Connect watch to phone and tablet (not simultaneously)? - Wear OS Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I'll be buying my first Android Wear watch soon (a Huawei Watch) and I have a question... Is it possible to pair android wear to two device, like a phone and a tablet, and then set one as the preferred device? I know you can't connect to two devices simultaneously, but this is what I would like to do: Pair the watch to my phone and my tablet, and set the phone as the preferred device to connect to. Then, anytime my phone is within Bluetooth range the watch will automatically connect to it, but if I walk away from my phone and I have my tablet with me, the watch will automatically connect to the tablet. But also, since my phone is the preferred device, if I walk back in range of my phone the watch should then automatically switch back to the phone (even if it was still connected to the tablet). The reason I'd like to be able to do this is because I always have one of the devices with me at all times, either the phone or tablet, but I don't always have both with me.

[Q] PDANet Autoconnect?

Is there any way to have a Nexus 7 automatically connect to a device running PDANet/FoxFi over bluetooth any time both devices are within range of each other? I'm looking to put my Nexus in my car and want them to connect every time I get in so I can stream Pandora/Spotify etc.

[Q] Connecting a Phone Via Bluetooth

Hello,
I originally posted this over on the WP8 forums, but I still haven't been able to figure this out. Maybe someone here has the solution.
I've got a Lumia 1020 and I'm trying to connect via Bluetooth to a windows 8.1 device. I'm able to pair the devices, but as soon as that process is complete, the connection drops. On my phone, I can tap on the name of my computer, and it will reconnect, but it lasts for literally 3 seconds, before dropping the connection again. I've tried connecting to both my Surface RT and my windows 8.1 ultrabook with the same result. The phone will connect to my car stereo just fine, and I never have to do anything with it. Is there some sort of protocol that's missing in Windows 8 to allow phones to connect via Bluetooth? My main use for this would be music streaming, and using my tablet as a hands free device.
My eventual plan is to mount my Dell Venue 8 Pro in my car as a carpc, so I would like to figure this out somehow. I've tried disabling the Microsoft Bluetooth enumerator, and strictly use the Intel Bluetooth 4.0 adapter, but still, the same thing happens. I can't even stream music from my phone.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Dustin
I should also mention that I've tried connecting an android phone with the same outcome
The connection drops because nobody uses it. As soon as some app open a socket between the phone and tablet, the connection will pop up again. This is the default behavior of bluetooth. The devices are first paired, and connection is opened only after something needs it.

How can I forward notifications from an unpaired device?

Android Wear pairs with only 1 device, but I have both an Android Phone and Tablet and would like to get notifications from both. I have my wear device paired with my phone, but there are notifications on my tablet that I would also like to somehow get on the watch. Is there an app that can mirror notifications across devices? I've tried Pushbullet but it only mirrors from device to computer and not from device to device.
I use Pushbullet.

Smart Unlock with trusted devices

I'm trying to get my S8 to unlock when near trusted devices on Bluetooth.
I have paired the phone with an Android tablet (Sam S2), with a Win10 laptop, and with a Win10 PC with BT dongle.
But the phone doesn't connect automatically when I bring it near to any of these devices, so it doesn't unlock. Both the phone and the other devices are set to be visible, so what am I doing wrong?
I use the phone in the car, and it connects automatically for handsfree there.

Question about SmartView

Hi guys, firstly I have looked and not found this question so apologies if this is a repost.
My question relates to the default device for smart view to connect too, every time I try to connect to my anycast device which is attached to my tv, my tablet always tries to connect to my neighbours tv first, like before I have a chance to select a device, which interrupts his viewing, and is annoying for both him and I. Is there a way I can set it to ignore his tv, or set my anycast as the default device?? Other than this small issue, it works perfectly after I manage to connect it, but I'd rather not annoy the neighbours every time i want to watch netflix , any ideas guys?
My tablet is a Samsung Galaxy Tab A6.
