Battery will take 1 day to settle, after installing use this ROM for 30min. the lag will be gone.
But no volume rocker wake up and long press power button torch option. So I'm Little bit unhappy as I want to protect the power switch.

That boot animation is hot

The big problem in third party apps.. Mostly manual cameras.. As example becon camera...

phone starts to hang a lot after i installing apps.
i thought it will go overnight but nothing happened.

Battery idling nicely. Stable so far. Selinux is permissive. DT2W can't be disabled. No lags. Pie gestures not working or maybe it's oneplus gestures which i don't know how to use? No camera app present but gcam working. Security patch is jan 5.

The gestures should work fine. They are in settings.
This was compiled in literal hours before the Feb. Patch dropped.

2. i'm confused with the gestures. i keep on thinking it's the same gestures in android pie but it seems to me the only function is to swipe up from the home screen. there's no back gesture nor recents gesture?

Gestures are under Owlsnest > Gestures, which have all available gestures.
Quickswitch may not work due to a switch in Owlsnest > Recents, which uninstalls it for a clear all button in Oreo recents, so you may have to reinstall Quickstep, fortunately, it's available as a Magisk module under the name of "Quickswitch".

If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
Have an unlocked bootloader, and OrangeFox recovery by SebaUbuntu installed/booted
(Not gonna be explained here, there'll be thread in which it explains)
Take backup of persist and modem ( might needed )
Wipe system, vendor, data and cache (don't report anything bugs if you dirty flashed over another ROM)
Flash the ROM, GApps, Magisk, or any other mods (again, don't report bugs if you can't reproduce them with just ROM and GApps)
Reboot into the system, and enjoy the illusion!
KNOWN ISSUES:
- Wifi Direct and Screen Cast is broken ( As in all other ROMs )
- No other known issues as of general use. Maybe somthing I missed?

Reporting Bugs
DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
Include your firmware versions in reports.
Mention any and all Magisk modules you might be using along with the Magisk version
If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

A: Any GApps are good but I'd recommend BitGApps or FlameGApps
Q: Is this official build?
A: As of now, No.
Q: Do I have to wipe data if coming from another ROM?
A: Yes or else be ready for random crashes
Q: Do I clean flash every update?
A: As long as I don't mention to clean flash ( because I will test dirty flash ) you're fine for a dirty over previous DerpFest

A: Yes you have to install GApps again, but not Magisk as it remains intact
