AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy Lollipop. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
How to flash:
Don't do it if you don't know it
ROM has gapps persistance in between dirty flashes
KERNEL:
Kernel in this rom follows CM source with custom additions.
PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
You can still use CWM and OTA app, but only to download zip file and flash it manually from within recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard.

You may want to try F2FS on klimtwifi..
** Format /data / & /cache to F2FS.
** /system should remain as ext4.

Thank you for this very good rom, I was stuck on CM12 which really hasn't the best performances in UI, and AICP has SlimRecents, which is a real plus in my opinion.

Every cm12 based rom has that as far as I know...
To fix slow ui, use a live wallpaper.
Bad sound using Bluetooth right? Then that's cm12 issue, no fix that I am aware of.

Although my XDA name does include the word Development this is a universal term for the work that i do as i am new on the android scene but develop in many other areas of technology!
Currently i am just compiling custom Roms to bring the Nexus 5x any Rom it appears to be missing from the lists of the other popular devices, whether they are used or not i don't mind as it's a learning curve for me, and it gives you, the end users, a wider choice of Rom to try/flash when your bored or anything you like to do with it i don't mind!
As well as donating to the Rom if you choose i also accept donations for helping with costs of running my server! Please PM me if you would like to donate, and if you have any requests for a Rom to be compiled just let me know and i'll have a crack at bringing you weeklies for that Rom!

That's the offical builds. The OP of this thread seems to be building weeklies with some modifications, like DU kernel.

This thread is for weeklies. The offical server sometimes has nightlys, sometimes builds every 2/3 days.

I tried an HD video on youtube and it didn't play very well (skipping/freezing). From what I can tell all the current 14.1 ROMs have this issue.

Bug reporting:
This is a big one. We work very hard for you guys so please help us out and follow these steps to report your bug. I've even provided links to help you out.
1. Very first step will be to attempt a re-download followed by a clean flash.
2. Pull a logcat and copy / paste it to hastebin .
3. Visit AOSiP and post your issue with your log in the bug reporting section.
4. Any bug reported without following procedure will be disregarded.
Source code:
As the name states we are open source and encourage anyone to skim through the code. However the builds we release are not to be taken apart and parted out.

A: We are kids,we have college and assignments to complete,when we get the time we update the source and push out the builds.

A: I'd say Catlog is my go to app to record logs but you can use other apps if you like so.

perfect rom, works perfect! ... But in my Mi3, the audio via bluetooth doesn't work and doesn't has FM radio.

Ignore this post; turns out I forgot to clean up some overlays on subs while testing on the first day, and somehow when it got SoD'd and reboot itself, it was stuck halway the boot animation.

Wow, one of my favourite Rom, I been try this Rom before since in last year, it is very good Rom, now trying Carbon 8.1.. will download my favourite Rom to try...hopefully less bugs or bugs free:laugh:... Can't wait the Rom be official AOSIP soon:good:
