

Hello
I got tired waiting for an official fix, so I came up with this workaround.
twrp-flashable_OPX2.2.0_camera_patch.zip - This zip with apply the OPX front camera configuration.
twrp-flashable_OPX_camera_patch_imx214.zip - This zip will apply the OPO rear camera configuration
You'll be able to record 1080p at night without worrying about the fps drop issue.
I am not responsible for any damage on your device when applying this patch.
EDIT: Added a revert flashable zip.
EDIT2: Added zip file with imx214 libchromatix_default_video.so

A couple reboots might've fixed this, but I also messed with Gravity Box a bit as well. There's two options to fixing that problem, potentially.

This patch shouldn't mess with buttons layout. You might had a pending operation that took effect on reboot when you flashed this zip.

does your phone need to be rooted or will it work fine with stock?

Does this patch works also with custom roms like cm13?

Can anybody upload a sample on YT? Please I wan't to see what is this beauty capable of in low light video. Maybe I'll pop the cherry of my OPX and root it tomorrow OP thanks for the fix!

I should work if the custom rom uses the same BLObs as Oxygen OS.
It means that, for now, it works on cm12.1 and cm13

I've tested other s5k3m2 binaries from other devices but they all miss some needed instructions.
This is the front camera binary
tested the imx214 file but it pushes iso way too high.

Sorry, I forgot to say that custom recovery is needed

[Stock Rom] [Lenovo P2] [NOUGAT 7.0] [Deodexed_P2a42_S244_170725_ROW]

Deodexed mean everything reunified and put back inside apk and jar file.
Compare 1700mb stock rom, this rom only 900mb very small foot print, Deodexed_P2a42_S233_170404_ROW rom will take much less space in system file, result is reduce system file till half of free space.
Features:
remove some bloadware,
added lenovo gallery,
added latest/update gapps,
added dolby atmos,
magisk root
I did not responsible for phone damage or bricked
Need to unlock bootloader and twrp installed
Always do backup rom first.
Flashing only with latest twrp-3.1.0-0, or above to avoid encryption problem and loosing data later, see in my another thread, https://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-p2/development/unofficial-twrp-3-0-2-0-p2a42-t3573308
Before flashing need to wipe dalvik cache, system, data and cache
change data system file to ext4
now install rom from zip file
Reboot to system, don't do anything just wait around 7-10 minute till appear.

if any, only came from original firmware stock rom

Alright, that's fine. If you need it I have the OTA zip from 232 to 233. But I think it will cause problems if you install it over the deodexed version.

dear brother ! I'm a stock nougat user of lenovo p2. I never root my phone. after 5 days, my bootloader will be unlocked. Then I want to install your marshmallow deodexed rom via your TWRP3.1.0. If there any chance to having bootloop or trouble as I downgrade from nougat to marshmallow ? pls suggest me if it's safe ! And one more thing, you wrote in your post to wipe cache, dalvik, data. Don't I need to wipe also system including those ? pls clear me if I should wipe system before flashing ! Try it as suggested and no luck, doesn't even go into the bootloader. I notice when is extracting the image and installing it, goes pretty fast compare to the Yamr original. Makes me think that is no even installing the image. I did check the system and internal Sdcard and it seems like nothing got installed. Hopefully this will help and Thx for the fast response.

Flashable stock rom through twrp?

I am currently on the nusantara project android 11 custom rom on my zenfone max m2 and i want to revert back to stock rom for personal reasons.
Is there a flashable stock rom by any chance? I've searched everywhere on how to revert back from custom rom to stock rom with this device and found no leads up until now. Well, one that doesn't involve a pc that is.
I am no professional in flashing, but i can follow the instructions. My greatest thanks for anyone who could help me. Maraming salamat.

I used https://pitchblackrecovery.com/x01ad / (I don't know if there is such a function in TWRP)
You just need to activate this item in the settings, and everything will be stitched

Yes, you just need to flash the archive that the link. And restart in recovery

I tried flashing the latest twrp instead and it worked! (still no treble thingy option but it flashed the rom this time). Though i also think that if i flashed the pitch black recovery, it would've worked as well. So thank you very much still!
Also, my greatest regards to @Saif Stark for the rom, instructions, and the dm verity file.
I have achieved my goal because of you two. Thank you very much.
