Huge sensor problem.

Well all my sensors are broken and i cant seem to understand why...
Im running:
N9005
KK 4.4.2 XEO
Originaly a NEE phone
the sensors stopped working about 2 weeks ago and still not working. I have tried reflashing and flashing custom roms, also tried flashing other kitkat releases... im Knox 0x1 so if have understood correctly my service center wont take it in
I honestly have no idea what to do so if anyone would advice me or provide me with some kind of fix or anything i would be forever thankful!

Well i tested and here is what i got
Accelerometer shows same angles without changing.
Prox sensor just shows 0.0
Barometer 0 hPa
Lights sensors 0 lux
Gyroscope Fails when testing
Also when i press SensorHubTest it gives me a failed
What should i do

that sound bad!
best choice is to take it to service they won't replace it because of knox counter or repair it free but if u pay they can check ur hardware (sensors) better.
one more question; what did u do exactly before this problem appear?!
flashing any mod in recovery or using app with root access or ...

Oh yeah when i download Z-Device test it stills finds all the sensors... Wierdness..
Well honestly i have no idea what i did because i was running the CM11 before KK and the prox sensor didnt work on the CM build, For autorotate i didnt notice that it was broken after about 2 days of Stock KK...
But is this a HW problem because it would be kinda wierd if they all broke the same time?
I read that you can get your Note3 Warrantyserviced if you live in the EU with Knox 0x1, Could anyone confirm this ?

ur warranty voided unfortunately cause u unlocked boot-loader
in Europe u won't lose warranty if just root it.

Cant i just flash stock and say i rooted it? are they able to see the difference?
Edit: Just read this:
If your device becomes defective in the first 6 months, it is presumed that the defect was there all along, so you should not need to prove anything.
So my barely 3 month old Note 3 is saved (?)

Okay thank you i will go to the service center first thing in the morning!
I just realised that 4.4.2 is not available in the NEE region so i guess ill flash XEO and take it there tomorrow ! thank you!

u can clean up rooting foot-print BUT knox 0*1 is refer to bootloader as i know
and u cannot clean it
i think thr s method (if i m right) to return ur phone to 0*0 knox
but of course it won't be so easy

But wont rooting trigger knox 0x1 aswell? so if they would start asking about my 0x1 i could (theoretically) say that i rooted it wich is completely legal here in the EU (?)
But i rather just play dumb
EDIT: Getting offtopic here... So unless somone comes with a solution for my problem i will go and try to take it into service tomorrow... Wish me luck! and thank you for the kindness!

Hi.I have Accelerometer sensor not working issue.
i have SM-N900 with stock 4.3 Unrooted but without warranty.
I have the followung readings
Accelerometer give:
x axis non responsive (no changing angles or readings)
y Axis non responsive (no changing angles or readings)
z Axis responsive (changing angles or readings)
Gyroscope is not showing any results.
Proximity : ok
Barometer : ok
Lights : ok
Magnetic: ok
Please guide what option do i have , as my note 3 is without warranty

use another test sensors app
1. u can flash another stock rom and kernel
2. take to service (u don't have warranty so they won't replace it but they can check hardware)

Both of them are not My Imei Or serial .
I changed many sim but in vain .

I Also tried to flash modems in sweet rom for 4.4.4 but in vain . still the same problem ????

Still need more details. What did you guys do exactly? Did you use CF autoroot, also, did you Odin the correct version for your phone? Did you install custom recovery? Anything else? Etc etc

I rooted it wrongly and someone interfere and make stupid things using root explorer . i did not install custom recovery .
after figuring out the problem . i installed stock rom and then i rooted it probably then installed cwm custom recovery . after that , someone told me that i should install and try some modems which exists in sweet rom for N910C , i tried many of them but even that nothing happens still the fake imei and fake serial .

same problem now as mine my IMEI just became 350050500009692 /01 emergency call only why???

some nice paper weights at least lol none of you have efs back up ? tried restoring it if you do common rule with samsungs all ways back up you efs folder

the sad thing there is mine I don't have my backup

Try NV restore (If you have it Pre-backed up on your phone from factory- at least mine did not have on the N910C but it existed on my N910F) ... Dial: *#0011# , then Menu>Back, then Menu>Key Input> then type Q0000.
After that I don't know where the NV backup is (I forgot, and I don't have the phone now), but you should be able to search here on xda or google it up...
I hope your Exynos has a NV backup....

My English is bad, sorry.
I rooted my G9350 by odin flashing a TWRP recovery, but there is so many bugs that I can not stand, so I flash official ROM back.
But when I test front camrea by using system camrea app, I found the first shot is overturned, and after the second shot the photo become deep red black or color detached......
In "*#0*#" service mode, the front camrea is no any problem, in third-party camera app, the captured photo is also overturned.....
I have flashed back official ROM by using odin many times, but it does not work....
I have asked Samsung's support, they say they have no way to solve...
Who can help me? Thanks!

Have you tried a full factory reset? If you have, try to change storage location to SD or vice versa

try using odin or smart switch to stock...if problem persist its the phone hardware not "rooting" I rooted my phone and there's nothing wrong with the camera or anything.

Just out of interest did you root with cf autoroot. ? From baidu website? And twrp I've read is only for exynos devices. So where did your root tools come from?

I have rooted, and the SuperSU worked properly, but the phone seems slower...
The IMEI and radio is well.
Only flash AP seems will cause some problems...so I have flashed AII...

S8+ LDU

Hello guys,
im working for a german operator and we got the s8 and the s8+ ldu's
im wondering cause the normal s8 have no imei number on the backside of the device.
the s8+ got a IMEI number so it seems to have a gsm module inside.
i just flashed a stock s8+ rom but its not recognizing my simcard.
do i need to flash a new modem also?
any tips?
on the back it says LIVE DEMO NOT FOR SALE, but there's a IMEI number directly over it.

im just trying to use it for myself since im not allow to sell it lmao.. its a device from our mobile shop here.. i just wanna use it for myself since we got 2 ldu's .. 1 is already installed as ldu and one is just hanging around here.. would be a waste if im not able to use it somehow.. as i said there's imei on the backside.. dunno how to fix that.. already flashed stock rom but it does not recognize the sim i plugin

Hi there. I have an LDU of the regular S8. But mine cant even get into demo mode. It's recovery or Download mode only. What stock firmware did you flash to make it at least work?
My model # on the back is SM-G950XU
I've flashed like 6 different stock FW, it passes in odin and then as its loading up it stops, then says "erasing" and goes back to saying "Security error: an unauthorized firmware has been flashed and the device is locked"

Hey there. Sorry for the delay. Yeah sorry I NEVER found any kind of workaround. I ended up selling the unit for $70 to someone who wanted it for parts. Nothing I tried worked!

If you guys still have the phone. Do not flash a newer ROM! You will never be able to go back to bootloader rev 1.
Find the XU firmware online and flash that.

Fingerprint apk needed

Hi everyone.
I have been facing fingerprint problem since yesterday. It was working before and suddenly it showed fingerprint wasn't working. I hard reset the phone and everything. When i try to register my fingerprint it shows its having an error with my fingerprint sensor. I looked into the sensors test and it showed null. Btw the fingerprint app is missing from my app list even when i looked at system apps. Has anyone came across this?! I looked through forums but no concrete solutions were available.
My phone model is SM-960N which has Exynos 9810 chipset. Can anyone extract and share the fingerprint apk of this model ?! It would be a huge help.

U cant simple install...Why you dont flash new sw with ODIN?

It seems to work when u flash a new firmware through odin. I don't know exactly how that worked out though.

Did YOU flash a different firmware or your same OEM firmware?
Did the fingerprint app return?
Is it functioning properly?

Sorry,been busy with work. After firmware update everything came back to normal. It definitely is working fine with me right now. I flashed the same firmware from sam firmware site and everything is ok for now.

That also happened to me after my home fell into water, somehow the water managed to enter the phone, my finger print is 'null' and the finger print is missing, I bought another fingerprint sensor but it's still not working,. Any other solutions out there??
