I plugged in charger. Battery charges for few minutes and then it gets stuck at particular percentage even though it has charging icon . I need to remove charger and plug it again to make sure the percentage increases. Anyone else having this problem
I am on superstock rom v2.5. Suddenly my fast charging stopped working. It charges on full speed for few minutes, but suddenly gets slow a lot like it is just charging normally though it says fast charger connected.
The other thing i see is that, when it slows down the charging, the estimated charging time also vanishes. It just says charging but does not show the estimated time anymore.
Tried different cable as well as charger but didn't helped. The same charger is working fine on my A5(6).
I have this issue with my mi a1. When I plug it to a charger it starts charging normally at proper capacity but soon charger gets warm(kinda hot) and charging speed drops to Max 1000ma or lower even tho the charge level is below 50%.. what could be the problem?
Can anyone confirm whether their wireless charger behaves like the wired chargers, and "stops" charging after the LG G6 reaches 100% battery charge?
I'm concerned that wireless charging might harm battery longevity, because the wireless charger seems to continue charging after the phone has already reached 100% charge?
I checked this by using a watt meter to monitor power consumption of the wireless charger as follows:
* No phone placed on the charger = 0 watts
* During charging below 100% (phone is powered on) = around 10 watts
* After 100% (phone is powered on) = approx. 4 watts
Note: The phone automatically powers on if you place it on the wireless charger, so it's not possible to wirelessly charge with the phone turned off.
So it seems that the wireless charger will continuously apply ~4 watts to the phone after it reaches 100% charge. Won't that be a problem over time, especially if you use the wireless charger overnight?
No, it does not continue to charge. It draws some current because it continues to maintain a connection with the phone. Otherwise that little blue or red light would go off and you wouldn't know if the connection is working or not.
When I start charging the phone it initially do fast charging but after 5-10 min the phone stops fast charging.. I have check the charging voltage by AccuBattery the voltage falls down after some time of charging. Have also tried different charges but issue is still there. Any help is appreciated. Thanks..
