I plugged in charger. Battery charges for few minutes and then it gets stuck at particular percentage even though it has charging icon . I need to remove charger and plug it again to make sure the percentage increases. Anyone else having this problem

pls. i have problem with charge battery with usb.
Sometimes it Works and sometimes it stops working, led blink orange, green, orange, green and battery status is still on the same level.
I have always allowed charge with usb – in menu is it checked.
Strange is, that it charge till now (and battery status is about 20% better – during this led was only orange), and in this time its blink again and doesnt charge (30 min. still the same level and led blink orange-green). Because it sometimes works i think the cable is OK or?

The charging is stop to 66% and i have use the battery Debug tool and also measure the same....
Strange thing
USB ports are rated sat 500mAh nominal and if you have a number in use then the available current can drop below the level needed to charge the phone and then the circuits can suck out the power from your battery draining it further.
Charge from wall socket and then from USB but don't do it at lower levels as you will continue to get the problem.
The knock on effect is that you may have damaged your battery by the charging process you have been subjecting it to.
Put it on charge and keep it on for as long as possible and then whenever you can to keep it at max capacity for when needed for longer periods.
Guys I have charging problem my battery did not charge above 8%.but when I have battery below 8% it charge up to 8% then stuck.
And when I remove charger battery icon still show battery charging icon.i also try offline charging but same result using stock charger which is able to charger my other phone so problem is not in charger.
Also when I power off my phone it stuck on power off dialog box it only happen when battery icon show charging icon and charger not connected.
Plz guys help me my sis using this phone.
Does anyone having battery status problem? While charging phone without a turbocharger, my phone's battery status increase like a turbocharger's speed of charging. When disconnected the charger i saw some reading. after sometime it reduced some %.
For this i plugged charger for more time.
ANY FIX??

Here is what works for my Moto G5 +: (1) With the phone turned ON, connect to the phone the charger that came with the phone and plug the charger to an electrical outlet; (2) Let it charge for several hours; (3) After a while, my phone shows that battery is only X% charged (less than 50%) but, because of the elapsed time charging, I know it is fully charged; (4) Turn the phone OFF keeping the charger as is; (5) The screen will go black and, after a while, a circle will appear on the screen, hopefully showing the battery level is 100%; (6) Wait until the screen goes black again; (7) Unplug the charger; (8) Turn the phone ON and it will show that the battery is fully charged!!
I am having this problem too, it started after i update to june security patch.
When I Connect charger, Battery charge Indicator start showing as charge decreasing,. But actually battery is charging internaly. The fun part of it is,charge indicator will come down to zero and it will switch off the prone by saying “low battery”. But if i restart the device, Enough charge will be there. Now I have to manage like charge for some time, And discunnect the chareger and Charge again,..So on..
Guys i have replaced my existing battery (previous one was bloated) after replacing, I have tried charging amd it wont charhe more than 95% and says charged. I have tried charging while turning off and tried the unplugging battery and plugging in but useless. Also, the battery is draining extremly fast, someone please guide me what to do ?
