To get iOS like look on your a6000/plus - Lenovo A6000/Plus Questions & Answers

Hello everyone,
This is my first post on xda. I've been a fan for a long time, but its the first time that I thought I have something to share with all.
Here I'm showing you how you can get iOS like look on your phone.
Let me be clear, I have not made any of these apps or modules. Full credit goes to the developers of the respective apps. I'm just posting it here to help others to get all things at the same place.
I've tested this on cm11 only...I dont know if it work with others too. Apart from the cm11 flat style theme, I think others will work
Things Required:
1) Rooted device
2) Xposed installed
Follow this by @Mr. AW to install xposed
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-a6000/how-to/tutorial-install-xposed-lollipop-t3199887
Downloads:
1) Xposed module by @ibocharov

2) Flat style theme for cm11 by @ibocharov
https://www.dropbox.com/s/tmsauzn5k7446gc/Flat_Style_Theme_with_standard_status_bar_icons_CM11.apk
3) Helvetica font package
Flashable zip

4) iLauncher Prime
http://onhax.net/io-launcher-lollipop-ios-8-prime
5) Assistive touch:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.easytouch.assistivetouch
6) iOS9 lockscreen
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.play.iphonelockscreen
This one looks exactly like iOS 9 lockscreen but is showing too much full screen ads. I suggest to search a better one on play store
7) apple boot animation
Flashable zip

Optional:
1) Flat style colored bars by @ibocharov
http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.bocharov.xposed.fscb
2) Flat style bar indicators by @ibocharov
http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.bocharov.xposed.fsbi
Now install these and set them as per you need
Please consider buying the paid versions for developers support
You can check the screen shots below

Update:
1) Use this lockscreen instead
iOS lockscreen

2) iOS wallpapers
http://www67.zippyshare.com/v/2eZeS1UX/file.html
3) To get iOS style keyboard you have to use google aosp keyboard and flat style theme will do the rest for you. But, if you want to customize it more, use Flat style colored keyboard again by @ibocharov
http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.bocharov.xposed.fskeyboard

Has anyone tried this..?

Great work. But I don't like iOS much?

Stock Android Icons??

Does anyone have a link to, or a suggestion as to how, I can use the stock android icons with the themes already posted here (in particular, the Reloaded Remix theme).
The themes are great, but I've always been a much bigger fan of the stock android icons than any of the other icon packs out there.
Pull theme from the Droid 1 theme. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=788795
ironically enough, that's exactly what I ended up doing

[THEME] SystemGT and SystemST (MetaMorph)

I also posted this in the CM forums (copy/paste)
forum(dot)cyanogenmod(dot)com/topic/9632-theme-systemgt-and-systemst-metamorph/
Overview:
In this thread you'll find my System_ themes. All icons in this pack are original, as they've been created by yours truly. About 50% of the notifications bar has been kanged from the NexDEEP theme for SystemGT. I say 50% because some of it has been tweaked slightly.
I don't have anything against the stock Android UI, but I did feel it could use some tweaks. I wanted to stuff more icons up top so I created the set below.
(I can't post links/urls)
That idea failed, but I still ended up with cool new icons. I needed something to supplement them, so I called upon the NexDeep theme because I liked the texture. Why recreate something that's already been done? After all, I wasn't originally planning on distributing this. There was a request to see more, so I was convinced to share.
Preview:
(I still can't post links/urls)
There isn't much more to show, because just about everything else is just minor changes. Consider this more like the black bar mod, on steroids.
Well, without further ado, here's the new SystemGT link: www(dot)mediafire(dot)com/?md1a03b7u31mwem
And for you stockers who want a little more flavor, SystemST: www(dot)mediafire(dot)com/?ewwh75abo3slqh1
What this does:
Gives you custom system icons (They act like switches. SystemGT: white=on, gray=off, SystemST: black=on, gray=off)
Round battery tweak
Transparent scrollbars
Stock color Power Widget (optional)
Instructions:
Download MetaMorph from the Market (optionally use NinjaMorph)
Download File onto your SD Card and open it from MetaMorph
Choose your options (framework is the one you want, settings is optional)
Apply theme
Reboot
Reapply wallpaper image
The following is only necessary if no "black bar themes" have yet been applied (SystemGT only)
Go into CyanogenMod settings and change desired text colors to opaque white (#FFFFFFFF)
Enable display of battery percentage (if not already ticked, optional)
Change color of Notification Power widget indicator to #FF00BB00 (CM6.1.x, optional)
Reboot
Done
Notes: This failed for me on CM6.1 RC1 but worked again in RC3. I've never loaded RC2. Also worked in Nightly #160, CM5.x, CM6.0.x.
Can work with other themes if user is knowledgeable in tweaking XML files (for text colors). I'm also not a real dev, so I wouldn't know how to support your ROM if you've made prior tweaks.
PS The SystemST screenshot is an old one back when I had stock FroYo, before CM6 was out.
Please, if you do decide to use my icons to pack into other themes, at least give me credit. It's all I ask. Thanks.

Xperia X8 Custom Rom Lockscreen

Hello i have a question, can we add somehow different lockscreens ..i have only few in my CyanogenMod ..
You can use Agile lockscreen (I use it) or just search the market for Lock screens.
Theres
1. agile lock (sense 3 lockscreen also found on GDX),
2. honeycomb lockscreen (on the market. Really nice lockscreen you might wanna check it out)
3. Widgetlocker - FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE!
4. GOTO lockscreen - also very nice. Looks great.
5. Something called alock- its an iphone style lockscreen (default), looks very glossy, has nice effects, animations, colours, customizable wallpaper and has 3 unlock options - Colour matcher (exactly that), hamster hit (hit 3 cute little hamsters) and the iphone style lock. This is what im using at the moment
If you want to change the colours/styles of your lockscreen, you can use zip themer or metamorph, go here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1013757
to learn more. Also a lot of themes have their own colour/style of lockscreen (ex- steelblue and some others) have their own metamorph add on so you can grab those by going over to that respective themes page. Use zip themer to implement Hope I helped.
Edit - if you cant find aLock and you're interested PM me I think I have the link. As far as I know, its not warez. Found it on the indo blog.
edit framework and add other colour and customize style and colour of lockscreen )

App or Mod Request.

Hi guys
Was wonder since our nexus ins't hindered by super amoled anymore .
Was wondering is it possible to get an app which can make all our menu's and settings with white background ?
Something akin to google now style ?
Hi,
Yes it's possible with a theme, you need a rom that supports Theme Chooser, something like that:
http://minus.com/lgcQUaalw2Q14
http://minus.com/lu3hjQk7KoHBy
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2112907
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2184911&highlight=white+ice
All is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1801752
Or you need a VrTheme (flashable zip), I quickly looked but I have not found one.
Thanks
thats nice
I still feel someone can make a theme which is just like how google now looks .
But these will do
Is itc possible for the following.
1. Change colour of Google search on the home screen
2. Have more options for shortcuts in the lockscreen Carousel like below it I already have 3 including unlock
3 Have music toggle (isn't an option on my ROM (root box))

Anyone who can edit MIUI themes? (Awesome theme idea, you'd love it)

So I'm using this theme called pixel experience... It's awesome features -
1. Fully stock Nougat statusbar icons, rounded battery icon like lineageos a bonus
2. It can accommodate 14 toggles (yes, FOURTEEN)
My idea for theme...
1. Status bar from this theme
2. Quick toggle from this theme (Even themeing of toggle.. I kinda love it's stockish look )
3. EVERYTHING ELSE from default MIUI theme (I don't like it's icons and themeing of default apps)
Resources -
1. Pixel Experience! Link: http://zhuti.xiaomi.com/detail/cef0f8c1-7d2b-468c-97a5-e506a1bd77eb
2. Stock clone theme - eXtended 8! Link: http://zhuti.xiaomi.com/detail/f068e9a8-1bd1-48b0-a062-a35a5eef66e5
I don't have the default theme, I'd add it if anyone provides it's link...
Other users might show their support to this idea with their comments...

Sorry if I don't understand right, what you want, but you can achieve this without making a whole new theme. There's already a possibility to mix your installed themes. Go to themes app -> Tap on the little user icon in the upper left corner -> Customize theme. Here you can mix.
