Right!??! I haven't received any emails from Motorola either... I'm still unsure if I want to hop on the Xoom wagon quite yet. I'm fairly happy with my honeycombed Nook Color but I miss a lot of features.
What a crock, I registered too and had no idea. You can always do what I did. I bought it at Costco because of their 90-day return policy and I'm just going to return it within that period if I don't like it. I don't feel the same pressure I do with a 14 day return policy.
I did almost the same thing only I used the 25% coupon code that they were giving out for signing up and following the OCNN. I got the Xoom, portfolio case, gell case, 2 day shipping, and tax for $660.77.

I picked up the XOOM this morning for $874, no activation thankfully, but just placed an order using the discount you mentioned and got the XOOM and the gel case for $647.74 shipped. That's a savings of around $226, now that I can do. I've already called BB and asked about the return policy, 14 days no restocking, so I'm returning my current one tomorrow.

I loved mine until it broke. I'm 99% certain that I knocked a chip loose when taking it out of the watch holder. Otherwise, it wasn't too bad. Definitely a fun toy.

Hi all, this is slightly based on a thread I started in Q&A but I think a dedicated one would work best.
Its pretty simple if you find any good deals on the tablet please post the necessary info for everyone to share in. I think also post specials on adapters like Qi charging pads, cases etc, things for the tab. I will start with something given to me.
If anyone doesnt know yet you can get the Nexus 7 without paying the sales tax in California and probably other amazon states by buying it from B&H photo video Nexus 7 16GB and Neuxs 7 32GB just get t delivered to your address. I dont know about other states but if anyone does know let me know and I'll edit this post

Shame dude. Theres some walkin coupons for office depot, try get a price match from best buy or something as the coupon excludes the new nexus 7 but best buy might not know that

I'll give it a shot here in the Phoenix area as well. I could only find one Officemax that had one 32GB. Yesterday there was a Staples that had one 32GB left and I had a 20% coupon (that ended yesterday), but I wussed out with all of the issues the N7 FHD is having. But today, I'm feeling it and Staples even said they would accept the Officemax coupon (your mileage may vary). Of course, they sold their last one yesterday...

This did not work. I pointed out that it says it includes tablets and e-readers, but the exclusions apply includes the new Nexus 7. I'm still going to try Staples when they get some in, provided it is before the coupon expires.

The ebony back looks amazing, but I don't think I can justify selling my used phone just to buy a replacement (wood-backed) phone
For $25 I would've bought the bamboo back. Instead, I didn't see paying $100 for the back, and I ended up buying just a white. With all these price adjustments i don't know if I were better off just buying the Nexus 5 and waiting until the next $150 off coupon...

What do you mean.. It's a permanent price drop. I think the unlocked price will stay at this until the next version of moto x. Don't know about the useless carrier versions , since they keep running crappy promotions which locks people into 2 years and people fall for it.

If it's permanent, that's great to hear. I'm just a bit cautious in that it may be a promotional price to encourage the purchase of the new wood backs. The bamboo backing is what I have my eye on and I'll be sure to start saving especially now that I can save $75.

This ticks me off. I ordered mine the 20th dec and got between the campaigns (skip, chromecast, 100usd pricedrop) and now they lowered the wooden backs by 75usd which I payed a 100 for?!
If I bought the phone in the "right moment" I could have it for 175 less.

Well you will not get a refund email .. Everyone who had bought bamboo back Moto x got an email with $75 coupon for buying accessories.
If you want refund or didn't get the coupon code email then you need to call them.

I jumped the gun and pre-ordered from ZTE. Wished I have waited for Newegg's headphone deal. I chose quartz grey so hopefully by then ZTE would already made the decision to allow unlocking bootloader.

Yeah, I don't know what the deal is. I posted links directly from Amazon but it keeps cutting them down. If you go to amazon and search for "Monster DJ", there are two different versions. Either that or one is intentionally overpriced but yesterday, it had a different description of the headphones. I don't know, something about both deals being reduced puts me off preordering altogether so I'm going to pass on the preorder, I think.

its probly just them price matching each other really or possibly ZTE said okay for the first 500 preorders you get this is the price we will sell them to you, you can throw in extras to get them to sell at full cost but after that thats it. So they both sold all their discounted preorders and readjusted the freebies. Both seem to give you $50 in freebies now with neweggs $50 headphones and B&H with a $25 gc and $25 samsung headset.

just made some calls. B&H said their first intake of the gold axon 7's will be the day of or before pre-order. They said they were getting 100 of them. I ordered one on B&H on 7/18. I was number 230. They said my order would be fulfilled on the second round of shipments which would be one to two weeks after release. I called ZTE and they said all orders will be shipped the day of release. I canceled my B&H order and ordered through ZTE, today, 7/19.

First off, I do realize that the quoted $200 price is MSRP and nobody really willingly pays that price. Secondly, highly doubt these are $200 headphones - both price and quality.
With that said - I don't think they "swapped" headphones? Maybe its just a discount on the white colour? When I check the Newegg page, the same N-Pulse headphone is still listed.

Up here in Canada, the Black version is selling for $99 CAD on Amazon.ca.
